We had to call several times to schedule an appointment. Five months later we still have not received an estimate for repairs even though we were told we would receive it within two weeks. The professionalism is less to be desired.

Not sure about the previous reviews but this company has completely impressed me. When I called the office number, the owner, Michael, answered the phone and was happy to help me with some plant questions I had. I decided to use them for some upgrades to my current beds and the quality of the plants I received is like nothing I have seen in Austin. They are definitely going to be the only nursery/​landscaping company I use from now on!

They clearly did not want new business. I tried for weeks to get them to come out and quote a large job for me. They rescheduled me twice and then finally showed up. Cary is a nice guy and knows his stuff but, then no one ever followed up. I finally called after 2 weeks and they still couldn’t call me back. Very disorganized and poor service.

Mike and the team helped me out with a palm tree that I was purchasing as a Valentine’s Day gift. Everyone was extremely helpful. They even suggested that I come back by to decorate the tree. The Valentine’s Day delivery went great. My husband was very surprised and pleased. We are also going to have them install the palm which they guarantee for a year. Overall a great experience.
