Always a fan of Peets and glad to have found one a little closer to home. I used my Unilocal check in to get me a dollar off! Yay for Unilocaling!

Best coffee just way better than Starbucks! Luckily there are many stores in my city! I am glad to find this new gem and likely won’t go back to Starbucks if I don’t have to.

Peets is just the best coffee ever! I was a Starbucks addict for many years until I started trying Peet’s and now I have turned into a coffee snob and will only go to Peet’s! Well… if I’m desperate and there’s not a Peet’s around I will go to Starbucks, but not if I can help it. I love that they have Almond milk and they know how to steam it properly so it taste creamy with the hand drawn espresso shots. The baristas take pride in how they make the coffee and drinks which I really like. They also have excellent pastries! Peet’s is the best, just wish they had more locations!

First, the coffee is pretty darn good. None of that bitter, acidic or gritty tasting stuff that you find in some of the other chains. Even the iced coffee is smooth flavored. If you don’t like coffee, their teas are really nice. The selection is pretty good compared to most coffee places. The food is okay, some choices better than others and they’re the only place in the area that stocks my favorite chocolate dipped Madeline’s!

While I can appreciate that Starbucks has more locations and decent coffee, I really like stopping here when I want to change things up. Lately I’ve been getting the Mexican mocha. I’m not sure if it’s seasonal or not, but it’s one of my favorites. Never had any issues with customer service. Every time I’ve gone in, the baristas have answered my questions and have been very helpful. If you’re looking to try something new, I would definitely suggest checking it out. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

4 stars are for coffee. Customer Service is 2.5 stars. Went in around 7pm. There were no any other customers other than 3 baristas. The vibe wasn’t welcoming and warm which is different from the peers I went to at different locations. You can even feel the baristas didnt even wanna talk to each other. I got it that it was close to the closing time(an hour away). But C’mon, don’t bring ppl down and ruin the nice environment.

I had a really lovely cup of vanilla latte today. Most vanilla lattes I get are usually too sweet to me, but this one was nice and not too cloyingly sweet. Still had super friendly service and they have a nice and spacious space, perfect for lounging around or getting a little work done :-)

I was meeting some clients for coffee at Peet’s and have only been here a couple of times. After waiting several minutes for my coffee order, I realized my order had been overlooked. The barista apologized profusely, immediately made my order, upgraded it to a larger size AND gave me a coupon for a free coffee next time. Mistakes are going to happen but I really appreciated their attention to ‘righting a wrong’. The coffee was delicious and with that level of customer service, I’ll definitely be back!

I love Pete’s coffee. I work at the District Tustin Legacy and I used to grab my morning brew there. Since they closed that location down I’ve been going to this location whenever I get the chance. It’s quick and the coffee is great. I prefer Pete’s over Starbucks, and don’t even waist your time with Portolas. To end my review I am satisfied with this location, but please open a Pete’s near Buena Park mall I beg you.

All coffee places nowadays are unique, and I love them all, but this place is relaxing and great. I love their iced vanilla latte as it’s smoother and tastier than their big competitors version. The pace of life here is relaxed in this place and I really love that.

first off, I would like to say I go to Peet’s by my house in Seal Beach/Rossmoor often and love it there. the customer service is always on point. I thought the service would be universal at any Peet’s location, I was WRONG. I walked in and got nothing but stares, attitude, and felt extremely disrespected. one lady had a very sarcastic tone in her voice which I didn’t appreciate. I don’t know how these baristas got hired. this is not the way I would like to start my day. I WILLNOTBECOMINGBACK. I’ll continue to go to the Lost Bean coffee shop across the street — organic and the baristas are way more hospitable

Unlike Starbucks, it’s always not easy to find a Peet’s location near my living place. Luckily, I found one after moving here. It’s in the small plaza; takes some time to find it. The coffee is great and staffs are nice. Peet’s coffee tastes bold and heavy and that’s why I love it so much. This will be my frequently stop by store for sure.

Mmmmm. Coffee. Peet’s does it really well. Even their regular coffee has a strong bold flavor. It’s not burnt like Starbucks. Thank you Peet’s.

I got the iced mocha half-caf. Very yummy! Not so sweet you can’t taste the coffee. The coffee has a fresh bold flavor and doesn’t taste burnt/bitter like Starbucks. Love this coffee! Wish I had a Peets where I live! The staff were also very friendly and courteous. The shop was clean, I give this a great rating! Enjoy your coffee!

They get points right out the gate for being one of the only corporate-esque coffee chains to carry almond milk. Bravo. This location is tucked in the corner of the Trader Joe’s shopping center and it is relatively small inside, but still there were plenty of people studying, reading, etc. The menu is self explanatory and upon recommendation of the girl working, I ordered a medium sugar-free vanilla iced coffee with almond milk(I guess an iced latte?). It was much more expensive than a similar drink I order at Starbucks(but with soy), but I was happy to be having almond milk instead of the soy. I think the medium was just under $ 5.00 and I pay $ 2.45 for an iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla and a «splash» of soy at Starbucks… they don’t charge me when it’s just a splash, but even if I paid for more soy milk it would still be less than $ 3.00 so I’m not sure about the screwy pricing at Peet’s, but I did enjoy my drink. The coffee seems to have a much better flavor profile and less of the burnt taste than the Starbuck’s beans. Friendly and quick service, quiet atmosphere… so I would for sure return here, but I’ll have to figure out how not to have a $ 5.00 iced coffee, because it was definitely not worth a Lincoln.

I am certainly no coffee connoisseur, if I have a cup to go on a busy weekend once or twice a month that would be a lot. That being said, I had never tried Peet’s but made a mental note to do so. Fast forward to a busy, sweaty Saturday before Christmas, coffee and sugar needed asap. Peet’s to the rescue, all 3 kids working were super sweet and helpful, $ 1 off with Unilocal check in, awesome! Caramel mocha freddo sounded good, after ordering I saw their seasonal salted caramel mocha, too late too change order, made with both different chocolate and caramel, could not talk my husband into ordering the other so I could try both. The caramel I could not taste, it was like a chocolate shake with an obnoxious amount of cheap chocolate syrup, what a let down. The service and place was great, my drink not, 3 stars for being hopeful I just ordered the worst thing on the menu.

Macha Green Tea Frappé was excellent! Good quiet atmosphere after 5pm. Wifi available, but only two 2-seater tables inside. There is a counter top with a row of about 5 – 6 high chairs. There’s a bigger seating are outside. My only gripe about this location is that there was only 1 girl working… as cashier and barista. She would take 1 customer’s order at a time. Unfortunately it wasn’t super busy, but I saw other people waiting in line who didn’t have to be waiting for more than 10 mins if there was one other employee working and helping her out. I probably wouldn’t frequent this location because it’s tucked away in the corner of a very small and inconvenient parking lot. But it was worth a try since I was in the area.
