Extremely tasty and well prepared. Love the crust… Always fresh and warm. Hope they would have more places around.

Ok I come to this location of Jets ENTIRELY too often. It is convenient to my office and I usually get this great deal where you can get two fat square pieces of buttery crispy edged pizza with a 20 oz drink of your choice which I think is a great deal! Not a great deal to my waistline though but I do love this pizza it’s a great balance of sauce to crust to cheese ratio and the crust is nice and crunchy –crisp which I LOVE
This location is mostly a pick up location as it’s fairly small and does not have any seating either outside or inside besides one bench to wait for your order. This will be a constant temptation to me when I start my detox

Ordered a BLT pizza. Pizza was delicious, if you like lettuce and tomato. Bacon was very sparse, and manager didn’t offer any apologies because he made it himself and it had bacon on it. Um, no. It had very little.

We waited at the counter of Jets Pizza for over 20 minutes hoping someone would take our order. this was pretty late at night past dinner rush but we knew they were open because as we were walking in, a group of high school boys walked past with their order so someone had to have been at the counter less than 5 minutes before we walked in. We saw people in the kitchen cooking and we even saw them looking at us but no one would take our order. They were definitely still open since their posted business hours said they had at least one hour left. I suspect they were being racist and refused to take our order because we were Asian. That was the first and the last time I will try to go to Jets.

Buffalo Chicken pizza was amazing. The crust was amazing. They even delivered from UA to Clintonville. We will be getting pizza from them again!

The pizza was good but the delivery took forever on a Wednesday night and then it was really undercooked even though I ordered it well done. I did not get my extra side of dressing I ordered and paid for and they gave me a $ 3 credit. I ordered again recently and told them about the credit, went and paid and then when I got home I noticed that they didn’t even use my credit. I won’t be going back. The pizza is good, but I will be ordering from a different location.

Came here for part of my dinner tonight. Got a small deep dish pepperoni. The deep dish crust is so thick that sometimes I struggle to eat a small pizza from here while I have no problems eating an entire large or even xl pizza from other places. They’re the only place around here that sells detroit style pizzas which are square deep dish pizzas. If you but this pizza, you’re buying it for the crust. The sauce isn’t flavorful and they don’t put that many toppings on it.

I’ve wanted to try Jet’s for a while, but hadn’t managed to do it yet. My boyfriend ordered some of their pizza for dinner last night and I got to taste it; it was delicious!
I was a big fan of the one slice; I think it was pepperoni with feta? Yum!
I didn’t get to have as much as I would have liked, so I’m going to make it a point to order again soon! Can’t wait to give it another try!

Quality: The pizza was great, it reminded me of when i am on the East coast
Service: 3.5 It was okay, I was a little confused about the communication between the person answering the phone and the person who handled the transaction.
Clean/​Décor: I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 they were’t dirty but they also did not have décor that made me feel like a pizza joint.
Taste: 4 the pizza was very taste we got the turbo crust and it was really really good. The aroma is very strong so you will need to roll down your window. But, again it was good.
Price: The pizza was not expensive at all, I was impressed on how much a medium cost us.
The person on the phone did not suggestive sale which was sad because this was the first time I visited. I do like the pizza.
Yes I would return it is better then the typical chain pizza places in Columbus. Plus, they do fundraisers with the community and that is always a PLUS…

Oh my god this pizza is always so good good! The staff is usually very nice and I never mess up my order. They have flavor ed crust that are amazing. Great pizza joint

We only like one pizza from here. The Chicken BBQ deep dish pizza. It really is delicious. We’ve had other pizzas and appetizers but they are mediocre.
ONE BIG ISSUE: We’ve found a few long hairs on occasion which as you can imagine, kind of grosses you out. 3 out of 10 pizzas… and that is just OUR pizzas. How many others have needed a thorough brushing before eating?
You can clearly see the staff preparing the food. No ponytails and no hairnets.
I guess we should be happy they are long hairs and not short curly ones. Just sayn.

I swear the kids who work here and the jets in Hilliard. Are complete little #%#@&@#, they have no idea what customer service is or means. They see you as a nuance and makes sure you know it. Eventually Jets will fall to the waste side like Pizza Hut and Little Caesars.

One of the best carry out pizza options in Columbus. It may not be a healthy choice, but the deep dish BBQ chicken pizza is excellent.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Their deep dish is amazing, even better with cheddar cheese added. Free turbo crust completes my pizza wonderfully. My only complaint is one of personal taste, their sauce is a little too sweet for me. Lite sauce is a good way to go if you feel the same.

We had our second bad experience with this Jets, and we’re done ordering from here. Last time, they messed up our order, and this time it took over an hour to get our pizza delivered when we were told it would be 35 minutes. On top of that, the pizza was cold. We got the BBQ chicken pizza, and it would have been really good if it were hot. It was frustrating that it took so long, and the fact that this our 2^nd bad experience means we won’t be trying again.

I honestly and wholeheartedly believe that this is the best pizza in town — even in comparison with Rossi’s pizza or Deweys or Hounddog or other full blown pizza restaurant. Granted I’ve never been to Bono yet, so spare that one.
I don’t know what’s the secret, but just at the first bite, I know I’m gonna be back for another slice. The crust is superb, I would recommend to try the deep dish pizza. Really crispy and crusty. Man, people who gave less than 3 star review needs to go back and give them a second chance.

Ok, first of all: its a greasy pizza chain. Just getting that out of the way.
Besides that, the food is pretty good. Deep dish pizza is the way to go. I’m especially fond of their cheesy bread (its cheese pizza with the sauce on the side, haha.) The service is great. They are constantly pretty busy. Delivery is an extra $ 2.50 (plus a tip, of course), so watch that.

I was honestly shocked to read these reviews! I truly believe Jets pizza is the best chain pizza I can imagine. Seriously, I have spent several hours thinking of how I could improve it and the only thing I could think of is if their kitchen moved into mine and I could have it all the time (we’ll pretend I wouldn’t gain a million pounds).
The BBQ chicken and the Hawaiian pizza are ROCKING. I also like the BLT (which most people aren’t on board with — but I really suggest it).
Maybe pizza who aren’t in love have only tried the round pizza? Because in my experience most people want to marry Jets after a deep dish rectangle pizza. Guess I’ll keep them all to myself!

This was quite possibly the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t know where the crust comes from, but after one bite I figured out why they offered to «flavor» your crust for you; something has to cover up the cardboard like texture and flavor. In all honesty, I’d probably rather eat cardboard.
The sauce tasted like ketchup, if ketchup was metallic and overbearingly sweet. And the cheese was processed tasting and greasy.
We ordered this because of lack of delivery options in our area. I thought it couldn’t be worse than Donato’s, but I was proven wrong pretty quickly. Donato’s is at least edible. After a few bites, this went in the trash.
Next time I’ll go get a cardboard box, top it with some ketchup and cheese. I’ll save myself 20 bucks *and* have a better pizza.

Initially, I didn’t have high hopes for this place. I thought the quality would be comparable to Dominos. I tried the deep dish pizza. The appearance alone made it apparent it wasn’t going to be a crappy pie like Dominos. The crust was golden brown and crispy. The veggies looked fresh. The taste didn’t disappoint either. I would compare the crust to Pizza Hut’s pan pizza — deliciously greasey and crisp. However, I’d say Jet’s crust is even more crisp. Thumbs up. I will get this pizza again fer sure.
