Great food, excellent service and a great price. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was better than expected

Bunkhouse bar is a very laid back place stays open till 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights have live music Saturday and Friday is karaōke have only beer no liquor that’s the only downside to bunk house they have shuffleboard pool tables and lots of good ol country people just having some fun great place to go especially since it’s the only place in Georgetown that stays open till 2 a.m.

Ive lived near wier for about 2 years. One of the first bars I went to was the bunkhouse. Its a small country feeling bar. Weekdays are usually the regular crowd. Theres a great mix of people on fri and sat nites. Friday they have karaōke (one of the best sounding shows ive been to). Lots of younger, and a few older folks. The owners are quite frequently bartending, and are some of the nicest, friendliest people youll meet. A few things about the bar, they dont allow smoking inside, as theyve built an amazing outoor (enclosed smoking patio that rocks), it is beer only, and theres never a problem… I love that theres no drama or arguments here, and I never have to keep an eye on my wife. What a pleasant surprise. .a great neighborhood bar just down the road! On a side note, the store nextdoor has a restaurant, with decent food, and theyre open till 10… I love love love this place but have yet to make a quarter into the pipe (set into the tin overhang above the bar, and if you make one in you get a free beer… proceeds go to the community center!)
