For being a local in town I do agree that they have the best pizza in town. But it’s impossible to get good bar service at anytime here It takes 10 mins to get a single beer. I would not recommend going to here for drinks at night…

Service was TERRIBLE. Had to wait 20 min before they even took our order. Waitress was rude. Pizza slices were cheap, which was the only plus.

The pizza was visually appealing it was large but for $ 28 it was very lightly dressed with meat for being a Carni.(carnivore) meat lovers pizza. The pizza bone was good but overall the pizza crust was thin but absolutely almost impossible to cut with a butter knife it was Doughy and tough and it did not have a good bite. Atmosphere normal pizza place stuff staff was very friendly the waitress was good I gave her a nine dollar tip also it’s a very hard place to find when you’re walking around in the dark. Overall review I would not eat there again

The yammers here are awesome, especially with their housemade ketchup. Their ketchup has cardamom in it and is addictive. I wasn’t too impressed with the pizza or salad or the service(very slow even though it wasn’t busy) but I’d come back for the yammers. I like how the place is tucked away and you get a nice view of the creek. I think they should sell their ketchup– I’d stock up!

We really enjoy Creekside Pizza, both in its wonderful location in downtown Ashland, or home delivery. What can I say. The pepperoni and mushrooms pizza is delicious. What more can I say. I’ve just tried the pizza and was very happy with it.

This is acceptable pizza. I would not even call it «great pizza.» Northwest Pizza Co is a teensy bit better, because of the crust. They have really good crust. Anyway, Creekside is a good place to meet with friends and drink beer and share a pizza. It is also pretty good about children. They provide coloring mats and crayons. The place is also typically very clean. It is located in a very cute spot. Parking can sometimes be an issue. It runs into some problems however when you want to customize or build your own pizza. Their prices do not make any sense. Ordering a simple pizza with a couple cheese and a few toppings can easily run you 30 – 40 dollars, which is insane. It says«BUILDYOUROWN» on the menu, but what that really means is «SUFFERTHECONSEQUENCESOFNOTWANTINGWHATSALREADYONOURMENU.» In my opinion, their menu would benefit greatly from a revamp. The build your own pizza function should reflect pricing found in the pizzas already on the menu, or maybe slightly higher for the trouble. For instance, if a customer wants something LIKE a Margherita pizza, then price is like a Margherita pizza. Maybe they want jalapenos instead of tomatoes, is that really such a big deal and should their pizza really cost 4 – 5 bucks more than a regular Margherita pizza??? Asking 4 a friend. Ahem. I think the biggest problem is charging 2.50 for EACH kind of cheese. This would cause an otherwise really boring and very traditional«5 cheese pizza» to cost 30 bucks! That is insane. I rest my case. No, I actually don’t, not quite yet. Here’s the logic and here is the problem: If you, Creekside, charge 2 – 3 dollars for EACH topping, does that mean you put an equal and unchanged amount of that topping/cheese on each pie, no matter what? I am guessing NO, you do not, because if a customer ordered a pizza with multiple, the pizza would then become heavy, impossible to eat, and unappealing aesthetically as well. Instead you put a proportional amount of each ingredient depending on what else is being worked with. For instance, if I order three cheeses, you aren’t putting a buttload of each of the three, you are putting a smaller amount of each to create a perfect blend of the 3 cheeses! My favorite kind of pizza ever has been so dubbed«The Crazy White Girl» by my boyfriend. After reading this review, you all probably also think it sounds pretty fitting. That’s fine; I’m not upset. It consists of a Mozzarella and Feta cheese pie with olive oil base(no tomato sauce), jalapenos, roasted garlic, and spinach. We splurged once and got it for me. It cost $ 30.50. Crazy indeed. It was objectively pretty tasty, though. However, reading through that ingredient list, I’m sure we can all admit that ain’t no 30 dollar pizza. Get over yourselves, guys. I have also noticed a small problem with the customer service. Some of the servers have been good but some have been ditsy and slow. Not like slow bringing the food, but mentally slow. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but please just don’t look at me like I want to eat your firstborn child just because I ask you a question about the menu. NOTE: if you are a pizza customizer like myself, Kaleidoscope Pizza in Medford is the place to go.

This is my favorite pizza place. The food is delicious and it’s a relaxed environment. My family and I come here regularly. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Absolutely horrible service. Called for a pickup at 10:00(3 hours before they close) and the kitchen staff refused to make a pizza for delivery OR pickup because they were at «capasity» IN the restaurant. What a horrible way to run a buisness. Staff is lazy and disrespectful.

Great, cozy, little place right by the creek in downtown Ashland. Awesome pizza, yummy salad, and tasty wine! Had to call for directions because it’s a little hidden away and we had a hard time finding it. Really good though.

Stopped in Ashland with my folks and aunt for the night after a road trip. Everyone wanted pizza and beer and ended up here. My mom and aunt used to live in Ashland loooooong ago and were showing my pops and i their old stomping grounds. Long story short– THISPLACEISTHEJAM! The pizza was top notch, salads like damn that’s tasty, and the calzone I had was very superb. The service was perfect! No complaints at all. My folks tend to get loud, laugh lots, and joke all the time. We will be stopping here more often during road trips!

We have eaten here on and off for ten years. For a while, everything goes okay, then they do something atrocious and we stay away for a few years. Now I am simply DONE! Worst service ever! Called in a delivery order at 9:53 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2015. They advertise that they deliver until 10:00pm, but on the phone they said there was no more delivery. Whatever. They offered to make the order to go. I agreed, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived exactly 20 minutes later and stood at the bar, wallet in hand. They weren’t very busy. It was as though I were invisible. A server asked the guy next to me what she could do for him. He said he was already being helped. She nodded, looked at me and went out the door to the patio. Another woman(bartender?) came and brought the guy next to me a beer and two cigarettes. She looked at me and went to the other end of the bar and bussed a few glasses, and then started washing glasses and stocking the clean ones. Two guys came up to the bar and ordered beers. She served them. And so this went for twenty minutes. At 10:33, having waited for 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence, I simply left hungry. I expected someone to call asking about my orphaned order, but nope. It has been over an hour. It isn’t that the service at Creekside was bad, it was nonexistent.

Ok pizza, so so drinks and shitty service. Waitress was a rude bitch. Ordered a drink, got carded then a different waitress comes and asks for everyone’s ID(we weren’t even trying to order drinks yet) I show it, she says I need to take it out of my wallet even though I didn’t the first time. I say, actually I’ve already been carded as I take it out of my wallet and point to the drink. She snaps that it shouldn’t be a problem if we are all over 21 and her job is the one on the line. Later waited 15 minutes with an empty glass.

Tried Creekside this weekend and I gotta say, it’s pretty legit… A good pizza starts with a good crust and Creekside delivers! The toppings were good, but could have been a little better… The restaurant had a great vibe with funky artwork hanging on the walls… The waitresses were nice but extremely busy… I liked Creekside a lot, but I wouldn’t say it was perfect… Going back to the toppings, they skimp on the cheese… When you order a Margherita pizza, you have to have enough salty cheese to counter the acidic tomatoes(if the restaurant makes it with sliced tomatoes, not all restaurants do it this way) other wise it can be a little bland… It wasn’t anything a little salt couldn’t take care of, but I’ve never had to salt my tomatoes on a pizza before… The skimped cheese wasn’t as noticable on the Combo Classico pizza that we also had, because the loaded toppings on this pizza were stand-alone good… The other thing that bothered my whole party was the smoking section right outside their front door… Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with smokers, to each is own, smoke em’ if you gottem’… But when you have 6 to 8 people smoking in a small area, it gets a little overwhelming, and it was enough for everyone in our party to shake their heads and take notice(including our little ones)… The cigarette smoke was the first thing we got when we arrived at Creekside and also the last thing we got when leaving… It was a Friday, so maybe it isn’t always like this, but being our first time at Creekside it is one of things that stood out during our visit… Overall, I recommend Creekside… The pizza has great crust and makes it worth the drive to Ashland… I will be back for another go around in the near future! ***Eat Local***

Tucked away in dimly lit booth, Creekside at midnight was prime territory for engaging in that whole«see and be hidden» thing us forest gnomes like to do on weekends. From my shadowed roost in a corner, I stared relentlessly at flannel and man buns and vests and arm muscles playing pool. Walker’s Ale and yammers fueled me as I visually crept through the bar, incognito. …And then my friend forgot her phone. Our server ran after us(thanks!), which was immensely helpful, despite blowing my cover as an invisible creepette sleuthing off into the night.

My favorite pizza in town, no doubt about it! Their daily veggie/meat specials are usually very enticing combinations. If you’re feeling a little crazy, order one of each! Plus, they have two ranch options: regular or chipotle. Lunch special comes with salad, a slice, and drink for a great deal. Aside from pizza, the walnut pear salad is delicious, great sweet potato fries, and for dessert, the crookie(freshly baked chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream); so drool-worthy! For drinks, they have a great selection of beers on tap, though I’ve found it’s generally too flat for my taste and tend to steer clear. I would go for a whiskey ginger instead.

Drove to Ashland from the Bay Area today and stopped at Creekside Pizza for lunch. Great calm and cozy atmosphere, delicious fresh salads, very good pizza, and a nice variety of draft beers. Hosts and servers were very pleasant, friendly, and patient with our requests. Will definitely be back!

Yet another excellent and accidental find in Ashland. I’m not a big pizza patron, so when I’m going out, I generally pick something else as a first choice. But tonight, thanks to wildfires, dangerously high levels of smoke in the air, and yes the handicap license plate is for asthma, thanks for asking… I pulled up the Unilocal window and asked for restaurants that deliver in Ashland. And Creekside Pizza had the highest rating and the best looking menu on their web page. They delivered free to our motel room door — and the food was excellent. Husband wanted his standby fave pizza — plain cheese. His 14″ thin and very delicately crispy crust pizza was $ 14.50 — and he ate it all except for the piece I stole. I ordered a «Jose’s Pear Walnut Salad» — with chicken and balsamic vinegrette — and this is the best restaurant salad I’ve had all summer. Organic greens, candied walnuts, blue cheese, plus a beautiful pear sliced thin — and an equally beautiful chicken breast(tender and juicy) also sliced very thin — so pretty I took this salad’s picture and posted it here… Two Izzy sodas, a bucket of ice from the hotel office — and this turned out to be a vacation, after all!
