This is a nice Starbucks. The service is great and it is very clean inside. It isn’t as busy as other Starbucks in the area.

Always a fan of starbucks and collecting coffee cups. Have gone here for motivation during college finals, applying for my first job, and my first career. I’ve had my fair share of mental stimulation here with coffee on the side. The folks are friendly know their coffee and can offer recommendations. They often have new drinks too which I like. There’s parking too, and the store is always clean even when the line is long they move quickly with smiles all day. They have coffees ranging from mild to strong so I always order depending on how much work I got to do and I love that I can customize my drink. Starbucks always good no complaints!

One star for nice location. Waited at cash register for over a minute until someone helped me. Then told me had to wait for coffee to brew. Then only filled the cup up half way.

I like this starbucks. Busy as any other, but the service was great and the customer service was great.

Clean, quick, accurate and kind. What else do you need in a Starbucks? Our drinks were accurately made(though our names were misspelled, of course they were!). Our cashier was very kind and greeted each one of my girls. He even took the time to write each of their names on their individual cups. So special to them.

I love that their coffee is always brewed fresh and that their lines always move quickly, but I hate that their lobby has minimal amounts of seating; everytime I stop by here I always find myself sitting outside. Also, the staff needs to do a better job keeping the sugars and creams stocked up, it’s a pain in the ass waiting 10 minutes for splenda packets.

Good to be back to this out of busy path in this cool breezy Starbucks. So glad the staff finally cleaned up the out door seating area. Thumbs up!!!

OK, I AM A PEET’S MAN, BUT I STILLMUSTPRAISETHISSTARBUCKS. Small & quiet & tucked into a remote corner of the Nob Hill Shopping Center, it is a mellow place to relax and enjoy coffee & other treats. I have never seen this location crowded or noisy, and there are several tables outside, where you can sit in the shadow of the Fruitvale Bridge, and listen to the hum of traffic passing by. RECOMMENDED(IFYOUWANT A STARBUCKSINALAMEDA).

I would give this Starbucks five stars at least for the morning crew, Mario, Jessica, Stephanie, etc. But the afternoon crew is so disrespectful and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Half the time they are having their own conversation while taking your order, then turn to you as the customer to ask for your order, since they were too busy having a conversation. This afternoon I went in to get a cappuccino, I came home to enjoy my coffee only to realize I’m having hot milk! I had drive back to Starbucks and the same woman was there, I let her know my cappuccino had no coffee in it, and she didn’t even acknowledge me just called on Sierra or whatever her name is to remake my drink! Sierra came out and said what’s wrong with it, I let her know no coffee is in it, and she turns around and goes into the back-room to laugh about it with another co-worker. How about, «I’m sorry miss? I apologize, it was my mistake, etc». Clearly these workers were not trained in any customer service! Not cool!

I stop here so often but their place is always dirty. One time a worker dropped a plate and it scared a child that was in line with their parent. Service was moderate. I remember the counter was dirty where the pick up section was. It also took a little longer than usual to pick up my drink. Felt like they didnt put any shots in it. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and in a Tall size. Hope they didnt forget it.

Very rude customers service! I order a grande in a venti cup with extra ice! They will literally pour your drink up to the grande line in the venti cup and throw out the rest! There is a reason I want grande with extra ice in a Venti cup! It gonna expand to fill the venti cup! Every other Starbucks will give you the full amount for what you paid for! I also got charge one time for caramel when I add it at the last min. The Mexican girl behind the counter made me wait in line all over and pay .60 cent! This is the worst Starbucks ever! They will ripped you off and not give what you pay for!

This is my favorite one nearby. Always friendly and always knows order and always a fun jovial bunch, regardless if it’s 5am or 5pm, they are great. It is an interesting scene at times though. Random dudes smoking pot outside, gross condom in the parking lot or a weird freaky miniature santa staring at you. But at least you never know what’s going to happen next I guess. The crew, that works there, just takes it all in stride and keep their cool.

What a disappointment when it came to ringing my order up. I clearly asked for a VENTI iced green tea latte with soy milk & light ice. The dude got my boyfriend’s order correct but not mines. When the barista made my drink, she made an iced lemon green tea because the dude didn’t clearly write the right drink. To make my craving more disappointing, my drink was in a grande cup and I told the dude I asked for a venti and all he said was«I rang it for a grande» since he was getting ready to leave or go on break and walk away like okay, whatever. I wouldn’t come to this Starbucks anymore, If I have to drive farther for a drink, I would.

Starbucks are about the same except this one has a large patio outside.(nice on warm days, not so on rainy days.) quick service, no one in line brew: grande dark roast(xmas blend, 2.1) -«spicy and sweet» was the tag if so, very sublte, wasn’t harsh, slightly better than bland. drips: –was asked twice if i wanted room for cream. attentive service? –not a great value… just slightly average joe.

Kudos to the staff and service at this location! They call you by name and remember your drink. They’re constantly checking on the condition of the store throughout and work the lines like nobody’s business! I enjoy coming to this location. And they almost always get my drink right! Thanks!

Neighborhood Starbucks with great outdoor seating area. Dog friendly :) service is always friendly. Lines can get pretty long in the morning but pretty slow and relaxed in the afternoon here.

This Starbucks is as slow-moving as molasses. Every time I come here, the employees are slow in everything — taking orders, giving change back, making drinks, dear lord, I could go on forever. Seriously, speed it up folks!

The staff is friendly and there is a nice sitting area outside of the shop. It’s the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the weather on a nice sunny day. I ordered a green tea frap and I was surprised at how much green tea flavor there was. Some Starbucks stores put more milk and syrup so the flavor is more watered down but this location made it perfectly. There is plenty of parking and the plaza it’s located in has a variety if food options, a pet store and a grocery market.

There are four Starbucks in town(excluding the one in Safeway’s) and this one by far is pretty good. The baristas are friendly, and service is quick. Thanks to the cashier who served me because I was somewhat tongue tied and couldn’t remember the name of the frappuccino I wanted to try. It was the caramel flan frappuccino with coffee. The new flavor that Starbucks is offering is the Caramel Flan Latte — a blend of expresso, freshly steamed milk and creamy flan syrup and«topped with caramel-infused whipped cream and a caramelized sugar drizzle. Decadence in every sip.»(Quoted statement is according to the receipt I have.) Like I am not sweet enough(LOL), I had a lemon loaf cake with my beverage. The loaf cake was okay — nothing spectacular. Though the interior of this Starbucks is small compared to the one on Atlantic Avenue, I notice they have a large patio area with more tables and chairs. Having the patio at this location reminds me of the Starbucks on Mowry Avenue in Fremont. Thus, there will be more visits to this Starbucks during the summer season.
