On my way biking home today the Pizza Boli’s delivery driver almost hit me with his car while I was in the bike lane, then honked at me and flipped me off. I have not tried Pizza Boli’s food before and I’d never go in there now! If you going to have your logo on a delivery vehicle teach your drivers some manners!

They took a mediocre jumbo slice, made it smaller and charges you more. Might as well go to U and pay the same for a crappy slice. Seriously, stay away.

Delicious thin crust jumbo slice of pepperoni was $ 6.50. Quick and easy lunch stop, and very nice workers. I’ll be going back.

Pizza isn’t bad, but Pizza Mart is definitely better. Pizza Boli uses too much dough. The place is also in dire need of renovation. Booths are falling apart. Soda machine doesn’t work.

This is hands down the best after hours night club in DC. Sure there’s a line after 1am but the crowd makes it totally worth it. The DJ/cashier totally takes requests — we got«We Found Love» and«El Taxi» played back to back. The place consequently turned into an all-out dance party. Minus one-star because the staff looked completely dumbfounded when we tried to order bottle service — even though there were empty tables available. One plus about this club is that they also serve food pretty late.

Hotel recommended this place. They must have some sort of reciprocity thing going on because it was such a waste of money. It’s like papa johns only worse… and I hate papa johns. Just blah and tasteless.

You just finished a bar crawl. You’re drunk. You see a big ol’ neon sign that says«JUMBOSLICE». (Actually, depending on your vantage point, you see up to 3 big ol’ neon signs flashing«JUMBOSLICE») It’s on. There are people everywhere, so it must be good, right? Yeah, not bad. While it may be jumbo it’s thin and greasy. A big floppy slice of pie. Size queens will rejoice however I like mine a bit thicker. You’re drunk anyway so you’re bound to make bad decisions. Be sure to add lots of parmesan. 50 cents more for pepperoni. Why just get cheese? BORING. Accept credit cards.

This place was pretty good, we were drunk and ordered 5 full sized pizzas. Not sure if I would go back since the portions are just too crazy big… rather have the amsterdam falafel down the street.

DEARLORDTHISPLACEISTHEBEST. Maybe it was because I was drunk out of my mind. Maybe it was because this place has been so hyped up in my brian, and it met every expectation. Or maybe it was just because it really was just that amazing. After partying out all night long, sometimes all you want is a fatty, greasy slice of heaven that is bigger than the size of my face to make your night complete. It’s not supposed to be vegan, gluten-free, oil and fat free. It’s a late night pizza place. What do you expect? It appears to be THE place to go once all the bars do last call. By about 1am-ish, the line was out the door. It’s a grab and go place, but they do have a few tables if you want to sit and stuff your face. Being from the West Coast, I’m not used to supersized pizza. I’ve learned to fold and bite :) For $ 5(cash only, but ATM outside), I was quite a happy camper by the end of the night.

Is Bestolli and Pizza Bolli the same thing? Same address! Reviews appear to overlap too?! So, I guess it is. The slices here are huge without doubt and are serious competition for Pizza Mart and Jumbo Slice. It takes two plates to hold this beast. Slices were $ 5.oo each which wasn’t bad and it was pretty damn filling. Sadly, while the sauce was thick, it lacked a little bit of flavor. I’d eat here again, but I may have to give the hat to Pizza Mart.

I would give this establishment NOSTARS but I have to give something in order to post so I’m giving them the LEAST amount possible because of their terrible customer service. I called in an order for delivery(which they said would be deliver in 35 min) I waited for 30 min just for them to call me back tell me that they didn’t deliver to my location. I was furious why wait so late to tell me? I could have ordered from another location and had a pizza en route with all that time. On top of that they could not assist me with which locations did deliver to my location and even though they have a 3 mile delivery radius and I only live 2 miles away… they don’t deliver to my location? That’s strange. It’s not that they don’t deliver to my location, that’s okay, that happens, it’s the fact that they waited so late to tell me. I asked to speak with a manager to find out why they didn’t deliver to my location, to get assistance to find a different location and most importantly to find out when the charge for my order would be replaced on my card. The employee said the manager was unavailable and then the phone was disconnected. I called in a few more times was repeatedly put on hold and repeatedly hung up on. So I got no answers, a charged credit card with terrible service and no pizza. Highly disappointed in this service I will NEVER order from Pizza Boli’s ever again.

Yeah yeah. I got pasta instead of their namesake. But, still, a decent experience! They deliver SUPER late, were very quick, and have a nice delivery guy. I LOVED the garlic bread they added to the order. The breaded mushrooms were plentiful and decent(battered rather than crumbly bread coating). The spaghetti alfredo itself? Meh. Plentiful portion. But overcooked noodles, and sauce tasted like it was right out of a can. However, the chicken!!! I don’t know what they use in their marinade… but it was a fresh(pounded/tenderized) breast that was just SOOOOOOO delicious! I wanted three more of them!!! Phenomenal!!! A bit pricey for what you get… but a decent late night option. I’d probably chose elsewhere during earlier hours, though.

Pizza was sub-par, nothing tasty or memorable. After attending an event at Federal Lounge nearby my friends and I decided to try this place for a late-night snack. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. 1. The workers were extremely unpleasant, gave looks to me and my friends, and were extremely rude when we ordered. 2. The quality of the pizza was not good, it was very bland and it needed extra seasoning definitely.(I would recommend the pizza place«Jumbo Slice» a few doors down after trying both places) Although you are getting a large slice for your money, save your five bucks and use it on something else.

The pizza wasn’t all of that. Maybe there’s a high turnover on the swine pizza but the plain slice was old and reheated. Pizza Boli’s in Baltimore is much better although they don’t have massive slices like this Pizza Boli’s. I’d rather have better pizza than massive pizza. I walked up to the counter and said«Really? So ya’ll not gonna sweep the floor?» He just looked at me. So I continued to order my massive slice and backed up and slipped on a slice of pizza, still chilling on the plate… Food was served quickly except for the wings my friend order. Those wings were good af though. They were sweet.

In my eyes, Pizza Boli’s is good for two things: late night binge(and I mean BINGE) eating, and cheap gameday lunch. First: late night binge eating. I’ve come to pizza boli’s many-a-time for jumbo slice. I can’t say I remember all of those times, but I can say that I was completely stuffed with pizza all of those times. If you aren’t familiar with jumbo slice, then you clearly aren’t a 20-something living in NW who likes to drink. If that’s the case, stop reading any of my reviews because they aren’t relevant to you. For those of you who aren’t familiar with jumbo slice but do meet the rest of those criteria… evaluate your life choices and then read on. These are the biggest pieces of pizza you will ever eat when you’re super drunk at 3am. And I MEAN it! Like bigger than your face. And guess what… it’s actually good pizza! It’s thin and cheesy and the crust isn’t bad either. Also, take this rave review with a grain of salt because I’ve never actually had a jumbo slice sober. That leads me to the part of this review that you actually can trust… Second: cheap gameday lunch. Pizza Boli’s is great for this, especially if the game watching location is half-time walking-distance from there. You can get an extra large pizza(that’s right, large is not the biggest size anymore), and split with a couple of friends for like $ 5 – 6 each. The pizza pies are not the same as the jumbo slice(obviously). The crust is a bit thicker and I think it’s less greasy. Also it comes with delicious garlic sauce for dipping the crust into. Added bonus — if you accidentally order from the U St location thinking it’s the 18th St location, like my friend Brian S. did recently, they will kindly bring the pizza from U St to 18th St for you. 3 stars because… it’s just pizza.

It’s useful to break this review into two parts. I’m giving 2.5 stars, but rounding up to 3, somewhat reluctantly, because a) You don’t care about my review if you are drunk-eating, b) it’s really cheap for takeout, c) the people in there are pretty cool guys: 1) Drunk at 3AM You’ll obviously want a jumbo slice. If you haven’t had one, you’re in for a shock, because the pizza is absolutely jumbo, sickeningly so, but you don’t care because it’s 3AM and you are drunk, remember?(One jumbo slice probably equals about 2.25 slices, in my estimation). The pizza is hard-to-eat and greasy… but it’s not terrible pizza. Not saucy at all, but the crust is decent and it’s hot and greasy and cheesy, so those are plusses. Despite the place being mobbed, most people are usually just aimlessly standing around or eating, so you can get your slice in minutes. 2) NOT drunk at 3AM My friend and I wanted to grab a slice after watching football on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, Boli’s has 2 options. 1) Get a full pie or 2) Get a jumbo slice. That’s kinda sucky, since we just wanted a normal slice, so we just split a jumbo. We asked for a cup of water, and were told that we had to purchase bottled water, because they didn’t have tap water(never seen a soda fountain without tap water). So that was annoying. I also recently ordered 2 pies for take-out. Note that«large» isn’t the size of a large pie…“extra large” is. I messed that up. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes and was super cheap(25 bucks for 2 pies, one with toppings). However, the pizza itself is pretty poor — probably a step below Domino’s.(The jumbo slice actually tasted different, and a little better. Wonder why?)

If you’re drunk or at least tipsy, it’s after 2 in the morning and you want a slice of pizza that is probably the size and calorie intake of a normal medium pizza from any other pizza place then come on over to Pizza Boli’s. As I have never had this pizza without drinking and it being the middle of the night I can’t tell you how it would taste to a sober mouth and mind but for someone with a buzz it hits the spot. Don’t forget, pizza isn’t all you’ll get out of Pizza Boli’s as everybody else there is probably drunk and some angry, you’re more than likely to see a brawl or some other form of drunken entertainment, enter and enjoy at your own risk. Also no pork for you drunks that are a tad bit more health conscious.

This was my first giant slice experience! And it was so tasty! I split a slice of chicken and mushroom with a friend and it was sooo amazing, like the best pizza in my life amazing. It was one of those instances when I was oh so full but my eyes kept glancing at the pizza since I wanted another slice. I returned the following weekend to AdMo and we decided to do a jumbo slice pizza showdown between Pizza Boli’s and Pizza Mart(a couple shops down the street). My friends got one slice of pepperoni pizza each from both and… Pizza Mart was a little better sadly :(But it’s okay, I’m still loyal to Pizza Boli because of that chicken and mushroom slice from earlier that I can’t forget.
