Very bad customer service! I attempting to rectify my dunkin perks account in which I presented all my receipts, I was totally blown off by the cashier and told to call customer service. As a loyal Dunkins customer, I think it was very poor service for her to do so.

This Dunkin Dounuts has standard fare. Staff is cranky. I’d go somewhere else but it’s convenient and my main goal is caffeination.

Less than ten minutes left for the 2 – 6 pm deal and they wouldn’t give me the deal. So I had to wait until it turned two pm. Any other dunkin would have done it for me for the sake of customer service.

How many people does it take to get one order right? Seriously… It’s Dunkin donuts, there shouldn’t be anything ground breaking going on. Service is reasonably fast but the waitstaff is pretty slow, if you know what I mean. Coffee is standard DD, not the best or the worst. Parking lot is a disaster and I’ve witnessed accidents taking place.

It’s a Dunkin’. How much is there to say? The only issue with this location is … the location. It shares property with a bank and a 7-​Eleven and sits atop a hill where the parking spaces up front are tight. So when I go here, I park closer to the street, but then I feel like I have to hike to get my espresso.
No drive thru.

Super fast service. I’m usually in an out of here within 5 minutes, even when I order a bagel with my coffee and even when there is a long line.
The coffee could be better but to be honest it’s a DD. It does the trick when I’m in a rush, which is most mornings.

Hands down best dd in essex county. Coffee always fresh and a great staff. They always made my coffee perfect. Now 5 hours away, will I find another dd like this? One could hope lol
