Crocs

First time at the Barton Creek croc location. The large amount of variety and having all sizes in stock was great! They had crocs from their summer/​spring line (chunky heel crocs and the reinvented jelly shoe) that are super cute! Most of all, the sales woman (Sherry) was very friendly and knowledgeable! I got some great comfy and in-​style summer shoes pairs… I’ll be back!

This is the first Crocs store I’ve seen and they had all types of Crocs. We ended up buying 4 pairs due to the after holiday sales and the sheer selection of Crocs. We got the Crocs with the fuzzy material inside for indoor wear and outdoor ones as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful, A+ all around.
They also had Toms and Bobs look a like shoes which were very comfortable. Will probably buy more, next time I visit.

I have never owned a pair of Crocs. I always thought of them as a nerdy, clunky type of shoe. My dearest boyfriend had a cheap knockoff pair from Walmart for work, and I decided that after wearing those for over a year, he deserved the real thing.
The Crocs store at Barton Creek Mall has opened recently and when I first entered the store I was greeted by two friendly associates, and while perusing their slip-​resistant shoes, one of them came over and struck up a conversation. It obviously wasn’t forced, he was so genuinely nice. His name was Matt.
Matt informed me that they opened right around Black Friday, and since then they have been slammed. He said in the next few months they will be getting more spring-​type shoes and colors, as well as sizes. As for the type of shoe I wanted, they didn’t have my boyfriend’s size. He said that a lot of the more common sizes have been flying off the shelves, BUT he gave me a coupon for free shipping so I can order a pair online and wouldn’t have to wait for their next shipment. SUPER NICE! He told me if I ordered the wrong size or didn’t like the shoe after ordering it online, I could bring it in the store and exchange or refund it there.
Thank you so much Matt for showing such great customer service. I will definitely be back to this store for all my Crocs needs, who knows, maybe it’ll be my new shoe of choice. And I hope you get promoted, you definitely deserve it.
