Not typical Italian, but everything on the menu is amazing. The chicken prosciutto, pastas, and chocolate mousse are my favorite.

The ravioli Bombay was impressively delicious. I’m a big ravioli fan and this fusion of Indian and Italian flavors made my tastebuds really happy. It went well together exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere is pretty simple and to some degree basic but the food is most definitely worth the visit. Excellent service and no complaints from our behalf.

I brought a party of 10 to the restaurant for a company event. We are a florida tax exempt organization and when presented with the tax exemption certificate i was told the owner doesn’t do this. I reminded the waiter this is illegal so he said he would call the owner… but the owner refused. I suggested a free nottle of wine but again no agreement. The food was fine but expensive for what it was. The bigger question is what is going on that the owner is not following the law? Given the lack of customer service, i will never return and wod not recommend it to anyone else

Recommendation: Meat Lasagna(First and Second Wednesday) Great Italian food at a decent price. Ask about the soup of the day and the risotto special! Delicious!

This place has being around for more than 30 years, it is a hidden gem. The qualify of the food is excellent, I like so many dishes from here, but one of my favorites is the lobster ravioli and the chicken salad, they also serve their lasagne dish once a month, don’t remember the exact date, but its definitely a Wednesday, its either the first or last Wednesday of the month. The place gets packed this day. The ambiance is nice and cozy, I am surprise that there are some reviews with 4 stars, i think it has to do with people’s expectations. This is a high end Italian restaurant, not a pizza and beer place. ohhh, the Tiramisu is finger licking good, my wife loves it. Enjoy and don’t tell too many friends about it, I don’t want the wait time to increase. Another good restaurant in the area Francesco, but thats a mix of peruvian and italian. Bugatti is pure Italian.

One sentence review: what this place lacks in atmosphere and expedient service, it definitely makes up for in food quality. The only reason I came here was because of people raving about the food. The outside is stark white, and the name«Bugatti» doesn’t really conjure up images of delicious italian food. The inside is also fairly plain, nothing special. I came in here specifically for the lasagna special, which they have on the first and second Wednesday of each month. This is not the same type of lasagna you might be used to as it’s covered in a creamy bechamel sauce. It seems this lasagna attracts almost everyone in Coral Gables because on Wednesday the restaurant was packed, and I know why. The lasagna was amazing. The meaty sauce inside the pasta had great flavor, but what makes it is the bechamel. After I was done eating I grabbed some leftover bread to sop up as much of this sauce as possible. Bugatti isn’t a one trick pony though — we also ordered a couple of apps — calamari and the antipasti platter — that were excellent as well. If you come here on one of these days, don’t expect to get out within your allotted lunch time. The service was painfully slow, even though it was fairly attentive. I wouldn’t make it a habit to come here because of this, but I can probably swing it once a month.

The lasagna is the best part and worth going for on first Wednesday of the month. Only reason for my poor review is service … We went by today and with the restaurant empty where rudely told we could not sit at a booth even though we requested it. He said because we are only 2 and its lasagna day. Mind you the table we where going to sit at had 4 seats and the restaurant was 90% empty. If he would have said that they are reserved I would have settled for the table, then I tell him it’s ok if I can’t get a booth I’ll come back another time and he did not even flinch he was just like«ok»

Great experience … First time here came after the lunch rush so it was pretty quiet … Simple Italian restaurant feel. Basket of bread and crunchy garlic bread was presented and did not go amiss. We had the vegetable soup and the classic bolognese … They did not disappoint … The vegetable soup was hearty yet light and very flavorful. Chunks of vegetables and hints of Rosemary. The bolognese so simple and classic and oh so good. House Cabarnet was very easy on the palate. This lunch time red wine drinking in nice restaurants took me back to me proper lunch times whilst working in Paris briefly … All in all … Top marks.

I think I could have stayed sleeping in my old Bugatti*. Back when I was a young intern in the Gables, I’d always seen this spot, so I wanted to go when my friend M.L. had me pick an early birthday dinner spot. I pulled up in a Lexus(but that’s for my Über review ) ready to get my mangia on for my birthday. The spot itself looks clean and modern, and our hostess was casually friendly when we arrived. The vibe was real quiet, and the music was low enough for conversation. We ordered a sample of appetizers and main course. My prosciutto di Parma was actually very tasty. The prosciutto was just right on the saltiness and the cantaloupe balls were fresh and naturally sweet. As far as main course, I ordered the chicken scallopini saltimboca. The risotto in wine was rich and flavorful without being overly heavy, and who cannot like chicken and bacon. The reason why my friend and I both keep it at 3 stars is because most restaurants do something when a birthday is mentioned. Whether it’s a chocolate drizzle on the cake, the cheesy but cute serenade.something. The crew at Bugatti said they don’t do anything. In fact, if it had not been for my friend’s insistence and various repeats I don’t think I would have even gotten a candle on my *still delicious* crème brûlée. * Music Quote Time:

My favorite place for lasagna, only served on the first Wednesday of every month! The best white sauce lasagna, and the service is impeccable.

I had been wanting to give this place a shot for a while considering the amazing reviews of their lasagna. Unfortunately I didnt get to try because I came on a Saturday night. I have to agree with another review, there is absolutely no ambiance in here. As for the food, I really wasnt impressed. We ordered the prosciutto di parma(which was the best) and then our main entrées which consisted of a chicken and fettuccine with a cream gorgonzola sauce and the chicken with risotto. Both dishes were mediocre at best and for $ 21 each. And no special birthday anything. We were lucky to get a candle in the crème brûlée because we mentioned a few times it was a birthday dinner. No frills here. I expected a bit more. They seem to have their clientele but I dont think I was enticed enough to return. They have a good number of seafood selections.

It’s difficult to seriously consider going to this place without thinking about the stupid Ace Hood/Rick Ross song, which is a shame because if it weren’t for that stupid song, I probably wouldn’t even know what a Bugatti is and I wouldn’t think twice about the name. Upon being there for 20 minutes, I realized that none of the other diners could possibly know who Ace Hood is and thus have never associated this fine establishment with waking up in a new two million dollar car. I envy them. It’s a nice place, all white tablecloth, pleasant dim lighting. But I can’t shake the idea that it looks a little like the lobby of a Marriot. There are paintings of pears all over the place. But I digress from the most important part: the food. The food is fantastic. It’s the kind of great that makes you want to go home right after and rave on Unilocal about it because everyone needs to know about this place RIGHTNOW. The menu is full of delightful options and as others have mentioned, the portions are reasonable, and not your typical Italian restaurant plate that can feed a family of four. So knowing that, feel free to enjoy the delicious bread they bring to your table or try an appetizer. I had the lobster ravioli which knocked my socks off. I also tried my friend’s gnocchi which was equally good. I also tried the cheese-covered tomato it came with. All of excellent. For dessert, I had the mousse. This was another spectacular choice which easily set itself apart as the best mousse I’ve ever had anywhere. It brings one scoop of white chocolate and two of dark chocolate. It’s to die for. The service was also consistently good throughout the meal. They refilled my glass of water before it got empty. We waited the perfect amount of time to get our order and food and for them to bring the check. As I write this, I’m pleasantly full from this fabulous meal, which is nice considering how heavy pasta can be. No one likes to feel disgusting after a delicious meal. I would definitely go back to try some of their other dishes(risotto anyone?).

Excellent service. We were a group of 15 and they attended to all of us very well. I had the gnocchi alla bolognese. It’s as good as you could expect gnocchi to taste. It comes with half a baked tomato with melted cheese; good, but a bit too much tomato for my taste. We had a nice time and the did was decent but I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Like the car, very covetable! We were craving pasta and decided to try this place after reading the reviews about the lasagna. The restaurant is cozy, low lighting and has nice work of art in the walls to elevate the look and feel. We were quickly attended and sat at a table. Our waiter was very knowledgable and attentive. He wasn’t awkward when checking up on the services or our needs. Prosciutto e melone was our appetizer and it was great! One of the best we’ve had, very thinned sliced. Of course I ordered the lasagna! The hype is real. Hands down it is the best lasagna I have ever had. It’s a shame it’s a small portion and that is only served twice a month.(Before it was the first Wednesday but due to high demand they had to offer the dish the first and second Wednesday; hopefully soon it’s on the regular menu) My wife had a penne pasta and a side of chicken, the chef won’t put the chicken on top due to the plate not being originally served with chicken. The only bad thing I have to say was that the chicken came when the pasta was half eaten, but the waiter and chef were very apologetic and the flavor was so good that we looked past that and thought of it as a true mistake. The chocolate moose was what our waiter recommended, like all moose it was light on flavor but very good with the vanilla sauce that accompanies it. We also had the bread pudding! Rum soaked raisins!!! That says it all lol. We are going to be back for the first and second Wednesday for sure, I’m still craving more from their menu and that lasagna is a must have again!

I have always wanted to come here and boy am I glad I finally came around to it! Why didn’t I come before!!! We walked in and were immediately greeted and led to a booth. Our waiter was very courteous and friendly. But not awkwardly over friendly! I love that they put lemon in their water! I love that they OFFER water! Is it just me or has anyone noticed that you have to ASK for water when before they just served it immediately. I started off with their homemade lemonade! OMG it’s soooo good!!! As an appetizer we had the prosciutto e melon which was fantastic too! My husband ordered the lasagna. They offer the lasagna ONLY the first and second Wednesday of the month. Used to be only the first but our waiter said it was getting super crazy packed so that’s why they added another day. Should tell you something about their lasagna! My husband said it was the best he has ever had! It’s a small yet perfect portion! I had the penne al pomodoro with a side of chicken. Side because they can’t cook it inside with the pasta. Which I thought was odd… Anyway I’m willing to overlook that because the pasta was so delicious! The sauce was exquisitely cooked to perfection! Just PERFECT! For dessert my husband had the chocolate mousse and I had the bread pudding! They were both great! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. My personal experience was great! Btw the lasagna is $ 20 lol just throwing that out there! I will definitely be back!
