Came here when I had an hour to kill before a meeting. The coffee was fine and the place was clean enough, but the lady working didn’t know the WiFi password, and couldn’t be bothered to look or call to find out. She seemed like one of those people who is proud to be technologically ignorant. It says«free WiFi» right on the door! Boo.

I live down the street from this location, so it is the most convenient. When I heard it was opening I was ecstatic. When I heard it would have a drive-through my excitement was almost too much to contain. The staff is great, I can always find what I am looking for, and my iced coffee is always exactly the way I ask for it. There is one employee that works at in the afternoons that I don’t care for — he is unenthusiastic, slow, and appears to dislike his job. I get that not everybody likes their jobs, but when yours is selling coffee to people, and we can tell you don’t like it, you need to re-evaluate your position. It makes me avoid going in when I know you’re working, and if I notice it…

Hours of operation posted on the doors clearly say they are open until 10pm every night, but the doors were locked at 9:35pm. If the dining area is not open to the public after a certain time of night, they really need to post that on the hours of operation.

One of my 3 favorite dunks in the state, and as a connoisseur of dunkin donuts, thats saying alot. The coffee is consistently good, as are the staff, and as an added bonus the have an ice cream machine! And their coffee shakes are make with real dunks iced coffee. Goodness all around. (ps, the sunday crew has been getting fuckin’ fresh as of late, so apply this review to the crew during the week,. who I normally deal with.)

this is a very high quality Dunkins. Every Thursday during the work week I get my breakfast here(thursday is an early day) and I am never dissapointed. The service is quick and friendly, both drive thru and walk up. Once in a while I’ll walk down there on a weekend, its actually a nice location outside to watch the water, pier, etc. Not bad Dunkin, not bad

Every weekday morning I visit this Dunkins. The staff is friendly(for the most part) and almost always get my order right. The building is quite conveniently located on Water St which is RIGHT on the way to work so I don’t have to go out of the way to enjoy my delicious morning tea and fattening breakfast food. The parking lot is big enough that people don’t crash into each other and there is a picnic area in the back with a nice little waterfall/pond. I have to say this is my favorite Dunkins in the area!!!

I’m not a coffee person. I’m a coffee coolata person. So I guess I don’t stop here every day. This place is far better than the one next to the Shell station on Endicott St or the one inside the plaza by CVS/Market Basket. You order your desire, you get in and you get out. It’s so easy and simple.(THAT’S WHATSHESAID). The other locations require hurry up and wait mentality. Even with construction on the bridge across the street, they still keep the cars rolling on through.

This Dunkin Donuts came in with a «Bang!», literally! Prior to it’s existence, it was a bakery that was heavily damaged by a nearby ink plant explosion. But this Dunks is an excellent addition in the renovation of the area. As far as I’m concerned, this is EVERYTHING a great Dunks should be: 1. Very friendly. Maybe it’s because they’re next to water? Or, because it’s a nice, new, clean, location, but, they seem really at ease here. 2. Nice, easy flow to the parking lot and drive-thru. Some Dunks parking lots are a bit of a logistical nightmare. 3. Super clean outside and in, including bathrooms. Sometimes, I swear you could eat off the floor in here(though I wouldn’t recommend it!) 4. Good selections including even the obscure cream cheeses; 5. Quick in-and-out when traveling between the Danvers Mall area and Salem(traffic lights a few hundred feet on either side so plenty of breaks in traffic to pull in). This is a brand, new nice-looking, well-run Dunkin’ Donuts and I really enjoy it. Good for meeting a friend for some light conversation if Starbucks ain’t your thaaaaang.
