I came because i wanted to get«fast food», but the drive through was really really slow even though there were only two cars in front of me. They were also out of almost everything i wanted. Didn’t have enough spicy leg pieces so they gave me some originals instead, i wanted mac and cheese, but they didnt have any… so i had to wait 30 mins to get what i didnt come here to get.

I have not even taken my first bite of my late lunch yet. I don’t care if it is horrible. An Angel is working the window today. Upon reaching the intercom, all I heard was static or silence. I pulled away and back up again to no avail. I headed up to the window and stated I could not hear him and would like to order there. He let me know he had been able to hear me, but of course just order at the window. He would not take my card upon bringing my order to me. Moments before I paid a bill that left me wondering how I would make it until my next check. I am the sensitive, but also very grateful type; so, of course I cried and made sure he knew what he had done for me. I wasn’t able to get a manager on the phone to sing his praises so this will have to do. I do pray my meal won’t come out of his loving pocket.

Slowest«fast food» place I have been to. Lazy, they don’t make more food if they run out. Or fresh tea. The males are the most idiotic people I have dealt with! Can’t get an order correct. Drive the distance to another churches if you want chicken.

I’ve never really had issues with the food here. It’s consistently good. This review loses quite a few stars because the service is a joke. They certainly take the«fast» out of «fast food». There’s often a long line, which, I guess is a good sign, but it’s always frustrating. Seriously, since this is a common thing, you would think staff would be able to handle it by now, but no. So, in short, don’t visit unless you have an outstanding amount of time, and patience.

I’ll never go here again. I waited 45 minutes for the order to be wrong twice, the for the food to be cold and stink of old oil. There people couldn’t care less, and apparently the owner doesn’t either.

No stars. Terrible customer service made worse by the fact that church’s chicken allows an area manager named guy Hobbs to represent them. He definitely made me understand why this particular store has dropped so far. Raw or cold chicken. In 20 plus visits they have not got my order correct. Never complained until today and was told it was job to get the order correct not the manager who was the actual order taker but if g.m. Can’t get the order correct and a.m. Has no people skills and doesn’t care how a customer and former manager for this unit is treated why would I expect the employees to care. Ny bad and I WON’T go back except for my refund. even after the guy Hobbs told the manager to call the police if I call back. CALLTHEM
