This location is pretty quick and there are usually low wait times. But portioning is tiny, my last two item had maybe 20%(if that) worth of entrée and 80% rice — not really what I pay $ 8 bucks for. Customer service is whatever, staff are quick but rarely smile or are that personable. This location used to be really good but to me it looks like management is trying to save a buck to quicken service and skimp on portioning for the price which keeps increasing over time.

Nasty. Had some clearish white gel stuff all over fresh veggies. See photos. Told management and was given same as replacement. I’ve nev er seen this on veggies b4. I get veggies every time. Can’t eat rice or noodles.

I’ve only been to this location twice. The first time I ended up getting sick, whether it be the flu or food poisoning from them or possibly somewhere else but it’s the last thing I ate before vomiting so you might understand the fear of trying their restaurant again. Tonight I tried it again though and I got the big plate with honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and orange chicken. I’m not sure if it’s normal that the honey walnut shrimp comes in its own container but it seemed kind of small. My broccoli beef was good, but it did have a big stump from the broccoli head in it. Mistakes happen right? The orange chicken was alright too although quite vinegary for my taste. The drive thru was fast this evening so that’s a nice plus for a Friday night. I don’t doubt this is a nice establishment, I just don’t know if I’ll be returning.

What a joke! The food is nothing special, but that’s what you expect in a restaurant like this is, convenience and value. Yeah sure, it’s got a drive thru, which is great, but the two items I was wanting to get, had a 5 min wait. So anyway, I ordered 2 of the two entrée and one side options,(which costs $ 7.10 each.) Orange chicken, and Pacific Shrimp on one and the other I ordered Szechuan beef and shrimp with walnuts. It came out to $ 18.20, at first I was like? wow?, the tax is expensive… then I when I got home I saw the receipt, wtf@&#* I was shocked! Not only did they charge me for the 2 item thingy which costs $ 7.10,(mind you they do have a 1 item bowl, which is $ 6.10) they charged me $ 1.25 I don’t know for what but; just called the store and they informed me that it was for premium meat, which means shrimp). Btw they gave me 5 pieces of shrimp, of the walnut shrimp and 6 pieces for the pacific shrimp. LOL have pix… ahhhhh, first and last time I go here.

I give them 3 stars for the perfect orange chicken because the chef makes it so flavorful. Also i like the inside it is new and clean. But then comes the service where some old lady says hello and thank you but then she gives stingy ass portions. I had to go back and tell them to put more orange chicken. I ordered a double orange chicken and gave me enough for 1 order. When i went back to ask for more the tall chinese guy had this crappy look on his face, even though he talks i can tell he is a farthead. No smile and seems like a jerk. So theres the shit service.

Used to love panda! Until I saw this in my Beijing beef. 1 month later my employee grabs Togo and to my surprise, same exact parasite in the beef. Ugh. I just can’t go back.

I could not understand why the rating is so low at here. The only reasonable explanation is that people get good service are less likely to comment than people get bad service. So to balance it out, I decided to make my comment for it: Been here multiple times. Always get great service and food. The place is clean and bright.

1) Typical Panada Express with a drive-thru 2) Decent customer Service, but don’t expect wonderful personalities 3) A 2-side Combo still runs about $ 7 then add your beverage… i ask for a water cup because i refuse to pay more than $ 1 for Soda if i’m Not in an actual restaurant It’s just 75-steps from a McDonald’s, so you can go there, order a $ 1 Super Large Soda, then walk over to Panda Express and get your food(You didn’t hear that money saving tip from me… Wink Wink)

Ordered 1 kids meal, panda bowl, 2 item box. No utensils, napkins, hot sauce, soy sauce. Cashier also made 2 transactions because she thought 1 box will feed family of 3.

Finally I come to a Panda Express that actually gives you a generous portion of food, and I’m not talking rice and noodles! Excellent customer service and very attentive! Highly recommend this particular panda!

Last month I went to this panda and ordered the basics, 2 item combo with friend rice and chow mein with broccoli beef and orange chicken. Let me tell you, I have never had been sick from eating panda at any other location but here. I was very nauseous and had major stomach cramping, diarrhea, throwing up the next couple of days. I ended up going to urgent care at kaiser and they told me I probably had food poisoning or samonila poisoning. I would love to talk to the manager about what happened but I’m sure he r she would deny the issue. Anyhow I will NEVER eat panda ever again… gross!

Place is nice, food is good. Is just service needs work. I was talking to the girl. And she and she ignored me and was talking about someone outside with her co workers. She gave me 3 pieces of chicken and a bunch of vegetables. I asked if the food came with a drink she said yeah. But charged me extra. Later I asked for hot sauce and soy sauce. She gave me half the basket of chili sauce but no hot sauce. Her co worker had to come help me…

There’s a lot of bad reviews from months before. I went to this panda after the renovation so I can’t speak for how the customer service and stuff was before. However, the past two times that I’ve been to this panda in the past month have both been delightful experiences. I don’t like to eat at chain eateries but I will make future exceptions for this specific panda express. Customer service: they’re nice and always greet/smile Cleanliness: probably the best I’ve seen at panda Food: a bit better than the average panda express Ambiance: new technology and great lighting make this panda feel a bit classier than the typical panda express

I make a mistake every time I come here!!! This panda is really bad!!! They always get order wrong. You order through the drive thru and after you pay they tell you park and wait for 15 minutes or plus for what you just pay for. Then they try talk you take something else that they can’t sell. Do your self a favor go any where else.

5 star for panda express? god dam right it gets 5 star. yeah it might not be authentic Chinese food, but who gives a FFFF. I would work minimum wage here just for a lifetime supply of mushroom chicken. Prices are $ 7 for 2 entrees $ 8.50 for 3 entrees, I usually rock with the half and half, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. If my mom spared me some extra lunch money, I like to add their hot and sour soup to the mix. Clean establishment, easy parking, good service. Court rules in favor of coming back very soon.

Came here for the first time in months, and the inside looked like it was renovated. Nice seating indoors, and the patio area is good when the wether is nice. It’s the usual Panda Express food. Their honey walnut shrimp is always tasty. We ordered a party tray on Christmas and it disappeared very quickly.

4-star Panda Express. This place was redone! The food is standard Panda Express, but this location has eco-friendly trash cans and pretty big TVs. Also, the workers are Chinese, which is funny. And a big plus. For all that, the«normal» turns into«4⁄5 stars». My only complaint is that they don’t have salt/pepper for you to grab. Unfortunate.

As a Chinese person who has grown up eating authentic Chinese food, I know I shouldn’t like Panda Express this much… BUTITSSOOOOGOOD. My favorite entrée is the mushroom chicken, followed by the orange chicken, and i ALWAYS get the hot and sour soup. I have an unusual affinity for hot and sour soup and this is the perfect place to satisfy my craving. Sometimes I even make a trip to Panda Express to just get just hot and sour soup at the drive through… and then drive directly home… I can’t help myself… only $ 1.50… But anyways, Panda is a solid Chinese fast food chain to me! Never disappoints and gives good portion sizes.

You typical Panda Express, great and tasty«wanna-be Chinese food.» A thing to keep in mind about this place, good luck with parking– It is seriously very tedious just to enter the parking lot and trying to find a spot. Although the place itself is not crowded inside, it is near McDonald’s, Panera, and other shopping centers. But aside from that, whenever I come here there is no line, which is always a bonus. Sometimes, it is hard to find a table– during lunch only though. Food is always fresh and the workers let you try free samples– it’s great! Not only this, but portions here are pretty large. Twice the rice and twice the noodles they’ll give you at other locations. Another perk about this place is that it’s always neat and clean inside! If in the area, I would definitely check this place out.

For years, I have been avoiding Panda Express. I have always thought that they were expensive and the food was not very good. I don’t know how it happened in my daughter’s school, but, in addition to teaching them the three«R’s», they also serve Panda’s Orange Chicken at her school. As a proud Asian dad, I am embarrassed to say that she likes Panda Express and their Orange Chicken. The family needed a quick and cheap lunch the other day, so I stopped by to pick up some grub. I entered the place at 12:30. No one was in line. All their customers were already seated and eating. They had a lot of selections, and the server was willing to give samples. I picked the Orange Chicken for the daughter. But, for the rest of the 2 item combo, I chose their Beijing Beef and their chowmein. I also ordered a bowl with chowmein and honey walnut shrimp. We went to the cash register where the server tried unsuccessfully to sell me more. She totaled everything up and told me it would cost $ 16! Are you kidding me? She told me that the Beijing Beef and the Honey Walnut Shrimp were considered Premium and charged me $ 1.25 more for each of those items. I paid and quickly got out of there. The food was not very good. The honey walnut shrimp was mushy. It is far from restaurant quality. The Beijing beef was stir fried beef with Asparagus and mushrooms. It was a salty. I have never seen this dish in Beijing the times I have been there. The Orange chicken was also kind of soggy. But, the daughter liked it. Needless to say, I don’t like this place. Sorry daughter, I am not coming back here just for you. You don’t let me eat Italian or Mexican food, I am not going to let you eat this crap. Panda overcharges for crappy food. If I want Chinese food, I’m driving elsewhere.
