The iced coffee is nice. And some of the workers are super chill too.
The donuts? Not so much. Why is it never fresh? Why does it taste like they trucked in stale donuts from the suburbs to dump at this shop? Why do the donuts tear reluctantly apart when you bite into it, and has the consistency of wet, wadded up papertowels? WHY DD, WHY? I’ve bought donuts from you early in the morning, or middday, or around lunch. Always, always, always, they’re stale.
I love donuts. I usually love Dunkin. I don’t love this place. I hate paying astronomical prices for Astro Donuts, but at least, those taste like they were made that day, vs, last week.

This place is an embarrassment to the DD name. There are ten of in line waiting for our orders and most of us are just getting coffee. Worst DD I’ve ever seen, with attitudes and service worthy of the DMV not a DD. I like their coffee and muffins but this one is a cluster.

15 minutes to close, I just wanted to pick up 2 donuts, I said that I could pay cash or credit, and they wouldn’t let me in the door. I could see all sorts of leftover donuts too. Doubt I’ll go here again; customer service is important me.

Ahhhh nothing like traveling back east to enjoy some good old Dunkin Donuts… until you get to this dump.
Let’s do a little review shall we???
Upon my arrival to this dirty establishment, I noticed all the «busy» workers wearing shirts that read «Friends don’t let Friends eat Starbucks». Ha. Clever!!!
What I find interesting is that this particular DD is following the standard Starbucks format. ORDER… walk to the end of the counter and wait for your order to be ready… WAIT 15 MIN FOR A GOD DAMN BAGEL AND CREAM CHEESE!!!
I want to add I was 1 of 5 customers In That store.
I say, if you can’t follow the Starbucks protocol… TAKE OFF THOSE F – KING SHIRTS!!!

Always quick, always friendly. This is a go-​to spot in Metro Center for coffee, iced tea, and the occasional donut pick-​me-​up.
Though there’s usually a line, it moves quick. Yes, Astro Donut is just down the street, but you can’t beat $ 0.99 iced tea! I recommend the peach tea!
