Everytime I come before 10 it’s always closed like today i come with my bf and very pregnant bestie… It was 9:30 THEY WERE CLOSED! The girl looked at me and kept cleaning… Smh I just wanted froyo

The samples I received were very good. The place is very clean and looms cool. Great option for quick dessert.

I always feel happy and in bliss when i eat my froyo. The froyos taste so good with so many different options for toppings and flavours its fantastic. They have party room and a very elegant seating space. The flavours r always perfect i dont think they would ever need a change, and the music in this place is so mesmerising i enjoy it very much here. Staff is very nice and the area is always clean and neat. I would say froyo is gonna make a mark at silas deane highway.

I’ve been to Froyo world more times than I can remember and it is easily my favorite. I tried to like its competitors (pinkberry or cherry berry) but I found their selection to be dismal in comparison or over priced.
Although Froyo world’s price has gone up recently they still offer the widest variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. (my fiancé would like to request they bring the marshmallow topping back though). They offer new yogurts to try on rotation or seasonally and a lot of candy, fruit and sauces to choose from.
The only thing I would like to see improved is the seating areas, it just seems a little crammed but they do have an extra party area in the back.
Staff is friendly and the Froyo is tasty so try it out :)

This location is very nice. There is definitely plenty of space to sit in and be comfortable. I came here after a long day of shopping so to have this as my last stop was very relaxing. As always I got the vanilla bean and topped it off with all of the fruits, I was so excited I forgot to take a picture ;-(
I highly recommend this location its clean dn the girl that was working was very friendly.

Didn’t really compare to pink berry.

The froyo wasn’t bad just not the best I have ever had. The place was clean and the choice selection was large. I liked that all the nutrition information was posted. But I found the froyo to be a tad runny for my liking.

My husband and I went there for our first visit this afternoon. It was not very crowded so we had no clue how this self serve place really worked. We looked for pricing and saw one posting on the wall about it being charged by the ounce. Okay so the sales person shows us cups and never bothers to tell us you could get more than one flavor by using the cardboard divider in the cup. The yogurt was outstanding but I would say that the folks that work there were NOT helpful at all in any way. We were not offered any samples to try like other folks who rated this establishment were. When we asked one of the staff which lids fit the cups she did not know. Not sure she understood English that well. Also, there was a boy about 9 years old that had a cup of yogurt slip off the table and onto the floor and when he got embarrassed and upset, one of the cashiers said «don’t worry, we will take care of it» Yes, they mopped it up but we wondered why the staff did not offer to give him more yogurt free of charge. It would have made for good customer service. Most places would have given a replacement. Yes, the place was clean, the yogurt tasty, the prices somewhat reasonable but you need to be mindful that ounces add up quickly. The staff was clueless and unhelpful. We may try it again and hope to have a better experience.

First time to this location and I’m impressed! As a dietitian, I really appreciated the nutrition facts labeled on a screen for each flavor. The yogurt texture was just right, not too thick and not thin! They had a great variety of flavors but I stuck to my favorite, original tart. Def will try the yogurt sandwiches next time!

One update… was back in today and whatever heat issue they had has been fixed… nice and cold like a froyo place should… carry on!

Very clean inside with 16 different flavors including 2 no sugar added. All have nutrition info posted as well. Many different toppings. Big party room in the back. excellent froyo.

I was fortunate enough over the weekend to have my husband (a self professed Frozen Yogurt snob) to accompany me to FroYo World’s newest location.
As I think I mentioned in another review recently — self-​serve frozen yogurt is the new «hip and cool» dessert concept sweeping the area. I cannot tell you how many of these chains have popped up all over the state recently. They are becoming almost as prevalent as a certain coffee chain.
The store was very clean and spacious (they had just opened up that weekend) and had a very diverse selection of regular, tart and NSA flavors. One nice difference was that the flavors were all on LCD screens WITH the calorie contents listed. Nice idea but I personally like having that mystery (and just thinking that all frozen yogurt is calorie-​free). As with other chains — there are many different toppings as well as some others that I had not seen before (smores crumbles and lychee). There is an employee that will give you small cups to sample the flavors, although we had a hard time trying to find someone to assist us initially. There were two optional cup sizes (large and extra large) available so make sure you are careful when filling up your cup as the price adds up fast.
When we went to pay, I asked if they had a reward program. There was a bit of a language barrier and it took a while for her to understand but eventually I was given a plastic credit card that I can only assume amasses points every time we go. It was not advertised, so make sure you ask about it.
All in all FroYo World is no better or worse then some of the other chains in the area. It’s a good option if you want to try something else

There are many, at least 12 different types of yogurt with LCD screens for viewing the nutrition information. With many types of toppings from candy to cereal to fruit. The yogurt was a little wet and needed more time to sit to be cold and stay frozen. Some of the candy looked like it was going to melt together and was not cold enough. The taste of the yogurt is good.
I would like to see some sauces, such as caramel, peanut butter or chocolate. They also did not have the large lids available for the large containers, they are on order.
We had to ask about a rewards card and it seems to be a little different; it was not explained to us but we receive a plastic card. Not sure what to do with it?
There is a party room in the back with a costume for kids.
The price is average but I would enjoy a little more conversation from the staff. It was hard to get them to talk to learn about what is what including what to do with the plastic card.
I would go back but have my concerns.
