I totally see a diffrence in this locations cooking so the string bean chicken they hated to lightly fry the veggies but there’s seem over fried making it seen terribly greasy their chow mein is way to dry they give not small portions and if you ask for more expect a attitude over all not cool and oh sometimes you debit or credit card will slip up from time to time common in a thing that happened but expect them to get bitchy about that to

Not too teribly bad! After reading the reviews, I decided to have Orange chicken and Lo Mein… the chicken was fried a little ‘hard’… and several pieces were ‘sauce-less’, never knew that was an option considering I assumed I was get Orange Chicken! However, the Chicken Egg Roll, I think they gave me the leftover egg roll from the weekend and just reheated it! It was very greasy & mushy! No crunch whatsoever. Maybe I’ll try the fried rice if there is a next time. Considering the options inside of the mall, more than likely this will be my one and only visit!

I actually kind of like this location. It has pretty bad reviews but I’ve never had an issue. The food is almost always fresh when I visit and the people are pretty nice. I work in a lot of malls in the Dallas /Plano /Frisco areas and, as far as mall food goes, it’s not bad. I like that they have healthier options and the calories listed on the menu. It makes it easier for me to choose a healthier lunch and not over do it.

This was one of my favorite restaurants until 6|7|14 when I ordered fried rice it was so hard it took me almost one minute to chew a tiny chunk of rice. But I gave them two stars for their orange chicken.

I have to say I love Panda Express. You can’t go wrong with Beijing Beef and orange chicken. But this location is ridiculous. It seems like they are always behind. They need to staff one or two extra people. I had to wait 20 minutes for food once. 7 minutes in line and 13 minutes waiting for my beef. Don’t go in a rush. Food is great, décor is fast food. Restaurant is clean.

I asked at check out if my dish was the two entrée an Jia, the cashier, said yes. When I went to my table I looked on my bill and there was $ 1 up charge. That I was charged for the shrimp, BUT never told! I chose Panda Express over the Italian place because I «thought» it was a better value? $ 6.99 that I was all in for turned into $ 7.99 with the the shrimp up charge that I was never advised of, that turned into $ 8.65 after taxes. Wow what a magic trick!

This is my go to spot in the Northpark food court. Partially because I seem to find myself there on Sundays and Chick-fil-a is closed on Sundays or on days when Chick-fil-a is open the line is ridiculously long. The orange chicken and the mandarin chicken are both very good, and I love the Panda Express rice.
