This newly opened pizzeria in Cascade (near the post office) currently has delivery and take-​out only. They currently have pizzas, wings, salads and desserts, with more items coming soon. I asked for delivery on a rainy afternoon, going the purist route for my first order: cheese pizza, house salad, and cheesecake. My order was correct and promptly delivered. The bottom of the pizza crust had a little more char than I like, but it was just the way I like it: thin and tasty. My first taste almost had me on my knees, in an «OMG, this is outstanding!» way. The red sauce and cheese and herbs were perfectly balanced and beautifully seasoned. I hope one day they add individual pies, as the one I bought would easily serve two or three people. The house salad was made of iceberg lettuce, finely chopped tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and black olives, with ample dressing of my choice on the side. The New York style cheesecake was tangy, creamy, and delicious. I don’t know the guys who opened this outstanding pizzeria, but I wish them nothing but success. Great addition to Ute Pass!
