I pass this place daily on the way to work and kept saying to myself ‘I’ll need to stop in here and review it.’
I finally have!
The Grumpy Monkey is easy to find, it’s just to the right of the last post next to the train station.
I stopped in on my way to work, I sat down and waited to be served which took a couple of minutes which gave me time to look at the menu.
My order was taken by a friendly waitress who minutes later brought me my toastie.
The walls are covered with art work by local people.
I would definitely come back and try this place again.
