McDonald’s

It’s 5:30 am. I’m the only person here. I’m trying to place an order but it’s taken more than 5 minutes. It’s only breakfast, it’s a preset menu, it shouldn’t be difficult. I’ve written this whole review and I have yet to receive my order. Two sausage burritos, a hash brown and coffee. I really try to like it here but it’s so difficult most times. Bright side — I’m a duke and their afternoon staff is excellent.

I only gave it one star because there is no other way to post. I got the Steakhouse Sirloin burger because I thought maybe it might look half way like the picture with grilled onions and mushrooms they advertise. I should have known better, I even went at peak dinner hour for fresh food. All of my toppings were thrown on the side of the box as is everything I get from this location. I can’t even begin to come up with the right words that this location is so disgustingly supervised. I am an ex-​resturant manager and you ppl make me sick. My fish fillet sandwich was beyond old and the tarter sauce was clear from heat and age after I asked for fresh cooked and they swore it was. Everybody I know says this McDonalds need to be shut down. Shame shame shame on you

I like this McDonald’s they always get my orders right I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was really good I went to the drive through it was fast they got it right I was happy.

Stopped to get a late night meal. It was average McDonalds food. Food is heavy and fattening but it hit the spot. :)

This place is the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my life! BTW, the reviews by Nancy P. here must be about some 5 star McDonalds in OZ! The people who work here have IQ’s of imbeciles. One dark girl has the personality of a dead fish and I think is actually happy when your fries are cold and the cheese on a hamburger is curling on the ends and hard. Screw this hole, I’ll never be going back!

I am giving a two star review because the consistency of quality of service from this location is just not there.
I haven’t ever really had an issue with the food. But the drinks, I don’t understand why it is so hard to get good quality of the drinks. My wife and I stopped yesterday and she ordered an iced coffee and I got a mango smoothie thing.
When given options for her coffee, they seemed pretty straight forward. She ordered the ‘sugar free vanilla’ as that is what it sounded like, but what we received seemed more like a bunch of creamer poured into a little bit of coffee and with some vanilla flavoring (which I assume was sugar free). The coffee was basically white.
Other visits, all I want is an ice cream cone or some sort of shake (Shamrock is my favorite) and the machine is busted. It is the dead of summer and your ice cream machine is busted, I get it that equipment goes bad. But that has been a common theme for our experience of trying to get a frozen treat from this location.
In general, we don’t eat at McDs much, but when we do, we go to the one up near 1431.

review from 3/​0/​14The only reason I go to this McDonald’s is it is right by me. I’m thinking that every time I start going there and get poor service I need to come here. More often than not they are horrible but I choose convenience. ~
¾/​14: took 8 minutes to get 2 large coffees. They made me pull forward to wait yet the lady in front of me got to sit there for 4 minutes waiting on her order. When I asked why we had to wait behind her it was because the frappé machine wasn’t working properly. Then I asked if that was the same machine that made the coffee the reply was no. So, I asked why I had to pull up and wait and the reply, «sorry».
3÷12÷14: Continues to be one of the rudest places I have ever been. Waited 8 minutes today. Pulled up & and was immediately ask to pull forward when NO ONE ELSE was in line. Tell me why? The girl at the window just stares at me. Then they bring the wrong size. The lady, I’m pretty sure the manager, brings them out & as soon as she open the door to go back in the restaurant yells «I didn’t do it». Called the store to find out what she didn’t do – which I am confident was in regards to me – they don’t answer the store phone. 3 calls & 10+ rings each time. Why even have a phone if you don’t answer it? I’m done…

Nice staff and good food. Very clean. Rescued a little kid that was not coming out of the playscape.

This is a clean and generally friendly McDonald’s.
It not as busy as some of the others so it stays clean and the service is better than the others.

Saturday morning it seems impossible to get orders right of way to dry then check every item of food before you leave and if you want hash browns you need to ask for them at least twice

Fish o filet needs more tartar sauce. Other than that, five stars.
Edit 5÷24÷15. They refused to mix a fresh hot apple pie in my m&m McFlurry. What’s up with that

This McDonalds has major problems, every time I come here I can never understand the people they all just mumble, the manager is the worst one (I assume she’s the manager, she’s a Mexican lady that is always dressed better than the other workers). Tonight I decided to try again, they have 24hr. signs all over the building, on the menu and the windows, everywhere. I went at midnight and everything was dark except the drive-​thru so I figured the inside closed and the the drive-​thru stayed open. Pulled up and nobody answered so eventually I went to the window and there was one person inside sweeping. When he saw me he just waved his hand, saying leave, even after I pointed out that the window we were looking at each other through had four different 24hr. stickers on it. Never again, after all this I’ll never go here again.

They will get your drive through order wrong almost everytime. Will forget to give you straws or plastic ware everytime. Got molded cheese on happy meal twice!

There are some good employees there but the vast majority of them are just terrible. The constantly take orders wrong, don’t even know some of the items on the menu. If you want McDonald’s, go to another location. The employees not being able to take an order, or the employees that make the food failing at that is bad enough, but the management allows it to happen time and time again. How come other McDonald’s in the area don’t have this issue. This must be where they send the misfits to works.

I’m a stay-​at-​home mom and on Mondays I add my 1 yr old nephew to the mix so those days I try to keep the kids busy. I make my way through many fast food restaurants with play areas. I won’t say I’m an expert but I’m very knowledgeable. I agree with many of the reviews on this particular McDonald’s. It is clean, the food is fresh, bathrooms cleaned and the play area is great! Not only is it indoors but it has a special toddler section which was perfect for my 1 & 2 yr old boys. The parents hanging out there are really friendly too.
As far as the McDonald Mondays, this might become a hot spot for us.

I don’t normally review chain restaurants, but this McDonald’s stands apart from others. They consistently have VERY professional service, I get the right order the first time, every time. Their soda is properly mixed. They don’t charge me for adding mac sauce to my McDouble since (Try a McDouble, no mustard, no ketchup, add mac sauce and OMG YUM). They always remember my tomato on my hot and spicy. Their salads never taste stale.
In conclusion, if you’re going to go to McDonald’s, this one is the one to go to.

Wow this locations is always packed at the drive thru.

No, they are not.
I stopped at this location instead of my usual one because it was on the way to get my car inspected.
I order the usual, large non fat mocha and a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese. I pull out my $ 6.15 and am told the total is $ 5.97. WHAT! Why is is 18 cents cheaper. I double check the receipt and the order is correct. This location deducts 10 cents for the no cheese and the sandwich is 5 cents cheaper too.
The staff is friendly and the location is clean.
I do believe this is my NEW usual location.

OK I refuse to give McDonald’s any more than 2 stars … ITS FAST FOOD.
So I get home from work, the wife needs to run an errand, and I’m craving me some nuggets.
Happy meal, with Spiderman inside … cool … I get my nuggets and we sit down… it takes all of about 5 seconds for nestalgia to set in … «Back in my day the happy meal toy was a pair of plastic sticks with a flipping man … and we liked it.» Yes I subject my son to this, even as he is opening the Spiderman with suction cups so that it can kling to the windows, I can already see the wheels turning … if it sticks on windows then that means … … I run through about a thousand different things that I could do with this … wow, we are going to have us some fun …
anyway I get my fries and take a bite … was that ice? I take another bite, no its hot, drink the Dr. Pepper, have another fry, cold … CRAP I got half the batch that was on its last minute in the warmer, my only hope is to eat fast, before all of them get cold.
He goes to the playground, we hang for almost 2 hours … I’m the customer that McDonald’s hates.
They have a Red Box, I love me some movies, I think breifly how McDonald’s is going to hell, they are a marketing machine these people … Disney has nothing on how these people can drain your wallet … I take a look at the movies … Mario Brothers, the old cartoon … Man I wonder what happened to Legend of Zelda … I loved that one. I look, it isn’t there … bummer. but that also means that it is probably somewhere … I’m feeling pretty good about myself. some kids are fighting with their parents «I don’t want to go.» I catch my son’s eye, «Time to roll little man, you have 5 minutes.» he comes down, dripping with sweat, takes another drink of Sprite. how can you sweat that much and not stink? I think to myself … or maybe I just can’t smell? I breath deeply through my nose … nah maybe that is just cause I stink, I realize that I really don’t care either way.
