Food was decent Nothing super amazing a bit salty but it was a quaint little theater food spot

Literally the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had. I have never told a waiter that I’m disappointed or even thought that. All of the comments below are right. They don’t have anything in stock, the side salad literally had 4 lettuce leaves. The pulled pork sandwich came on a regular hamburger bun even though it said some special honey bread. It also said carmelized onions and had those dried frenchs onions instead. So sad. Do not spend your money here

Came here with family visiting from Chicago and was truly disappointed. Our waiter looked and acted like a silent Charlie Sheen. We were a group of 6 and all elected for the ½ tomato soup and sandwich(«panini»). Service was just odd. When asking for water the waiter seemed confused. The soups were not that bad but came out first, opposed to coming out together with the ½ sandwiches. The veggie sandwiches ordered were disappointing. I honestly could have made it at home better. We sent it back to get it grilled and it still didn’t improve. I found them to be over priced. Importantly, the hummus & «chips» were absolutely horrible. Hummus should not have been served. It was rock solid and the oil poured on top made it worse. The pita«chips» were dug out of the bottom of a bag. The half panini turkey sandwich like I mentioned was surprisingly not bad. Hence the 2nd star. Next time I will walk 2 extra feet and dine at the café 1134. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

As longtime patrons & donors to Lambs Player Theater, I must say that we are continually disappointed by any of the offerings at their Encore Café/Concession Stand. The place could be so much, yet it seems that the theater’s Creative Director fancies himself in being a true culinarian and oenophile, therefore, it remains stagnant and non-responsive when it comes to the customers’ needs. I do recall that they once had some wonderful offerings in both food & drink, yet that’s something in the past. I would hope that the theater’s Board Members would stand united and attempt to make something viable — both in the financial arena and also as a culinary destination in itself.

Upon arrival we met Phil we mentioned it was my daughters birthday and he was so excited he took the time to make her one of her favorite things in the world an ice cream sundae! We ordered a personal pepperoni pizza to split and while it was cooking he delivered her sundae with birthday song and all! Such an awesome staff. The pizza was good not bad. The personal touch and attention he gave my daughter made it 5 stars. Thank you Encore! Thank you Phil! Very happy Monkey ;) Besos Tons

This is a cute and convenient place to hang out during intermission if you are watching a show at the Lamb Player’s Theater. I’ve only had their drinks and pastries, which were tasty. During Christmas, they have gingerbread people dipped in chocolate = Yum!(see photo) I do enjoy the modern classy ambiance. But I’m not sure if I would come here specifically other than during intermission.

Encore is the Lamb’s Players theatre café. The décor is charming and absolutely befitting a theatre-affiliated café. The food is one of the best on the Orange avenue strip. I really like the cozy ambiance and delightful service. Moreover, it is one of the best places to enjoy a great afternoon tea ritual. The pastries are delicious, and the staff is greatly knowledgeable.
