Yummm. Always hits the spot. I wish the wrap was a little bigger so I could stuff my fat face a little more

Great food, great service, special shout out to Tiffany! She was awesome, guided us through the menu and later checked in to see how the food is.

I’ll never come back here again and let me tell you why. I walked in 4÷25÷16, and was confused by the new menu as it has changed since the last time I visited. I asked the young man at the counter if they still had the usual wraps like the Original and Red Hot and some girl — named Tiffany — came out of no where and snarkily pops off with, «We don’t have snack size anymore.» Ummmmm, what? I went on to continue talking to the young guy and Tiffany just kept on going with why she was«right». She had no clue what was even being asked yet she sure had an endless supply of rude and snarky comments! I then was able to assess that the old menu was gone and then asked her if I would be able to order a red hot style wrap to which she replied, «We don’t even have that sauce anymore.» I was losing my patience at this point when I asked her if they had any hot sauce at all and she pointed upwards at the sign and stated, «Yes, we have 5 different kinds.» I then proceeded to place my order with her and she said while pointing to the guy right next to her helping my sister in law, «You’ll need to place your order with him.» At that point I was done. Walked out and went and spent my money at Jersey Mike’s. Tiffany, YOU need a refresher course in: 1. Basic Customer Service Skills. 2. How to politely speak to people and in turn. 3. Lose your attitude girl! FORTHERECORD — You, Tiffany, singlehandedly convinced me I will NEVER come back here.

New stuff on menu! I really enjoyed the quinoa tabbouleh, the jasmine rice with turneric, the falafels, and all the awesome veggies that an ordinary restaurant doesn’t have. New sign, too… is now Verts Mediterranean grill. You’ll love it.

Now I know why I had not come back in 8 months. I like the new menu however Verts offers a partial menu after 9pm. Preclosing is important to them then providing things like tea & rice until they close at 10pm. Employees told me its per their owner and there is nothing they can do. I contacted the owner and they have failed to contact me back on the resolution. So I assume that they do this across all their locations. Just go to Verts before 9pm —-even though they close at 10pm daily.

This place is amazing! The food is unique and so fresh. Plus if you download their app they give you $ 10.00 of credit.

Got a lamb kebap, and the meat was grisly and chewy. That«left a bad taste in my mouth». Won’t go back after that. Wasn’t bad tasting otherwise. There are way better family-owned, local Mediterranean restaurants that offer not only more authentic kebaps but better quality ones.

Friendly, helpful service and nicely loaded Kebap. I ordered the beef and lamb kebap with all the veggie fixings, drizzled with spicy red and garlic sauce, and an order of sweet potato fries. The kebap was delicious, and full of fresh ingredients. The spicy red and garlic sauce was a great add to the kebap. My order of sweet potato fries were unfortunately pretty soggy and limp.

Another restaurant I am excited to find over here. The lady who helped me was very cheerful and helpful. As a vegetarian with weird dietary restrictions, she went out of her was to make sure my kabap was full with what I could eat. It tasted amazing.

I loved Verts when they first came about. I used to eat at the drag location with my husband quite often. My husband is half German and lived there for a year or so. He was really impressed with the authenticity. But then they changed the bread. I remember seeing the outcry on their Facebook page from loyal customers. The way it was handled kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The responses to customers was very cold and almost like«oh, you liked the old bread better, we don’t give a hoot.» We tried them after they made the switch, and my husband was super disappointed. It no longer was the way he remembered them. We did not go back. Then we moved to Cedar Park and this opened outside of our neighborhood. Gave it a try, filling and what not, but still the same crappy bread. Tastes just ok. Sad because I know it was so much better before. Oh well!

I do like this chain but was a little disappointed when we walked in to this location. Nobody was here, which is fine considering we’re having a pretty bad rain storm, but when we walked, I think almost every table was dirty. We were placing our order and the food looked like it had been sitting in the containers all day with no activity… But I know there was activity because all the tables were dirty! :( The food was not fresh which is disappointing because it’s mediterranean food which is always fresh… Right? I gave them 3 stars because the girl did come around and clean a few tables when we were seating ourselves, but she didn’t clean everyone :(. Why I’m not sure, nobody else was there the whole time we were. The gentleman was on his laptop and the girl disappeared somewhere in the back.

I’ve been to other Vert’s locations in the area and while I hate the fact they measure out every ounce of food they give you, it is still excellent. This location is new and closer to home so I thought I’d give it a try. Not impressed at all. Service rubbed me completely wrong. I came in for a kabop for a Sunday early evening snack today with family out of town. There were two people in front of me and service was slow. That was okay and I ordered my food. The server prepared the pita and sat it on a stand. Then one of the party in front of me’s family came in complaining about long lines at one of the nearby restaurants and now she wanted something here. Fine, but please wait your turn — right? No, the server asked her what she wanted and after«hmmm… I don’t know … maybe this …» she started making the new person’s food in front of me while my food got soggy and cold. I said I didn’t want mine anymore and left. It’s not like there aren’t many other choices in the area. Sorry for the rant but this is just inexcusable for customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

This was a good, quick, relatively healthy meal for lunch. I was in and out and had some good food. I just did the Texas Salad. The«Spicy Red» sauce is, in fact, pretty spicy. I do spicy… A LOT… and this one does grab your attention. Overall, good service, clean, and good food, quickly.

«Vertskeblah» 2 stars is erring on the side of generous. The staff was frendly and courteous. The food was on the low side of so-so. As much trouble as they go through to demonstrate how to order, they didn’t grill the bread long enough, nor did they cook the fries long enough. My wife and I were the only people in there, and they were rushing like there were 40 people in line. Also, be warned, this food does NOT travel well at all. I live less than 5 minutes from this location, and by the time we got home, the bread was falling apart, and the fries were as soggy and stale as the tots in Napoleon Dynamites zipper pocket. My final complaint is that all of their advertisements around Austin & the surrounding areas make these sandwiches look HUGE. Rest assured, they are not. I got the large, and it was about the size of a normal hamburger. If I had to compare to something similar, it woud be Tino’s Greek café, which even on it’s worst day buries this place.

This is my son’s new default place. Anytime I ask him where he wants to go he doesn’t say«Walley World mom» he says Verts. The kebaps are consistently awesome. We’ve tried the snack size and regular beef/lamb and the fries. The in house sauce can be addicting. The veggies are always fresh and the sandwiches are made to order. I can’t recommend this place enough if you want to try something different. You never have to get the same Kebap twice because they have a huge selection of veggies and sauces. Although, I have my fav and sticking to it.

Cedar Park has yet another local Austin chain open in the area. I am a fan of Vert’s as they source many of their products and beverages locally and provide nutritional information for their menu items. This location is harder to find as they are working out some signage issues. It is in the same complex as Pieology and Zoe’s Kitchen. I have been a few times and each time service was great and there was little to no wait to order. The snack size of lamb/beef doner kabap is the perfect portion for me and I order it up with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, feta and top it off with their house made spicy red sauce. They also have bowls, wraps and good vegetarian options. Sides include fries, fruit cups and chips. Their sparking water in the self service soda machine is a nice bonus!

Friendly service, good food and a locally grown company makes me a loyal fan. The spacious, urban-like setting is good for grabbing a quick lunch or grabbing a beer after work, once they get the tap set up. HH is 5 – 10PM on Tuesdays, with ½ off all beers, except for the UT locations. College kids, you need those neurons to function properly for that exam. Simple menu, with the ability to customize your toppings and sauces. The veggies are fresh and the flatbread is nicely grilled. I prefer the rotisserie lamb/beef filling. I also like the«snack» size option. If you are in the mood for a doner kebap, Verts will satisfy your craving. Also, you have no other choice in the area.
