Zero stats but that was not an option. …the last 4 times i have been here they have not got my order right. .and every time is the save thing 3 chicken nugget kids meals. .they always forget one and give me only 2… the last time i went i told them hey you only gave me two and i said 3. The response. .there is 2 in one bag! !!! NOTONLYWASTHAT A LIE… THEYACTUALLYTHOUGHT I WASTHATDUMBTOBELIEVETHEM. Get the damn orders right that’s your job… if you can’t then you should be fired

If I could, I would give zero stars! Terrible unfriendly staff! I ordered 2 mcdoubles no pickles sub Lettuce, small coke and a medium fries. I also specifically requested fresh fries. I pull up to the cashier and pay. I notice they charged to sub lettuce. cool no biggie. I pull to next window for the food. They tell me to pull up and they’ll send it right out. At that I point I requested that they make sure there’s ketchup, Mayonnaise, hot mustard and big Mac sauce. The lady looked at me… rolled her eyes and said sure. Literally 20 minutes pass before they finally deliver. I figured it’s the fries. it’ll be fresh. it’ll didn’t even notice it took that long… turns out. the fries are barely even warm! No bullS**t…yes I sent it back…4 min later I get my hot fries. but by this time the other food isn’t as hot as it was. any ways. Go to the hotel and guess what. they gave me the wrong fuc*ING order! I call and rude Nicole answers. I say good evening Nicole how are you. She says«fine»…to which I replied well I’m frustrated thanks for asking. can I speak to the manager! Manager get on. I ask for his name and he says«who are you»?? I said a customer… what’s your name? He hangs up on me! Long story short I’m going back tomorrow to get my refund. check pics. time stamp on screen shot. and time on reciept Oh I called back and finally got a name.mr.Davuus.if that’s really his real name. either or I’m also calling corporate. Terrible terrible customer service. and just over all rude. the staff of course. they have a lot to learn from chic fil-a. Which was my first choice but unfortunately for me they closed. yes I was there at 10:03 :-(…

Stopped here after a long day at work. Our order was taken promptly at the drive through and delivered very accurately. Jaquan’s smile and positive attitude made not only my experience better but turned around my entire day. Nice and clean exterior… and that’s were good comments end. The woman on the drive thru was rushing me like it was closing time and she had to get home to watch the finale of Lost. I don’t get stressed, but damn if she wasn’t stressing me out with ordering with the family. I want to note there was no one behind me when ordering. Then I went to the first window but she wasn’t there. So I went to the second window. She showed up there and I paid. Then they had us the sodas… I ask which is the diet? Response«I don’t know the machine fills it, you can tell by smell» Are you kidding me? Smell? What an idiot. They hand us the food. we leave and I think it’s all over. The kids meals were surprisingly correct. The fries were undersalted, but cooked correctly. A few minutes later we got to the park and I open up my quarter pounder, and realized I got a big mac. Nice aprils fools joke people. I hate«dressing» on my burger, it was a gross mess.

Yo, fools, how are you going to sell me a burger with no meat? That is messed up to pull your sandwich out of the bag, then see everything on your Bacon Smokehouse BUT the meat. I can’t believe someone back there disregarded one of the essential ingredients to a burger. No meat means no burger. It wasn’t even busy. What a joke. If there’s a next time I’ll make sure to place my order and end it by saying, «Hey, make sure you include the meat for my burger.» Thank you for displaying incredible incompetence. Make sure your food preparers revisit the section in the Employee Manual which tells them to put meat on every burger. JV

Oh man where do i start?! I go there almost every morning at 7 and lunch time around 1. Every time i go i get shitty service. All the employees are rude. Lines wrapped around the building thinking they are so busy but come to find out they are very slow. I thought it was fast food but this isnt fast at all. Usually in the am i get a large unsweet tea and 2 sausage burritos. Not hard right?! Well they manage to mess up with the tea and give me sweet and the burritos are cold and rock hard. Of course me i will call and complain and have them replace it the next day. Lunch time i usually get a cheeseburger plain extra cheese and a small fry, again not hard at all. Well i end up with a cheeseburger with no extra cheese(and i pay for it) or not even plain at all and fries thats either cold or looking like someone ate some before putting it in my bag. When i call… not to complain but to tell them what they did wrong i get attitudes telling me i can come back for a replacement. Ok happy for that but when i go in and say im getting my replacement meal i get rolled eyes and attitudes to my face. My opinion i would avoid this place but i still get suckered to go because it very convenient since i work next door. I will be happy when i dont have to visit this place again!

I am not going to lie, I am not a huge fan of McDonald’s. Not a fan of most fast food, but last night I was in a hurry and ran in and grabbed some quick eats. First off, the customer service in this location was reallt good. The girl working the register was cheerful and helpful. Very pleasant. The food came out quickly and it was nice and hot. I would also like to note that it was very clean. The kids loved the fact that some tables had iPads on them so they could play some games. All in all, if you like McDonald’s or just need a quick bite, I recommend this location.

Just a quick update on my visit tonight. Unsure if it was a fluke, but a significant upgrade in service and cleanness on this visit. The cashier was friendly and smiled and when my son asked about their new menu item«Mighty Wings» she described them. My son asked for a sample, to which I stopped him to say they do no give samples. But you know what, the cashier said let me ask my manager. She came back and said yes, my manger will prepare a sample… WOW! Now I did not see that coming. The dining room was completely clean, every table. There just seemed to be a different feel in the air of this place, at least I hope so. My son ended up saying they were just too spicy and settled on a chicken sandwich. A little bit later when the cashier was in the dining room she came and checked on us… really I was shocked. My son also noticed an upgrade in the dining room. Three iPad’s at three tables, see pic. He played with it a little bit and said it had internet connection and was loaded with games. This is every kids dream, but also very nice for adults to utilize as well. Another follow up next week is necessary to see if things have really changed. But this much I know, this was one of the best McDonald visits I have had in years.

Oh my god they need management training. Inconceivably slow. There were four women in the front horsing around and taking one order. When the food was brought out they would take another order. I haven’t seen a poorer run McD’s. I waited 15 minutes and there were only four in front of me. It was a beautiful and clean(must be new) spot, but the service should be avoided at all costs.

This McDonalds is definitely not on point. Although this location was rebuilt a year or so ago, the nice shiny interior faded quickly, and the free wi-fi is not worth the trip. Besides, the Starbucks across the street has wi-fi too, but I will review them soon. Before the remodel the service here was bad, and it continues to be bad. Multiple times I have received the wrong order when going through the drive-thru and have to do the whole park and go inside routine. The real problem is that the drive-thru has two lanes that merge into one. Now I know It might seem like common sense that patrons would alternate who gets to proceed, but the scene here reminds me of trying to merge onto the HRBT at West Ocean View Ave during rush hour. So, when you get to the«pay» window they always ask you what you ordered, which is a real pain. Then when you get to the«food» window they just start handing your bags of food. Which is great and all, especially when you only ordered a value size sprite, but someone in line is getting screwed. The solution would seem to be going inside to order, but the counter workers are often chatting with each other instead of taking orders, so inside in not much better. TLDR version: It’s a McDonalds, what do you expect.

Usually I save my reviews for mom & pop or private businesses and I’m usually not this harsh… However, take note… Service: McSucked(Young lady at the register had no sense of urgency and tried to give us drinks half full. To busy talking to her friends rather than concentrating on her job. The whole staff was joking around and there were several customers at the counter complaining and getting orders fixed as well. One complaining customer stated that her sandwich was supposed to have«Lettuce and Mayo». The guy she talked to yelled back, I need a [whatever her sandwich was] with Mayo and Mayonnaise… TWICE. This place was a joke. Food: McSucked(Under cooked fries, over cooked chicken sandwich and nuggets, under cooked Quarter Pounder) Cleanliness: McSucked(Couldn’t find a clean table in the place. Trash cans over flowing) There was no point complaining as there appeared to be no management on the premise. I won’t go back.
