Thia is the worst McDonald’s I have ever come across. The drive thru is always long and ridiculously slow. The walk in counter help is very unprofessional and lazy including the managers. It could be lines full of people and the cashiers will be huddled up in the back or at the registers talking and laughing about personal issues and gossip as if the customers aren’t even standing there. When they do finally get around to making your order it’s either wrong or missing something. Always ask for fresh fries otherwise you get the old recycled tastings ones from the previous shift or day. Unfortunate that this location is so convenient to bart and surrounding plazas.

It’s food and it’s as good as you’d expect from a McDonalds. Nothing else to say.

I mean I know it’s fast food. But shit. You guys never get it right haha. Drive thru is always at least 15 minutes. No joke. Literally. First world problems of course but if I’m looking for a quick bite if rather go somewhere else.

The manger a union city McDonald’s wastes food when their is a mess up on the order she takes the food that got messed up and throws it in the trash there’s people starving in poor country’s make me cry when fast food employees ask for the food back such a waste when me or my co workers could eat the fries McDonald’s should train their employees to just let the customer have the food instead of it going to waste in the trash can Last time I was at Taco Bell with my dad they messed up on my order and let me keep the item they mess up on and fixed it toco bell understands not waste ing food!

Went there at 10am for breakfast, they had a long line at the drive-thru so we decided to go in and order to go. After we ordered, I looked at the receipt and noticed the cashier did not get our order right. We ordered 2 breakfast combos, both with coffee, both coffees with cream. The receipt just showed one of them with cream. Ok, no big deal. So we waited. And waited. And waited some more. I noticed there were a LOT of staff behind the counter, probably too many, since they were getting into each other’s way. Meanwhile orders were stacking up on th e counter and nobody was matching drinks with the bags,(not even getting drinks/coffee/juice). And nobody was calling out orders that were ready(because no drinks were matched up, none were«ready»). I saw a customer who was ahead of us come up to ask about their order(it had been sitting on the counter the past 10 minutes, again without their drinks)…nobody seemed to have a clue about how to complete an order… when we FINALLY got our order, we got our 2 coffees(both WITHOUT cream… sigh…is there a zero star option?

Went in today to order some food to go. Drive thru was packed so I went inside to get the food. I noticed there were 2 Union City Police department Car’s in the parking lot and looked like 1 – 2 undercover Car’s all near the back of the Buffett restaurant building. Well, after walking in, there is an employee leaning against the trash cans looking at his Cellphone while there is a chain up from one side of the dining Room and hooked onto the trash can. There was also another employee propped up near the ketchup area with a chair blocking the that section of the dining Room. I don’t know what was going on but there was some Guy on his phone and taking really loud. I decided it was time for me to leave. I don’t know what ever took place after I left but I didn’t want to be a part of it.

Nothing great but normal macD. Staff ok but not that helping. Nothing with no meat option.

Only reason why I go to this place is because it’s so close to my house. But it’s definitely worth driving an extra 10 minutes to get a better service. People here are so rude and unprofessional. No gratitude and no respect for their customer. You seem more of a stressor by coming in that actually being delightfully welcomed. Managers need to control common business etiquette here.

I only go to this place when I get home from work late and nothing else is open. The line is always long here, and the service is slow. Last time I went, I ordered a 10-piece McNugget box and there were only eight in it. Too bad I didn’t notice that until I got home. Otherwise it’s a decent place.

The service there sucks, when one of the workers was talking to another in spanish about an order she called the man who ordered it a «pendejo»(stupid). When the man asked her«Did you just call me a pendejo?» She responded saying«Well did u just here me?» He asked for the manager and she said they were the other two workerd who were standing behinder, the man waited tk speak tk them but they acted like he wasnt there. That is not okay.

Hit or miss with this one. We don’t come here too often, but when we do, each experience is different. The last time we went warranted for this review. My daughter wanted a mighty kids meal w/6PC nuggets. We got home & guess what? Her happy meal came with 0 nuggets. Originally this would have had 2 stars, but when I called them to make a complaint — the lady told me her name and said to bring in the receipt and they would give me another mighty kids meal, free of charge. So, that was pretty cool.

Had breakfast there this morning. It’s 43° outside and it’s colder inside the restaurant. I’m pretty sure the air conditioning is on. When I mentioned it to the staff they couldn’t have cared less. I had to go out to my car to get warmed up. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

This must be the slowest McDonalds on the planet Earth! And I live closeby so I’m speaking from experience of several times coming here. I keep thinking that maybe they’re having a bad day that day, but no. It’s ongoing. It’s 10:30 am and their orange juice machine is broken too. And if you ever get a smile from a worker, it’d be a miracle. I’ve been in this drive-thru for over 20 minutes no joke! They must have messed up this guy’s Order in the truck in front of me. I’ll be going to the McD off Decoto from now on.

This mcdonalds is one of the worst I’ve ever been too. Service is not great at all, they are not friendly and they all seem like they hate their job! This mcdonalds is definitely ghetto as people would refer too. I ordered a mini meal and asked for a large powerade instead of the small. And I was unaware that there is a «drink up charge» to sodas on meals, even though as advertised any size soft drink is only $ 1… I asked to speak to a manager about it to get more clarity, she was rude. Then I said cancel that order and to ring it up all separate, just to save that extra .65 cents are so. But the manager said she couldn’t do that. Not sure if that drink up charge is just a store policy? Because other mcdonalds do not do that UNBELIEVABLE !

I’m not sure why it took over 10 minutes in the drive thru for 1 Big Mac meal. I typically wouldn’t write review over the wait time for a McDonalds but there were 4 workers visible and obviously slacking around. If I knew service would be extremely slow I would have never came here. Unfortunately I couldn’t just drive off because I already paid.

I’ve only been here twice. The first time was exceptional. This time I hated it. Maybe it’s because the time of day and that it’s a week day but the customer service was unwelcoming. A brown haired girl took our order and she didn’t smile, constantly interrupted my grandma while she was ordering, and they served me old fries. When I asked for new fries from the manager, he didn’t even look at me, just took the box of fries, threw it away, and handed me a new one. I just finished the fries now and saw that there were OLDFRIES, hard and dark fries at the bottom of the fry box. Also, I am reminded of why I hated other people. Too many rambunctious, annoying, loud, and disrespectful Highschool kids. Stepping on seats, sitting on tables, etc. My fault for eating somewhere located near a Highschool, but they need to get their customer service together.

I’m mainly posting this update because McDonald’s bailed me out of a jam. I ate here on Wednesday at 6 p.m. after eating almost nothing earlier in the day. I was an idiot(that’s nothing new– when I owned a paddle ball, I struggled to hit the ball and thought that it would help when I cut the string). I left my backpack at home(I always bring some snacks and drinks to work). Although I had over $ 12 on me, my options were limited(when I’m at work, I really need my badge to get around– even President Obama would be told that he needs a badge). It’s a long story, but I only ended up buying a Dr. Pepper and a Snickers from 2 vending machines(I know that it’s bad, but I wake up around 6 a.m. on weekdays and really never have breakfast). Needless to say, I badly needed to eat when I got here. My cashier was rather pretty(I was frankly surprised, and wondered if being so hungry had caused me to start seeing things). She was kind of friendly too, but a bit stiff. It was also odd when she gave me my change(she hesitated as if she really wanted me to touch her hand– maybe that’s just what I was hoping was happening). In general, the cashiers here could use some polishing. They’re competent, but a little slow to greet customers. They’re also not very smooth in their interactions. The word awkward comes to mind. I ate here for the first time in many years(my wife picks me up after work, and she understood that I was going to be late). I enjoyed the songs that were playing inside(ex: «Again» by Lenny Kravitz), and I also engaged in some people watching(I don’t know her name, but I’ve seen the woman who was to my right a few times before). A number of customers were around, and so I had to wait longer than normal for my food(about 4 minutes instead of 2), but it was only rough because of my condition. I scarfed most of the food down and didn’t really care that I couldn’t order a drink. Partly because some of her money paid for the food, I saved my wife some(she was grateful, but also complained about«getting fat»). I Need It Now: Asia Express is in the area(it’s me and my wife’s favorite Chinese restaurant). I could have saved some money, received a similar amount of food, and even been given a drink(I’m thinking of the 4-item combo– a small drink is included). This place is consistent, though, in terms of providing hot food(when we go to Asia Express, my wife and I almost always order our food to go). I would have been in hell had I ordered from Asia Express and received lukewarm food(time was of the essence, and so I couldn’t afford to take the chance on food needing to be heated up). Note: All prices include tax. Large French Fries($ 2.40): 8.5÷10. They’re cheaper than I remembered, and I’m glad that I was able to ask for 2 orders. My fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. They were nicely salted as well. I was very pleased. 20 Piece Chicken McNuggets($ 5.46): 8.5÷10. As usual, I didn’t really care for the tangy BarBeCue sauce. My 3 packets were basically just thrown away(I have no real interest in the other flavors either). I had some composure(I ate some of my McNuggets slowly). By and large, though, they were thrown into my mouth like I was popping pills. It only took me about 15 minutes to finish off 17(I’m so wonderful that I gave my wife the other 3). The service I received was fine(a manager was even around at the time I came in, and he was on top of things), and I was truly happy with my food. I feel comfortable boosting up the rating. This place isn’t perfect, but I’m glad that it’s around. I like this song, but I’m really just posting this link for shits and giggles: .
