I’m a huge fan of Starbucks, and for the most part they’re usually clean inside… NOT this Starbucks. This was my first time at this Starbucks and probably the last. The trash was over flowing, the floors were visibly dirty and there were discarded/​used napkins on the floor and table tops. Though the store was a mess, my iced tea was pretty good, that’s why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.

My neighborhood Starbucks, staff is friendly and the service is excellent. This place is definitely a grab and go Starbucks. Always crowded and not feasible for a meet up. If you so happen to get a break for the outside table, nice spot to people watch for a few minutes.

I am a fan of starbucks. I ordered the flat white and it was delicious. I must say i will order it again. The place was not too packed as in came in to kill some time before my next appt. Overall the place has a good feel.

The staff does seem unhappy. They are extremely slow. Even when I use the Starbucks app to order ahead, I still have to wait for my order. Other Starbucks are much friendlier and faster. Sad because this is the closest one to me.

I was really disappointed in todays customer service usually i gove 5 starts but wow. I ordered 6 drinks at least treat me with respect. The cashier with cast was extremely rude for no reason annnd made me drinks wrong. Im glad i didn’t let to get to me

Drink came out perfect.
Store is decently sized and the staff seems kind of upset or just stressed. Love the seating and the design of the store.
Also thank god for mobile orders. The only issue is they keep forgetting my mobile order, I wait more for my mobile order than I do waiting in line. Drink was great so it was a balance. Just liven up a bit with your customers :)

Poor customer service. I only go to starbucks for coffee. I only use my starbucks card. So this week Starbuck sends me an email offering me a free birthday drink. I check my account online and again it tells me to go in for free drink.
So I go in today, order my drink, use my card and they charge me. No free drink. I tell woman behind the counter that i was not given free birthday drink.
She snaps, «DID YOU TELL ME YOU HAD A FREE DRINK? ???»
I told her I didnt think I had to, I had the credit on my card. So she refuses to honor the free drink and says nothing she can do.
Dont offer me a gift and then not honor it.

Went to this Starbucks all I can say is rude!!! I can’t even get a new lid for my refill cup and they act like they own this place these two guys smh, i’ve never had a problem at any other Starbucks but this one:(i’ll never go there again

I like this starbucks cuz it’s big and has a lot of seating both inside and outside. The employees Are really nice and the place is always clean. I had to take a star away because it’s always really busy. The line is always near the door. I always shop around the quad and I always plan to stop by for starbucks but every time I pass by I keep walking because of the huge line.

I ordered a drink made with soy milk. Not only was it made in a dairy blender container, but I watched them pour in dairy milk. When I tried to get it corrected because dairy makes me sick, I was told that no, it was soy. They actually screwed up every other aspect of my drink– except the size, as well. I will never go back to this location. So much for «love your drink or we’ll fix it.»

Wow. The employees here seem quite rude and miserable. I don’t know if it was a particular day that I came in where their boss had yelled at them all or something, but they were quite the complainers. I’m used to Starbucks being a crowd of «yes» people but these girls definitely seemed like there is some interoffice drama going on or they just hate working here.

I’ve always been a Starbucks fan. The baristas can sometimes be a pain. Not today. The cashiers name was Ryan. He was super nice I had to buy my friend a gift for her birthday so I got her a Coffee cup and a gift card. He asked me if it was a gift I said yes and he went out of his way to wrap the cup and give me a bag and decorated it with wrapping paper. Great guy!

On a very hot sunny day you can’t beat ordering an iced cold mocha. The Quad has plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you busy. Afterwards you can sit down at the cafes patio and enjoy people watching.

Morning rush is not as heavy as other Starbucks. the staff here are always welcoming and the service is fast.
It is a small location so there is barely any seating, at least not enough to sit and get any work done.

Starbucks are pretty much the same no matter where you go. They have an assembly line type customer service and product line. That being said I want to receive the same fast great service with excellent coffee drinks that I receive at all Starbucks. Well… I hate to say it but this location has inconsistent service and speed in delivery. Usually a line out the door means something delicious is brewing. Well unfortunately at this location it means that service is a bit slow. Once you get in you will enjoy a clean, stocked and friendly environment. Too bad it takes a little too long to get your coffee :/

Nice location
This is just another of your typical Starbucks, with the exception of awesome baristas. The employees here are super friendly and make you feel welcomed.
The facility is kept clean but keep in mind that it does get packed, I mean, it’s only in the middle of a shopping center.
