Great service it was very fast I did not even have to to walk to my table and food was done taste great this was the best service I have receiver not a long time

This location always has a good amount of high schoolers and young people working which is good for the atmosphere and feel of Jimmy Johns.
I’ve never had an issue with the food. It’s pretty par with the rest of JJ’s locations.

Super fast delivery and meaty sandwiches. I love their service and the prices are reasonable.

I absolutely love jimmy johns!!! I usually order delivery, and all of the delivery people are so nice! They only came late one time and the guy couldn’t stop apologizing, at the time I wasn’t aware of the 15 minute delivery rule. Inside of the store is also very clean and nice! I always pick jimmy johns when I need something on the go.

Walked in and out of the 3 people behind the counter, only the one young lady spoke. The manager was unpleasant. The young guy made my sandwich in 30 seconds and when I asked him for oil and vinegar on my sandwich, Both he and the manager seemed annoyed. I then asked for a bag and was told to «get it myself» and then the guy walked away. I said «Wow»! The bag was behind the counter which I think isn’t a sanitary thing to have people reaching back there for items. NEVER WILL I EAT AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

Nothing special at all. First time to this place and last. Jersey Mikes will have my business. I walked in to a kid on his phone, then the crew came out. Barely greeted. Explained it was my first time. usually with good customer service you would get a «what do you like, you should try…» i got nothing. I proceeded with my order and it was fast. At the end I asked for a bag… as the other sandwich maker was walking away he proceeded to tell me to help myself. I had no clue. took three times telling me where the bags were to help myself to it. (usually customers don’t reach behind the counter)
Now the actual sandwich, so bland, I had more bread than meat… like I said. Choose jersey mikes.
Also want to add I was the only customer at the time.

Picked up and had it delivered. Food is good for a fast good chain. Service is good and delivery is fast. Pretty convenient.

I really should start downgrading my JJ reviews. They’re ALL super fast and super friendly, as is this one. Order and pay, by the time I get to the far end of the counter, my sandwich was there and ready for us.
Tip: Add cucumbers and substitute mayo with mustard. More filling, less calories! And they will cut your sandwich in half if you ask.
