The store manager is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. He refused to give me a refund(or even exchange the product!), and when i asked to speak to the manager(I didnt know he was) he walked away and told the young guy at the counter to «handle» it. He then acted like he was busy and listened in, knowing that the kid was unable to do anything! I expect more from GNC than a sleazy, dishonest person managing the store. I’ll NEVER return there. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible store to go to! The manager and assistant manager are not professional and do not follow corporate return policy. I purchased an item and presented my original receipt and they said I could not get a refund. Even though the item I was returning was never used or opened. I called Gnc’s corporate office and spoke to the district manager Chris who was very helpful. Chris spoke to the manager at this location and I was eventually able to get a full refund. Don’t go to this location!

This GNC was just franchised. It was corporately owned until January 1, 2014. Until now, I have been able to use coupons I receive from GNC and look past the awkward employees that pester you. I saw the new owner and I immediately knew he would be «one of those» that doesn’t accept coupons even though it is an actual GNC coupon… crazy, right? I will not be going to this one anymore… last I knew, the Sun Valley Mall location is still corporately owned so go there instead!

The guys in at this location are so knowledgable. Always feel comfortable asking them for advice and they almost serve as a nutritionist.

Every time I go in here the owner(who looks like he’s been previously incarcerated and/or currently uses steroids) starts following me around like I’m going to steal something. He asks me so many questions about what I’m interested in that it feels like an interrogation. He’ll go on and on and ask what I’m taking the supplement for when honestly it’s none of his business. I shouldn’t be forced to say that the reasons I’m taking it are personal because he shouldn’t cross that line in the first place as a friendly person(which he is not). Even though this is the only vitamin store near my house, I’m going to start riding my bike twice as far just to avoid going to this poor excuse for an establishment.
