Taco Bell

My wife and I can’t help but notice something is not quite right about the manager and the rest of the staff. Its just a bit creepy. We’ve seen one of the young high school age girls that work here rubbing the managers back. He’s probably in his late 40’s, I have only ever seen young high school age girls working here. Just saying, something ain’t right. Also the customer service and wait time are terrible. Orders are always wrong. We only come here because we live in Healdsburg and its the closest TB to us.

No intention of ever going back to this location. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, which might have been OK if we weren’t in a hurry. I stood by the counter so that I might be able to see what was taking so long and was amazed at the glacial pace the «cooks» were moving at. Some little cashier girl kept going back and talking to one of the girls on the assembly line who would then stop working and talk with her. Then the same cashier gave out a free Icee drink to one of her buddies that was hanging out in the restaurant. Really! Giving out free food to your friends while 6 or 7 paying customers wait for over 20 minutes with nothing. After all the wait, we finally got the food in a to-​go bag when the order was for eat-​in and one of the items was wrong. All of the items were on the cold side and didn’t taste very good. If you are hungry for junk food, and you see this location, keep on driving. There are better Taco Bells elsewhere.
The only reason I bothered to write this review is because this is the first location I’ve ever been to that didn’t deliver service or food anywhere close to the standards set forth by Taco Bell corporation.

The wait time always seems to be ok, the food is decent. In my book everything is good. Compared to other TBELL restaurants the inside could use some updating.

Wow. I hate taco bells. But I was starved passin threw Windsor and this was the only drive threw. So I said f it. I ordered 1 taco supreme to hold me over till I could get some real food. And I was in awe. It was really the best taco I have ever had from a Taco Bell. Everything was fresh and plentiful. If I have eat Taco Bell. I will only eat at the one in Windsor ca.

The only reason I find myself occasionally in this Taco Bell is because, when I get that certain craving that only cheap, greasy taco shaped substances can fulfill, this is the only Taco Bell within about a 15 mile range. For reasons I am yet to fully understand, this is one of the consistently slow fast food joints I’ve ever been to. If there are 2+ cars in front of you in the drive through, put on some Drake for your woes cause your going to be there for a minute.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any drive through was with this Taco Bell. I got there and got in line about 10 minutes before closing. The line is moving slow and there was 4 cars in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes, an employee comes out and puts a cone directly in front of my car. Seriously? I was already in line for 10 minutes, why couldn’t he have put the cone behind the last car in line?

It’s nice to have Taco Bell here in Windsor! I know it’s a «big box».But the manager is very kind and I really find him cool.
Although on Fridays Taco Bell has a lot of teens coming from WHS and WMS. I know a lot of the teens who disturb the restaurant environment and I’m very sorry if any of them have caused you trouble. I have been in here and my name will non stop being called while I’m in there. And I don’t suggest going on a Friday WMS gets out at 3:21 and WHS 3:35 I would avoid coming here for at least a couple hours and most of the bullies and the crude teens typically go to the skate park. After 5:00 5:30 a lot of them tend to do stupid tricks on there «scooters or «skate boards» or even there little «BMX bikes». Over the Drive Thru or In front of the entrance in parking lot etc… And they may hit you or your car.
Anyways the reason for my 5 stars is the manger is super cool and puts if up with this nonsense And the staff.

I have been coming here since It opened. Windsor has grown so I understand waiting, I just turn off my car and twiddle with my ;phone, I feel the customer service Is choice. Bobby the manager remembers my voice and my order and is always happy to share an anecdote.
If I have a problem I tell him and he makes it right. GO WINDSOR TACO BELL

I have been going to this taco bell for well over a decade, since I was a kid. I grew up near it, got food with friends on my way home from school, hung out there on a regular basis. Now myself and my contracting crew have made a tradition of going here for quick dinners after a long day. I will say this loud and clear, I hope all customers, the manager, and the franchisee hears me, SABRINA IS RUINING YOUR BUSINESS, and you’re letting her. Sabrina is a new hire that has been put into a position she cannot handle. She does not know the menu, she does not understand customer service, and she is very slow even when the restaurant is busy. I may sound like I am complaining about nothing, but honestly this is a last resort. A cry for help. Myself and my contracting crew have come in here four times since she was hired. She has gotten at least one item wrong, for every one of us, ALL FOUR TIMES. Sometimes, even my replacement items are wrong. I really like having some delicious junk food after a long day of construction, but nothing kills my day more than this. I plead you, owners, managers, co-​workers, force Sabrina to learn or do not let her work the register alone.

Dirty! But what do you expect? If you knew what the food contained you wouldn’t eat fast food at all. The trash on the floor should be the least of your problems. At least they are fast and easy access in and out from the highway.

This is by far the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. Walking up to the door it crossed my mind to turn around and leave as the walkway hasn’t been cleaned in months. Caked with black nasty grime. Cracked seats, bench seat looks like it was stabbed with a sharp knife inside coming out. My fiancé said the men’s restroom was bad, filthy and unsanitary. Management needs to open their eyes! And how about updating the décor, the 80’s are gone.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I have come here, I literally have had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru when only one or two cars are in front of me. One time we even went inside thinking that it would be faster… nope. Tonight we came, at 11:30pm, and after we were greeted we didn’t know what we wanted so we took a couple minutes to decide. Then we started to order and she proceeds to tell us they are out of beef and chicken… umm seriously? That is something you would obviously lead with and what can you order at TACO bell that doesn’t have beef or chicken?! Clearly we said forget it but we had to wait another 20 minutes because we were trapped in the drive thru with only one, yes ONE, car in front of us. This Taco Bell was convenient because it is right across the street from the hotel we’ve been staying, but we definitely won’t be going back.

40 minute wait at 4pm really!!! Slowest drive thru around!!! Can I get a discounted bill to compensate the amount of gas i waste? Food is fine, IF they get the order right. And it’s been wrong many times. At least I have time while sitting in line to Unilocal! When I got to the window and told the young person working how long the wait was, I was met with a blank stare and a muffled «sorry, we’re understaffed». No offer to speak with the manager, no other offers. Just nothing. How can they possibly be understaffed to cause that much of a delay? This isn’t the first long wait I’ve had, just the longest. They are regularly 15−20+ minutes. Are they understaffed all the time? For the past 17years I’ve lived here? I could have been seated and served at a eat in restaurant in the 40 minutes I wasted today trapped in the drive thru.

By far the worst drive thru experience EVER of any fast food. They killed the fast and fast food, to the point that I am sitting here writing this review after 20 minutes in line. Avoid late night cravings here!

Not much to say but this is Taco Bell and by far the best Taco Bell I’ve had. I’ve had many as well

What a bunch of zombies no service with a smile here.
Waited at the counter for what seemed like an internity even had a crew member walk half way up to the register make eye contact with me then walked back into the kitchen. Terrible customer service even for Taco Bell standards

Forgive me, but the Tacos Locos are the best invention in the world. I mean, really.
