I told myself I would not return to this location after receiving disgusting Starbucks drinks on multiple visits at this location across from Cerritos mall. After more than a year avoiding this place, the staff still lacks customer service and the drinks are still disgusting. Why??? The baristas need to put more love in their drinks because they seriously taste like crap. I watched as the Asian barista dipped the tip of blender cup inside my Waffle frap, which was not sanitary and not cool at all. I am a gold card member so I had the extra hour for Happy Hour. Will not be returning here anytime soon. Needs major improvements before I would ever set foot in here again. Goodbye!

I go here every single day before I go to work (I work at Cold Stone right next to it :)) and I love it. The girls and guys are always super nice when they’re assisting me and they do it fast a efficient. Of course, they spell my name wrong everyday but I think it’s funny. All in all I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to people. I LOVE it.

Amazing experience! I’ve only been to this location a few times but it’s always been pleasant. However this experience was different. There were people in front of us taking forever and a barista notice and pulled us aside to take our order. When I went to pay she said it was on the house. That was really sweet of her to do it was very appreciated! I had to go back and ask her name so thank you Megan! :) you made our day.

We have been wait g for Half and Half and the girl that behind the counter is all chatty with people and isn’t doing her job. Two people in here making coffees for everyone’s isn’t enough and two girls flirting instead of doing there job isn’t professional.

The staff was unfriendly.
Snobbish barista acted like I was irritating her. She even put my name on my order incorrectly as Michael.
The men’s bathroom was disgusting, sink dirty, toilet crusted with urine and calcium that had a black ring around the rim.
Totally third world. They have a combination lock on the bathroom so, if you get there and there is a long line, you have to beg for the combo to enter a DISGUSTING bathroom not fit for animals.
I wonder how clean the employees are since the bathroom is so dirty.

Slightly below average for a guy that goes to Starbucks almost everyday. Always out of syrup or long lines. Latte tastes different every time. Parking lot can be difficult on weekends. I’ll head over to Del Amo or Cerritos Town Center instead.

I just had the worse customer service at this location. I placed my order. I had to repeat it 3 times. The young man working the drink counter, was soxualizing with two young men hanging over the glass. I get my drink, go to my car pull away and start driving to my meeting. Go to sip on my non fat chai tea latte and to my surprise it is not chai tea latte. It is some nasty bitter tea. I drive back to the store and proceed to tell the young man who made it that it is not chai tea and he says «really?» Come on what did I just say. So he writes out a new cup and places it on the counter and walks away. A young lady who is still talking to the two young men hanging over the glass comparing cell phone pictures is ignoring the order. I have to ask her if she is going to make my order? That I was already late. No apology just some eye rolling and a chai tea later I’m finally on my way. This is the second time this has happen to me there.

The service is good, and I’ve never had a problem with my drinks! However, I find this Starbucks to be a little cramped and not too many tables in comparison to some of the other locations. But unlike other locations, they have a really big seating area outside in the front and back. It’s in the promenade so parking is super sucky no matter what time of day you go. But no major complaints here!

This location is pretty big and clean. The staff seems okay most of the time, but they often get my orders wrong. It seems like the baristas don’t really care about making the coffee right. I will go another Starbucks for my coffee from now on.

The customer service is pretty low. The workers there are robotic and seem anti social. Plus my drink tastes like crap. I can honestly get a better drink from mcdonalds. It would at least be cheaper.

well, it’s just another starbucks guys…
stopped off here to meet a friend for a belated CHRISTMAS (not holiday) exchange!
little crowded, as a lot of Starbucks tend to be, but line went quick
just got tall blonde (coffee, not gal)
sat outside, plenty of seats out there, maybe since it was pretty cold?
in any event, not much else to differentiate this one from the multitude of other Starbucks out there…

In the surrounding neighborhood this is probably one of the bigger Starbucks; I like it for that reason. The Starbucks has more of the desks/​tables equipped as charging stations then does those of the surrounding Starbucks’. That’s definitely a plus.
They also have a pretty big outside area with some tables and chairs; my kids like to this location because they like the fountain out there.
My only qualm with this Starbuck’s is that everyone else must like it too because it is always busy. To get a table that has a charging station rarely happens for me because they’re usually already taken despite the number of them in the store. My kids of course don’t mind this– outside we go!
Lastly, if you’re coming here during lunch, you will most likely appreciate this location because there are many to-​go restaurants in the surrounding vicinity.

Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA
I came to this Starbucks to finish up some work. I was a bit famished, so I ordered their new BBQ beef brisket sandwich and a green tea. The sandwich was pretty good. It had generous amounts of cheese and a good amount of meat. The sandwich tasted as it should, and was pretty filling. I sipped on my tea and drank water from their dispenser while I finished up my work.
This location has many students posting here to do their work, as well as elders just enjoying a hot cup of joe and taking in the environment. They have outside seating, and a giant fountain in front of the place. It is also located in a shopping plaza with plenty of food options if Starbucks food choices aren’t your thing.

Love this Starbucks over other Starbucks in the area! The drive-​thru on Woodruff & Del Amo is cool too but sometimes they take a little long to make a drink!
All of the staff is super friendly and my drink always tastes superb. That’s why I come to this Starbucks over others — their drinks TASTE the way they should. That’s important.
Parking is sometimes a hassle here but you’ll eventually find a spot! 12pm-​2pm seems to be primetime for people getting lunch at the various eateries around that share the same parking lot.

Not from around this area, but they gave us better service than from where I’m from, to the comparison of population and location. My green tea frappé was perfect! There were only three baristas but they were speedy and friendly at the same time. Maintenance of a clean Starbucks is hard, but they’re doing a good job at it so far.

This is my go to starbucks. It does get crazy in the afternoons and i always find myself waiting to find an open seat. Often times, large groups of students are studying and there are some business guys talking real estate. it’s hard not to hear what they’re saying bc they all talk so loud.
What i love about this particular Starbucks is that the employees are nice and they make my drinks well. Another thing is that beautiful foutain that is right outside. I love sitting out there on a warm day reading something or talking with a friend. I do try to stay off my phone once i check in to Unilocal though. :P

This location is right across from the Cerritos Mall and just off the 605 South Freeway exit.
With both indoor and outdoor seating you can enjoy Southern California’s mild temperatures and sunshine while you sip on a delicious latte

Drive here to meet with a friend and we come to find out their wifi is not working :(
Restroom had no toilet paper and the trash was all over the place.
Worst starbucks ive been too and it suprises me considering the preety location its in

I usually come to Starbucks at least once a week around 6:00pm to focus on my studies. It’s a perfect social place for your friends and kids. It’s fine for a casual date if you’re looking to go there.
The parking is very hectic at this time on the weekend. But other than that, it’s fine. But, hopefully you arrive at the right time to grab yourself a parking slot.
I have not encountered any problems during all my visits here. I recommend going to Starbucks in general to grab a drink, social, and study.

This is my go to Starbucks in the morning… Though I go less often I still get great service from a friendly staff…
They are usually spot on and the employees enjoy talking to you… even when busy… makes you feel at home…
Pretty spacious overall and always well kept.
A+ for this location!!!
