Your drive-​thru is ridiculously slow I don’t know what’s going on in there but there’s no reason for it to be this slow if you have people who are ordering those stupid coffees then make them pull aside there are people who want just sodas or meals which is what you’re supposed to be selling this is not a coffee shop

Horrible service. Whole order wrong. Ask for a fresh burger they served a burned dry patty I wouldn’t even serve to a dog

Slowest McDonalds I’ve been to by far. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a latte, and when I got to the pickup window they told me they ran out and if I wanted to try something else. At this point I didn’t want anything, but settled for the alternative choice for the mere fact that I had waited all that time. Didn’t even offer to give it to me on the house, which I felt would have been most appropriate. Very disappointed, however it is McDonalds so that standards shouldn’t be so high, but still. And I highly recommend that McDonalds should have a 3^rd drive thru window, so you can return all the wrong/​crappy stuff they gave you.

This is a good McDonalds! They give good service and are friendly. When I stopped one time for a cone, I appreciated that they had placed a big sign up to say the machine was out of order, so I didn’t waste my time standing in line. They always make a nice big cone! Compared to other McDonalds which are dirty and not run well, this one is worth stopping at!

On September 20,2014 at 5AM I went to this Mc Donalds location. I had my kids with me we walk in trash was on the tables. I give my order to a empolyee who told me «we don’t serve that s*** here». The manager was a foot away from us yet I had to explain to her what was said. After I tell her she looked at the empolyee, asked him if he said that. He denys it and called me a liar. When all I needed was an apology. In return I walked out.

The employee/​manager here are rude! The food is never done correctly and if you complain they act like you are steeling there personal money

It’s a McDonalds… I was staying the night on my north. I «Yelped» the nearest food source… it popped up 0.2 miles from the hotel. About a 7 min walk on a beautiful Saturday morning at about 10am. Ordered the #3 Breakfast. Order was filled perfectly within 2-​min. I sat at a clean table. Staff was cleaning floors. I was in and out in about 15 min and was on my way. Yes, I have been screwed before at McD’s drive through… but this time… nothing to complain about… carry on…

Sat in the drive-​thru for two drinks… For 15 flipping minutes!!! Don’t waste your time. Go ANYWHERE else.

This place is horrible went in the drive thru ordered 4 egg white mcmuffins pull out to the window and the manager Asian girl told me if can pull out to the side because it was gonna take a couple of minutes for my order so I was OK with it I told the lady I wanted some ketchup and remind her twice she said don’t worry I got u 5. 10…18 minutes later she comes out with my order and no ketchup this b. Didn’t even apologize I had my 2 daughters on the car that’s why I didn’t go get it myself
Don’t know how she got the manager position but that was a cheap service first and last time on this crappy McDonals

I wish I could give 0 stars. Started with McDonalds getting my order wrong and myself not noticing until I returned home… it happens about 50% of the time, but my fault for not checking. Called manager and she was pleasant and offered to comp a meal for during lunch time. She said to mention her name and there will be no problem. Returned for compensation and «Team Lead» Arlene, gave me nothing but attitude. Conveniently no store manager on duty and unable to contact supervisor or manager by phone. The guy that took my order that morning was there to confirm the mishap and Arlene was rude, gave attitude, and had the audacity to ask for me to return the wrong meal I had received that morning. Very poor form. Do not recommend. Never compensated as promised by manager by phone. Future advice, hold up entire line in drive through to double check their «fast» erroneous service.

I’m pretty sure almost everyone has been to McDonalds before, and knows how that works. This McDonalds is unique, and it has feature that makes it stand out from the rest, it’s the best one so far. Now I’ve been to many many Mickey D’s, but this one is the best. This McDonalds is clean, is in a pleasant environment, and isn’t at all like some of the McDonalds in LA.

It’s McDonalds, you pretty much know what you’re getting. But as far as McDonalds go, they are quick with your order, and its correct. I’ve never been inside, but the drive through is one of the fastest McDonalds i’ve been in.

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. They have never gotten my order right. I have to order my fries without salt or they are given to me at room temperature more often then not. They don’t seem to understand what substitutions mean. Also they don’t seem to get the difference between sweet and sour sauce and sweet chili sauce.
If the other McDonald’s restaurants weren’t so much farther away, I would never go to this one again. Even so, its worth the drive to go elsewhere.

This place is a dump. I remember I time when this McDonald’s was winning awards and was a great place to take your family. It’s pretty sad when I have to wipe down my own table and the shift manager is sitting across the way talking with other employees. If you really need a Big Mac drive to the one on North Akers, at least you will find a clean table there.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s but this place was ace.
Went through the drive in just to order large sweet tea & fries. Asked that we have freshly cooked fries. They accommodated us without any problem.
Got our sweet tea, freshly cooked medium fries and headed home.
