Went here for a dinner meeting and I have to say it was excellent, first thing we noticed were the extremely revealing short skirts the waitress was wearing but no one needs the party seemed to mind! Lol! But seriously the food was too notch! I have to admit it was the best steak I have ever had! I had the bone in ribeye and could cut it with a fork! The only drawback to the place is the overall cost, a little on the expensive side but well worth it!

The food was decent, but certainly not worth the listed price. I order the sea bass, which was a nice size but didn’t give me the euphoric feeling I was expecting of a $ 40 plate. The mushrooms seemed to be placed in the microwave right before and brought out in a small skillet plate.

Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. Fishnet stockings were AWESOME. Suggestion: the male waiters should wear chaps to complete the business plan.

The complimentary bread was good, the service was OK. They really need to learn how to cook a steak. The filet mignon I ordered medium rare came to the table medium well, it took me two minutes to find someone to come to the table to take it back to the kitchen. They returned with a steak that was blue. The manager asked me if I wanted them to throw it back on the grill for a few minutes, at that point everyone in my party had already finished their meal. I WILLNEVEREVERGOBACKTHEREAGAIN!

Took a friend to celebrate her birthday. They sent a card to the table that the wait had signed. Food was simply delicious. Her filet mignon wasn’t medium well, that was the only complaint we had, but they brought it back to the kitchen. My salmon rockefeller was perfect. The waitstaff remarkably attentive for a busy Saturday evening. The Maitre’D stopped by every table.

Our corporate party made up of people from all over the country made a last minute decision to eat here with a party of 8, all paying separate checks, based on the Unilocal reviews. They seated us quickly and Paris provided phenomenal service going above and beyond. The steaks were all cooked exactly as we asked and were fantastic! Best food and service I have had in a while. We will be back soon!

This is our favorite area steakhouse restaurant. Went there with all the family to celebrate our 45th. Private room, prompt and courteous staff. The steaks were rare, hot, perfect. If you want a change of pace, try their broiled lobster tail. Will definitely be back.

Went there on a Wednesday night mid-week. It was pretty busy, mostly after work traveling business man crowd. Went there on a date with a special lady for a special occasion. I added a note on my Open Table reservation and they saw it and came through in spades. They put a nice card on the table and decorated the table A+++ to impress her. Made me look like the man, planing and all that. Food was good as always, service excellent. Our waitress offered to take a picture with the restaurant camera Went away and came back with it in a folder printed picture and all. again a nice touch. Gave us a free deserts as well. Both managers came by to say hello, great service, highly recommended.

My sister and I returned tonight to give Sullivan’s another go round, and we were so glad we had. Our food was excellent as usual. My sister loved her crab stuffed salmon and as always my filet was cooked to perfection. What returned was the stellar service that I knew was the standard for this restaurant. Erin was fabulous! We were able to enjoy each of our courses without feeling rushed. Our drinks were replenished without intrusion and her interaction with us was easy, friendly and genuine. Thanks Sullivan’s!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and everything was fantastic. So yea, we waited a bit for the table despite having a reservation, but I can’t praise our waitress, Jayme, enough. Her suggestions on what to order were spot on, and she was really nice personality, and knew her products well. The steaks we got were delicious. He got the aged ribeye and I had a special and both were perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. She even made sure to give him a free birthday desert that did not involve a wait staff singing to us at any point. The whole night was great from start to finish and we were both stuffed. Could not asked for a better night out!

Had a 7pm appointment. Had to wait ten minutes for seating in seat that was already available. Appetizers meatballs were dry and salty. Calamari was cooked well, but the sauce didn’t really work well with it it was too sweet and strong in contrast to the texture of the calamari. Missing the attention to detail one would expect at such a price tag — Generally not attentive to drink refills and took all silverware between courses without replacement. And one member of the party never even got his refill For the main course, the scallop was on point. The strip steak was very good and perfectly cooked. But overall, the entrees do not a meal make. I’ll give it a 5 for entrees and a 1 for everything else. Worth a try for the entrees, but definitely not worth the price.

My wife and I went to Sullivan’s for our wedding anniversary. This was our first visit and we were impressed from the moment we walked in until we got into the car to leave. We arrived shortly before our 6 pm reservation, but they promptly showed us to our table. They were kind enough to put rose petals on the table, because when I made the reservation I told them we would be celebrating our anniversary. The wine list is impressive, and the bar was well stocked. The one criticism I have is the craft beer list is rather lacking. We order horseradish mashed potatoes and shaved brussels sprouts with bacon as our side dishes. And of course we both order steaks! The steaks were cooked perfectly! Highly recommended the dry aged ribeye. We both order desert, when a Sullivan manager came and said congratulations on your anniversary, your dessert is on us tonight. Which was a kind and unnecessary warm gesture that we were not expecting. From the water boy to the manager, ever staff member who came near our table during our visit congratulated us on our anniversary. Sullivan’s steakhouse and its wonderful staff seemed to go out of their way to make out 10th anniversary a memorable one. We will be going back very soon!

Great steakhouse. My husband and I went here for restaurant week. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the manager and soon after I was seated. I ordered the 10 oz strip steak with wasabi mashed potatoes and veggie of the day. I also odred the gorganzola compound butter for my steak. For a appetizer I ordered the wedge salad. The flourless chocolate torte for my ending. The drink of the night was the knockem naked martini. This meal was delicious from start to end. Sullivans has one of the BEST wedge salads I have ever tasted. The steak was medium and done to perfection. The compound butter just set it off! Yummy! Our waitress was awesome! Attentive and sweet!!! I will be visting the restaurant again. Yummy!!!

GREAT Chicago-style Steakhouse with all of the classic sides, in-house dry aged beef, and fantastic desserts!!! Oh, in addition, try their house-specialty cocktail, The Knockout!!! It is made of vodka, infused with fresh pineapple, it is truly delicious!!!

We had a dinner here on a Tuesday night and it was fantastic from start to finish. The service was top notch and the food was amazing. The 12oz filet was cooked perfectly and on of the best cuts of meat I have had in memory. Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Will certainly be back for a fine meal in the near future.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars for this experience. This Sunday night meal was way less than ideal. We sat in the bar for the social menu and had one of the worst meals and experiences of my entire life. The bartenders are extremely rude and provided some of the worst service ever. Our drinks tasted horrible and had barely any booze. My boyfriend couldn’t even finish his martini because it was straight olive juice. We waited 40 minutes to even order food and I had to walk down to the other end of the bar to break up the bartender middle school girl chat. The bartenders were eating and drinking behind the bar and didn’t pay attention to any customers. I will never go back and feel bad for anyone that makes the mistake of going to the bar at this restaurant. It is a total shame to what happened to this place as it was a fine nice place 10 years ago. O and we forgot — our food was cold when it came out — cold steak and potatoes is not what I ordered, thanks.

Attended during Delaware Dines Out Restaurant Week. For $ 30 per person, you had a choice of caesar salad, wedge salad or mushroom bisque soup for an appetizer. The entrée was balsamic chicken, filet mignon or salmon. And, dessert was banana fosters or cheesecake. There was a third option but I can’t remember what it was! The hostess and waitress were friendly, polite and attentive. Although the place was busy, the service was nice. The mushroom bisque was creamy. It was so good, I almost requested a second bowl! The filet was cooked well. And, the veggies were crispy and well flavored as well as the mashed potatoes. The cheesecake was heavenly. Creamy. Sweet. Crust cooked to perfection. It was well worth the price! They had a nice wine selection. It was great!

Food: Pan-Seared Sea Bass«Hong Kong Style» Baby Bok Choy & Sherry-Soy Glaze. I was iffy about ordering this as it was the first time I’ve been here… but I was pleasantly surprised. The sea bass was cooked just right, and I mean JUST right. The flesh was springy and flavorful The soy glaze was a great compliment to the dish and really gave it a great finish. Do not put any pepper on it, it is good the way it is. Presentation was great and service was outstanding. The food did arrive rather late as we waited almost twenty minutes for the entrees. It was not a packed night so was surprised it took that long.

Made reservations here last minute for Saturday night with my family. I got there and it took over 10 minutes to find parking. The lot is crazy. I get inside and the rest of the family had already been seated. I was initially directed towards the wrong table, but a waitress came and found me to take me to the right table. I had only been sitting for a minute or two when the waiter came over to talk drinks/wine and appetizers. We told him then that we wanted to take it slow. We’d be ordering drinks, I had just gotten there, I hadn’t seen the menu yet, etc. So we got talking while we looked at the wine and drink menus. We ordered drinks and the wine so that it had time to breathe. The drinks were good. He came back sooner than we expected to take the appetizer/dinner orders. This happened probably twice and we told him we needed more time. Eventually we were ready and he came back over to take our order. During this time, there’d been a significant draft along the wall side of our table and it was mentioned to the staff. They did wind up turning up the heat a bit because it was cold in our section. The salads came out(wedge and the kale salad) both were very good. It seemed that before long, the appetizers were out. We again asked for him to slow down. We wanted to be able to talk and enjoy the food, not be rushed. The appetizers were their braised beef raviolis and ahi tuna. The raviolis were good but salty. The tuna was very tasty. The wasabi sauce with it was also interesting. The wine had been decanted. It was a recommendation from the waiter and was quite good. It was their ‘special’ that they’re running– a Merlot. The vineyard and year escape me now. We had steaks all around(two 22oz Bone-In Ribeyes, an Aged Strip Steak, and the Chili Ribeye). We also shared a side of cauliflower and a side of grilled asparagus. Both were fine. The steak was good, not awesome, but good. One of the bone-ins was very tough on one end but the rest of the steak was fine. We did wind up with leftovers. We thought about not ordering dessert but we wound up looking at the menu anyway and shared three: Bananas Foster bread pudding with ice cream, Key Lime pie with raspberry drizzle, and the Cast Iron Apple Crumble. We all voted that the Bananas Foster was the best. The Key Line pie was nothing great, and the«drizzle» was really a dot the size of a nickle on the plate. We had a double espresso, a single espresso and a dessert drink(Banana Cream Pie) which was delicious. We had asked for white sambuca with three coffee beans(good luck). It came out with 4… Overall we had a nice time. The food tasted good and was cooked to our liking, the wine recommendation was spot on and the other drinks were good as well. There were just little things here and there that I would fix but those things could have been fixed by the waiter listening a little better.
