Burger King

this is the worst restaurant, today they gave me my order twice wrong, return some onions rings because they were cold, and u know what they did, they put again the same onions in the fryer and warmer up, and the manager who is a little chubby Latina instead to give my money back she told me I was wrong, is really bad service, and many times u find homeless inside doing nothing, please don’t go, bad quality and the worst customer service!!!

Their burgers taste like ass. And one time a friend of mine found a cockroach in her burger there.

That fool in the counter was a dick, charged me for two burger for one and had no bacons in it. Although u ordered $ 8.99 burger had nothing in it. And when I went back to get my bacons on it the manager acted like I asked it for free. Attitude of these people make them certified douche bag. Never ever ever go there.

6 months ago we ordered online for delivery from the Union City store and it took over an hour and a half to get here. Today, we thought service maybe improved so we decided to give them another chance. It has been an hour and a half and still no food. I was told they are very very busy and there are 12 orders waiting to be delivered. The order has not even left the store. So, what else is new? Same old song and dance. They still only have one driver. Really?

I don’t have high standards for fast food. I know I’m putting junk into my system and I always feel like crap after. However before I put this stuff in my stomach I want it to at least LOOK good. That’s not unreasonable, right?
On October 21^st I decided to be a pig and indulge my inner fat kid and eat some burger king. I ordered some new chicken sandwich meal, asked for extra lettuce and a coke to wash it all down.
When I get home, I see the most pathetic looking monstrosity i’ve ever seen in my entire life. It was a chicken sandwich, but it look like someone had sat on it for 2 hours. There were maybe 3 slivers of lettuce, and the lettuce wasnt even green. it was like white. WTF. By the time I got home, I had to start work again so I couldn’t go back to demand my money back.
DISGUSTING and piss poor cooking standards at this burger king. I rather eat dirt than ever give these disrespectful mf’ers money again. The balls on them to serve this TRASH to paying customers. IM PISSED!

I don’t normally review fast food chains but I was craving an original chicken sandwich from Burger King. I ordered the sandwich and a small fry and it was $ 6.91!!! Really! Almost $ 7 for a fast food chicken sandwich and small fry, what a rip off

My bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was stuffed with barely cooked bacon. Because who doesn’t want to start the day with a mouthful of wet fat?

Sharon provides high quality customer service! It’s wonderful to have someone as nice as her at the location I’ve been coming to since I was little!

I tried the delivery service because I cannot drive at the moment. The ETA was 50 – 60 mins which I thought would be inaccurate because they’re 3 mins away from where I live. I placed my order at 6:01 and according to the tracker the food hasn’t even left the kitchen. I plan on calling to complain after they arrive so I know my food isn’t tampered with. I would cancel the order but I already paid for it

I would give it a zero star if I could.
Went thru the drive thru around 10:30 tonight and my order was all screwed up.
The only good thing they made was my Oreo shake.

This has to be the worst Burger King in the US. I thought fast food chains will only vary slightly, but was I wrong.
Food was burned, salty, and the oil was probably used for longer than recommended… not to mention the order was not fulfilled correctly; missing my daughters chicken nuggets, gave frys instead of union ring, no sauce, and forgot my drinks. What I saw while waiting for our order was flat out bad, wrong, and I can’t help to write it in this review, but I hope that won’t happen again.
The chicken nuggets was so bad that my daughter only ate one piece and that was it. The double whopper ordered for me was okay though.

Drive thru is absolutely to be avoided. It is incredibly slow and when I get the food, it’s cold. Not sure what happened but I go there as a very last resort and know I can’t be in a rush. Waits of 10 minutes is average

5^th time they gotten my order wrong in the wrong way (overcharged). They either miss a sandwich or side or just completely messed up the order. This is online delivery, dine in, drive thru, or take out. Whatever method, they mess up by short changing you on what you order.
Today, simple #2 combo with but looking at my meal its a regular whopper. Why am I paying an extra $ 2 dollars for something I’m not getting?! I’ve ordered /​paid for extra items I never got: missing items like extra condiments (extra patty) or sides (fries) are ordered but never inside the bag.
This time they messed up my order for the last time I will never go back to this Burger King again.
Perhaps, have someone check the order before they go out: check to see if items are fresh (stale fries, dry nuggets) the correct items are even in the bag and its customized correctly.
Because I’m still waiting to «have it my way» because I never get it the way I order it I guess that’s why they changed their motto

Sorry messing up a whopper no onion no tomato 3 times!!. Come on BK! And they run out of the carbonation a lot. Lost our business.

The look of the place on the inside has definitely improved. But in all honesty this place is the same as it ever was. The service is definitely nicer especially when I paid them in a handful of coins (literally). The food is mediocre. I mean it’s Burger King. Nothing special. I do like how they now have burgers with better ingredients such as mushrooms and swiss cheese, but if you really wanted a good tasting burger for cheap I’d suggest In N Out, or Fuddruckers if you want better ingredients. Probably won’t be coming back unless I’m really craving BK. Like really craving it…

B.K. are about the same all over. except for the pricing.

I didn’t want to post another review (this is only my 208^th update in recent years– I’m such a newbie), but my negative experience on Saturday demands that I lower the rating.
There was really no one in line, and so I was helped within a minute.
My cashier was friendly and competent.
My order was ready before I was (I had to finish getting the drinks after I received the food).
The young woman who gave me the food was very nice (to be honest, I’m not totally sure if she was sincere when she told me to have a nice day), but dense.
I had to ask for ketchup (I received at least 6 packets– they were hurled into the bag), and I was frustrated because I had to ask for another bag 3 times.
I was specific for a reason (I had to bring everything to my wife’s car about a block away), and so I was especially annoyed when the woman tried to give me a cup holder. I briefly explained to her why that wasn’t going to work (because of all the trouble I went through, I kept the plastic bag I finally got and will reuse it for awhile).
Note: All prices include tax.
Medium Drink: $ 2.18.
My Dr. Pepper was watery and pretty much unrecognizable.
Maybe it was in witness protection. o_​O
Anyway, this was an issue in the past too.
I was thirsty, but finished less than half of my drink (I actually shoved one of my son’s dirty diapers in it).
I thought that I was doing good (for once).
I got my wife Barq’s Root Beer (I forgot to last time).
Sadly, though, she must have received Diet Coke.
I’m positive that I pushed the right lever.
Anyway, my wife was incredulous, and she had me dump her drink before she finished it.
4 Piece Chicken Nuggets ($ 1.30): ⁸⁄₁₀.
Mine were pretty good (they were hot and slightly crunchy).
My wife enjoyed hers too.
The fries here have gone downhill, and so I’m not interested in ordering them anymore.
2 Double Cheeseburgers ($ 2.74): 7.75÷10.
I liked my cheeseburgers overall, but they could have been better.
My patties could have been juicier and cooked a bit longer.
Turkey Burger ($ 4.37): ⁷⁄₁₀.
Again, I thought that I was doing good.
My wife was interested in trying a new item, but couldn’t give me the name of it (I did my best to jog her memory before heading here).
I looked around, and only a Turkey Burger poster stood out (some deals are being promoted, but no other new items are right now).
My wife wasn’t in the mood for hers. She just didn’t want to eat it. She ate a fourth of it and threw the rest away (yes, this was the pattern of the day).
My wife told me that I should have just bought her a Whopper (sometimes I can’t win).
Son of a bitch.
I used to love this location (my wife and I went here a bunch of times in the past– one of my old classmates even used to work here), but I’m starting to agree with some other Unilocalers about how bad it is.

Hate hate hate this burger king. My last experience will be my very last. Been coming here since I was a kid, but their food and service has definitely gone down.
The last time I came here I was with my boyfriend at the drive thru late one night, around 11pm or so. All we wanted was some cheap snacks. But when we get up to the window to pay, we could see the workers inside throwing water at each other. Essentially having a full blown WATER FIGHT while they were working. I mean it is a burger king but that is so unprofessional!!! The guy handing us our food was all wet so our food bag was all wet as well. So disgusting. I am never coming back here again.
