Holy cow! They have really turned this store around. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what, but every time I come in here, I feel like a king. They even fixed a mistake that I had made in my own order free of charge. The staff is extremely polite, very quick and efficient, and seem very cheerful. Very unlike the Mcdonalds next door. I will definitely continue to eat here. Keep it up!

Pretty terrible service. I’ve literally been sitting in the drive thru for 28 minutes and counting. There are still two cars ahead of me before I get my food. This is a common circumstance.

The food quality at this BK was poor; the service was decent. I didn’t know a whopper could taste bad. Food: I had a regular whopper, an order of fries, and a vanilla cone. The slim beef patty on my whopper definitely was NOT flame-broiled, and it didn’t taste fresh; some of the lettuce was brown and wilted. The fries also had a bit of a sour taste. Even the ketchup in the dispenser tasted off. I have an intimate relationship with Heinz ketchup, which I thought BK always uses, but not at this location apparently. On the plus side, the vanilla cone was tasty. Service: the cashier seemed pleasant, and the food came out fast. Still, I wouldn’t return.

So, I’m trying to use my Entertainment book coupons before they expire at the end of this month, but I am not planning on going back to Burger King. I ordered two sausage and cheese muffin sandwiches from the drive-thru this morning on my way into work, and the cashier actually asked me if I wanted my change from the amount of money I paid to her with my coupon. Really? Shouldn’t they just offer the change and let someone refuse if, for some unobvious to me reason they’d not want change. One of the sandwiches has had no less than four grissly bites that I can’t chew as well. Pretty gross.
