This place is a joke. I have been in the hospitality industry for 26 years and there is nothing professional about this place. I called at 9pm to see what time they closed and the lady said 11pm. I figured with 2 hours left that they would still be pretty well stocked on food. I get there at 9:10pm place my order(10 piece mixed meal with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheeses and a half gallon of sweet tea). The cashier then informed me that they were out of Mac and cheese(after I paid). 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food. Finally I see them putting my order together and the lady turns to me to inform me that they are out of white meat. I then asked for extra dark meat and after some deliberation she agreed. She sat my food on the counter and said sorry for the inconvenience. I then asked for my half gallon of sweet tea and she starts looking around and then informed me that they are out of sweet tea. All this time the manager is making it out to be the cashiers fault. Myself as a general manager and manager for many years I have always made it a priority to stay on top of everything we sold to make sure it was in stock and available during business hours. I’m pretty sure I will not be a patron at a Churches chicken any time soon if not ever.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Austin, TX
I’m happy to be the first review and the first one to leave 5 stars. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice and of course the food is awesome. I overheard the staff helping a lady with an unusual order but help her figure out the cheapest way to get it. I love chicken and this location is no different. definitely worth your stop.
