I have been to a few different wing stop locations, including this one several times. Upon entering I am greeted, and I always order online then come in about 5 minutes later, so the wings and fries are hot. Out of all the times I have been here, it’s always fresh, and piping hot. Keep up the good work, great location local to my house with kind waitresses(if you want to call them that I saw no opportunity to tip which stinks). Will be back next month(i limit my wing intake to once a month max). Thank you for reading Deuces.

I Stopped in last night on the way home from work, I have to say the woman that takes orders with dark hair on the shorter side, I think she’s also a manager, has great customer service. She was so friendly even when the place was packed. Normal wait time, 16 minutes so I enjoyed a Corona. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because the Cajon wings were so oily kind of took away from the flavor and the Louisiana Rub and fries could have had a little more seasoning. This was my 2nd time, first time was on point! I’m surprised they have such negative reviews. I’ll deff be back! :)

Yet another failed attempt at wings. I don’t know what’s the problem. I have been here so many times … So sad cuz I love this place in my city. When there right its awesome. When there wrong it’s just plain sad.

After giving time since my last review(one star), there has some improvements and decide to give this place a chance. Boneless wings are now delicious. Not greasy and/or salty. Service is a bit faster. Fries taste better and looks a bit better. Thank you Wingstop. Keep improving and I will raise the ratings

Wing stop is better than BWW. I’ll just start with that. Customer service is actually really good ALL the times I’ve been here. While they did mess up my order once by giving me fewer wings than I actually bought(human error it’s bound to happen) they actually credited my whole order back to me. I told her that I was only missing ten wings but she insisted I take the whole order again(free of charge) and keep the wings I already had. If you ask me that’s pretty nice of them. It’s a clean spot and I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile, what else could you want?

The boneless wings that I ordered here were WAYBETTER than the ones that I ordered from the ones on South Street in Cerritos. Not too well done, but just right and loved that crispiness and the crunchiness of the Cajun flavored boneless wings. And the employees seemed very nice and lively as well, too. Thank you for satisfying my cravings with a late night Wingstop meal!

We bought $ 30 worth of food last night; 15 pieces bone in classic &15 pieces boneless, side of large fries & some veggies stick. I brought the food back home, we ate 2 pieces of classic bone in chicken & noticed it was hard to chew, u know when the chicken is hard & rough when u start chewing and it sink right into your teeth. The basket of fries were disgusting, when we squeeze it filled/soak in oil I called the store the lady had me on hold for 30 minutes to speak to the manager, I did not get to speak to the manager because someone there hung up on me after had me on hold forb30 minutes, so I decide to drove back to have them remake the chickens for me. When I got there the lady approach me with politely manner & told me to calm down and apologizing for the food, and said the manager told her to remake the whole orders for me with no charge. Although the classic bone in wings were still hard. My advice to them is to watch the wings while being fried, don’t let the wings sit in the fryer too long or it will be too over cook. Well since the lady from the cashier counter was being polite and sweet to me i will give this place 1 star because she earns it.

Not only does cypress wingstop have great wings, the employees at this location are even better. Their service and their welcoming spirit made my wingstop experience at this location very enjoyable. Thank you Karen and Elisa for such great customer service. Believe me I’ll be back to get more wings and have a few laughs at the counter. P. S. more ranch please !!!

Any wing stop in the hood is better than the one in Cypress. Let me start w number 1 wings were not cook right nor they was not lemon pepper. It did not taste like lemon pepper. 2 my complaint to this ordering a 50 piece I did not get dressing so we ate dry wings. How do you eat dry wings w no dressing? Can someone explain that to me? We went to the store and got a bottle of dressing. cooker in there need his ass kick. Wings were horrible. I will never again eat at wing stop in Cypress. Order in the hood much better taste and cook right. I should kick my own ass by going there 3 times knowing that they wings are not cook as they should. It took 3 times for me to learn my lesson to never go back again smh

I’ll start off by saying wing stop is never on my list of places to go for wings as I love bdubs so much! On the way home from work I decided to try something new after a long day. I figured wing stop would be a good choice as I can grab and go. I placed my order online which was extremely easy and convenient. You can choose anything from a meal for one to even fifty people. I ordered the six wings, fries, and a drink. When ordering online you can customize your order whether it be extra sauce on your wings or extra seasoning on your fries. For my particular order of the six wings I went with the Louisiana dry rub. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the biggest fan of any dry rub, but to my surprise it was really good. The flavor was good my only gripe is I would’ve liked something a little spicier, but I’ll save that for my next visit. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. They also have one of the new Coke machines with a plethora of options. I went with a cherry Vanilla Coke as I’m not much of a soda drinker and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall I’ll visit this location again.

This wing stop location is horrific. We ordered about $ 50 worth of food and there was not one thing right about the order except the carrot sticks with ranch. When I went to pick up the online order, they informed me they were out of cheese for the cheese fries. They showed me a plastic to-go ramekin full of cheese and said this was all they could get out. They asked if I wanted other sauces instead. I told them«that’s fine I’ll take it» and also said I would take some extra ranch dipping sauce to make up for it. I got home and started removing the 50 wings, two baskets of fries, basket of carrot sticks, and ranches… No ramekin of cheese to be found. The guy who paid for the order was upset. Cheese fries were and extra $ 4. There’s no way the two extra containers of ranch added up to that. When we called the store, she said I didn’t say that I wanted it. But, she would give us a 10% off credit toward our next visit. We opened the 50 wings(4 sauces) and started diving them up to eat. The person who wanted garlic Parmesan noticed that he only got 6 wings when we told them to divide it up so he would get 9. We called the store again after counting the wings and noticing they shorted us by 3. She upped the discount to 25% off our next visit. It doesn’t end there. After eating only a couple wings, we all noticed how tough and dry they were. It’s like they sat there under a heat lamp for hours. And, when we put in our order, they tossed them in the sauce we wanted and threw them in a box. I think they were the worst wings I have ever had. We didn’t even bother to call again after that. It’s obvious that the people at this location are lazy and have no pride in the food they are giving people to eat… And this location recently opened! Makes me worry what else happens to the food behind the scenes that we don’t know about. Usually people become complacent after a long while, not after a couple months on the job. I won’t be returning to this location.

go to place for the wings! Love it. Like the mango and bbq flavor the best. And their regular fries are just so good! Order online and pick up in store. No wait time. Price is good and taste is way better than Wingstreet imo. Love it

I started working in the area and decided to give Wing Stop a try since i have never eaten at one. This location was«eeh» and a bit overpriced considering the food quality and customer service I recieved. I walked into this location at 3:15pm and it was more busy than i had expexted. I wasn’t greeted but the all workers saw me come in and stare around in confusion for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged. They werent under-staffed, there were way too many workers behind the register and they all seemed so overwhelmed, inattentive, and rushed. Finally someone walked uo the take my order and the first thing she said to me was«Whats your name?» Well, hello to you too. I had a few questions to ask since i was a bit confused by their menu options. I asked how long the food would take because i was in my lunch break and time was limited. The girl told me «11 minutes for boneless» and i figured that would give me enough time to get back to work. 15 minutes passed, i had already filled my drink twice, and i still hadnt recieved my food. I was standing right by the front counter and i couldnt even get a question rhrough to her. She completeky ignroed me while makin. The eye contact(now thats skill!) The food was okay: I ordered barbeque and mild wings. The wings sauce looked like they just splat some on top and shook the box. The fries were my favorite part of this visit and I probably wont be back.

First of all… I didn’t realize the cashier girl Natividad put my order as «to-go» when I asked for«dine-in.» When my order was ready, another girl took it out for me, and I said«oh I asked for dine-in.» She looked at the receipt, looked at Natividad who simply shrugged her shoulders, and then said«I’ll change it for you.» Neither of them apologized, nor smiled any time during the entire transaction. Second… The food was kind of bland compared to the other wingstops I’ve been to. They didn’t put enough seasoning on the wings or the fries. The one in Santa Ana is way better! I probably won’t come back to this location anymore. For a new place, they should had try harder to make a good impression to attract customers, and they didn’t do that for me.

I’m really picky when it comes to wings. Since moving to the west, it’s been hard to replace my beloved wing shop, however Wing Stop is pretty good. When I first came in, the woman who took our order was incredibly nice. We waited a little while to get our food(not too outrageous, maybe about a 10 minute wait). I got the garlic parm and boneless wings. The garlic were actually pretty good! I was surprised. The mild wasn’t really as good, they had sauce but the wings were very dry. Not a bad experience, but I think I’ll continue with my search of the next best wings.

My first time coming here, the wait was really long. However, I decided to give it a second chance and it was a lot more efficient. I decided to come back because I remember the wings were pretty good, and I’m glad I gave them a second try. The taste was consistent. My fave is the Mild and Garlic Parmesan with Bleu Cheese dip. Yum!

I was SOEXCITED for Wingstop to open. I’ve been a fan for years. It is unfortunate that the previous restaurants that opened in this location did not do well, but… Wingstop is awesome. I do reccommend ordering online since it is a 16 minute wait for your order. My favorite flavor for wings is lemon pepper! Yummmmmm. The fries here are good as well. They have Gold Peak sweetened green tea, which I like! It is pretty sweet though. There is plenty of parking in this lot, but you might have to walk a little. There is a lot of seating compared to other Wingstops that I’ve been to. Service here is pretty good in general. I’ve dined-in a couple of times and had employees come up to my table to ask if everything was okay and if I needed anything else.

Ok I love that a Wingstop opened at this location because I never liked(or even tried) Green Burrito or whatever was here before. Orders — Ordering online via Unilocal app is THE best thing ever. Wings — I liked my Louisiana Rub more than Lemon pepper. Cajun fries were good, but I might have asked for normal to extra seasoning. But, I think I prefer BWW over Wingstop — don’t hate me.

This Wingstop is located on the corner of Ball and Valley View in the city of Cypress. Located in a strip mall with various business, you can miss it-close to the Starbucks. Although this is a busy intersection, I’ve seen major food chains come and go. Hope they survive. I was there at high noon, and there was only 1 person eating inside-not a good sign for me, but decided to give it a try anyways. I got 2 orders-Spicy Korean and the Mango Habanero sauce. I made the huge mistake of bringing my lunch back to work, and the smell drew several of my pesky co-associates into the lunch room. Being the nice person I’m-I shared :) next time I will eat in the car. Taste was good, and lip burning. Will return another day, but will order online for faster service.

Restaurant is very clean and is new. Placed an order online, it was very easy to do and website was simple to figure out. The website said my order would be ready in 20 mins, so I got my hair and my nails did, and hopped in my whip to go get my wings… arrive in 19 mins went to the counter and they had them all ready for me. It was Friday night at about 9:45pm…place was packed and there was a line… so was glad I ordered online. Everyone was friendly and the place was running efficiently so its seems that in the couple days they had been open that management had ironed out the inevitable snafus that come with opening a new restaurant. So, I just give 3 stars mainly because the flavor of the wings themselves for me was just so-so. I got the Lemon pepper wings and the Parmesan Garlic. Nothing noteworthy about them. So i think if you are really into Wingstop this is a good location for you, but if you are a wing afficianado then maybe you might be slightly underwhelmed. I would come back and try the mango habanero wings… my homie said those are their best flavor.
