This establishment serves off-brand freezer food, poorly stored, old, and frost burnt, barely cooked or microwaved, the sesame beef was slimy and rubbery on the outside and inside(we asked if they were able to prepare it crispy, they seemed confused and indicated it could only be made one way — first red flag). Even most freezer food can be prepared more, or less crispy, but not if you’re using a microwave. The crab rangoons tasted like they were constructed from a powdered cheesecake mix with tap water and crab added, and they offered sauces with the food, that were so poor, I just… I can’t even begin to imagine where they came from, for them to taste so chemical, and horrible. They taste like products from a bathroom or bedroom. The filler chemicals in personal lubricant is the only thing I can think of that comes close, instead of sugars and starches, they are using some kind of low grade, cheap petroleum byproduct. The sauce(even warmed) broke into chunks, so I tipped it upside down — it came out almost like a jello mold, with grease running down the sides. Not like any sweet and sour I’ve seen while warm. It was either not properly prepared in a way the chemical ingredients could tolerate, and had become toxic from overheating(the smells was bitter and rancid, like old plastic lotion bottles), or at the very least it was old and dehydrated from overheating. Since the meat all smelled similarly old, I’m guessing the sauces had been sitting all week long, like the rest of the food. Save your money and buy some egg rolls from the local supermarket. they’ll be the same thing anyway, or treat yourself to the mid-range or top shelf frozen fare, and you’ll be eating gourmet compared to this. Normally I’d say we might just be spoiled from cooking authentic, and recreated american-style chinese food at home, but we also order out enough to know what’s normal, and what isn’t — this was unusually poor quality food.

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery and they never showed or even called me! Finally had to call and ask them to refund my credit card. No apology or any attempt at salvaging me as a customer. Complete disregard for customer service

This place is gross. Fried rice with nothing in it but MSG? It doesn’t even make since that there are good reviews on here. Anything good has to be from a local that know the owners or a worker. Do your self a favor and go to Passion Desert down the street.

They raise the bar for Chinese takeout. The quantity is insane, the quality is on point. Thank you Top 100!

My mom goes here at least once a week. Always good and great price for lunch. I visit from Northern Virginia and we usually stop by because their food is so good. Fresh veggies, and my favorite is the szechwan beef and the general to chicken. It’s delicious.

I have defended you guys, time and time again against the onslaught of my picky girlfriend. You really let me down guys, I’m not even mad. I’m giving you that disappointed look that a father gives his daughter when she gets caught sneaking in after curfew. Was told 30 minutes and it came in at 1 hour and 20 minutes. ALL the meat was undercooked, as was the crab Rangoon. You did me dirty TOP100, really dirty…

Microwaved goop. Not Chinese food. Not edible. Not ok. If you want a stomach ache every time… this is the place to go.

I really wanted to give Top 100 a positive review because the people there are so nice, but unfortunately the food was really disappointing. We ended up here last Monday because we were craving Chinese food and Bamboo Garden was closed and although my friend who lives in Twentynine said she’d heard mixed reviews about Top 100, we thought it was worth a shot. I’m sorry to say we will not be going back. I got the Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice and my friend got the Kung Pao Shrimp with Fried Rice and let me tell you, this was by far the least spicy Kung Pao either of us has ever had. In fact, it simply wasn’t spicy at all. The fried rice was disappointing also — no veggies, no egg, no flavor. It was as if they just took some plain white rice and fried it in a bit of oil. Bland and boring. The portions were generous and the prices were comparable to Bamboo Garden but the quality was nowhere near. Only reason I’m giving two stars is that the service was great and everyone there was super sweet to us.

The price is fair. However the food is never consistent from visit to visit. They will take steamed rice and mix it with stuff and call it fried rice. Makes the meal gross!!!

I got takeout from here once. It wasn’t the best. It was pricey and just wasn’t very good.

This place is awesome! I’m in town for work and this place was recommended by a coworker. I had General Tso’s Chicken and it was amazing! The food is priced great and the staff is extremely courteous.

If you’re ordering delivery you better pay with a card. Apparently they don’t send their delivery drivers with change so I just paid $ 20 for a $ 12 meal because I was to hungry to not take the food. The only reason I order from them is because they’re the only restaurant with chow fun.

Went to this one because the Bamboo Garden was closed on Mondays. It felt like a dirty fast food restaurant inside. I took two bites of the orange chicken and pushed the plate of «chicken» aside. We both left half-hungry. Also there was a baby cockroach on our receipt.

Took the whole family out and we all thought the food not up to par. They do not have anywhere to change a child’s diaper either so this place is not baby friendly and my baby had a poopy diaper. No one else was in the resturant… and I was not about to let me kid sit in a poopy diaper so I change him in an empty booth. Pretty sure that is not sanitary…

Bottom line up front: Decent enough to stifle your craving for chinese food. Don’t expect anything more than mediocre food, service, and atmosphere. I ordered the fried potsticker appetizer. It was a good size portion, crispy, and tasty. I have my suspicions that it is frozen premade potstickers though. I also ordered a small wor wonton soup. The soup was also large and full of veggies, wontons, and chicken. A little on the bland side, but i like my wonton soup a little toned down. Main course was Beef and Broccoli and the General Tzo’s Chicken. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with a nice snap to it and the beef was tasty. The chicken was also cooked with a nice glaze and had a slight crunch. I also suspect the chicken is from a frozen premade bag. Overall the food was good. It wont win any awards, but it will kill any craving you have for chinese food quite nicely. The venue was clean, the service was adequate with no personality contests being won.
