I have to say, this is probably the best DB location in Oregon. Why? Because of the baristas who work at the W 7th location! Look, I’m kind of old for the target DB audience, which I assume to be teenagers or college students. Many of their locations seem to be staffed by ditzy twenty-something girls with insanely short shorts or DB twenty-something«bros» with a cocky attitude and limited vocabulary. And all of them are SO fake-nice that it grates on the nerves. I don’t know who does the hiring for the W 7th location, but they’re hiring differently. The baristas at this location are GENUINELY nice and welcoming without working at it. I’ve become a regular at this one, so now everyone knows my car and has my drink ready when I pull up. For some reason, they also tend to play better music at this location… I have heard music that ranges from Bob Marley to Prince to Adele. And even more importantly, they keep the music here at a reasonable level; they can still rock out, but they can also hear and speak to customers without being impeded by it. Dutch Bros, whatever you are doing at this location, do it at OTHER locations. Especially the one on River Road. I’ve never had a good experience with that location.

First time there and tried the Annihilator in small for $ 3.00. Good prices and they have the choice of non-fat as I was told it would have been made with ½ & ½ if I hadn’t asked… yikes! Tasty but nothing spectacular and the staff I dealt with was super friendly. Great outdoor tables to enjoy. Wish I had read the review that the first time you go there your coffee is free!

First time, ordered a large(that’s FOUR shots! I always pay for extra shots at SB) Cocomo, no sugar added. The employees are so nice! They ask about your day, and were just happy people! Put us in a good mood… and my drink was FREE! They said, «It’s your first time? Put that credit card away!» Will be back today!

Secret hiring sauce strikes again — DB Whatever you are doing for your hiring keep doing it! Your people are awesome! Been to this location NUMEROUS times. On only ONE occasion did I have less than a wonderful experience. On this ONE occasion there was brand new guy working the window. The trainer for him is a fantastic employee who I know from other visits and she was helping him but he was just disjointed and on the side that was helping the drive and walk up windows. It was just too much for him for day one. She kept encouraging him but it took me 25 minutes to go two cars and get my order, which is a bit extreme. AGAIN it was only that time which is why they get 5 stars because even then the service was friendly and upbeat as always. This is my go to location on my way to work. They even have my favorite flavor for Rebel and Iced Green Tea premade here in its own container… HAWAIIAN… haven’t had it? You should try it. I could tell you what was in it but then I would have to… well you know… because it is on the DB Secret Menu. Just trust me it is fantastic. They make a killer Caramel Egg Nog Latte, Peppermint Mocha and all of my Iced Teas and Rebels. Pricing is normal as it is uniform but man the specials that are run are fantastic. Don’t have a hydroflask yet? UMMMMMMM Get ONE! Keeps drinks warm literally for 7 – 8 hours at least and that is a hot warm. Keeps the iced ones iced all day and then some. My ice is still ice inside the next day. Basically I am a huge DB Fan! I love my some Starbucks too but come on DB is awesome!!! Thank you for making service always consistently FANTASTIC!

I’m from California and I heard of this infamous coffee spot, so I had to try it. The first time you get a Dutch Bros coffee… IT“S FREE. The customer service was excellent; they recommended things off the menu. My coffee tasted really good. It sort of reminded me of a Starbucks, but 5.0. It’s way better! They have various locations, it has a corporate/local feel. I mean this isn’t your average coffee shop, but I would definitely go again.

This is my favorite location! I’m in Eugene very month and I drive by here to get my coffee on way to meeting. Everyone is so nice. My white coffee is always perfect and served with a smile.

The music is always so loud I have to yell my order in. Many times getting wrong order or size because I can’t hear what they repeat. While I do like the coffee very much I can’t take the stress. Many of the drive throughs blare the extremely loud music. Company policy or what. And no I’m not ancient I just want to order, receive order and go. The staff has always been polite from what I can tell. The last event was trying to get three drinks ordered. It was so stressful I’ve not been back. I’ve moved back to Starbucks even though I have to get out of my car.

I am pretty convinced that I love Dutch Bros more than I love Starbucks. I am a huge fan of their energy drink(Rebel) that you can infused with different flavors like passion fruit, blackberry, coconut, the list goes on. You can also infuse your iced tea with these flavors as well. And not just one flavor you can do a combination of as many as you want… although I usually stick with one or two. They also serve coffee and espresso in huge cup sizes! This location specifically was great. I stopped here on my way to the office a few times and they were blasting music and in such great moods. I was inspired. I wish I could be more like that. I also was caught off guard when they actually ask about my day and what I have planned and how my weekend looks. Like they want to be friends… well who am I kidding who doesn’t want to be my friend. If you have never been to Dutch Bros you NEED to go.

Worst service ever! Come on ladies, are we trying to serve customers or drive them away? I love Dutch and have had the best and friendliest service at any location… until today. Disappointing and I won’t be back to 7th street. Sticking with the 11th location where they are great!

Have to give a star to give a review, this location gets the bad review other locations around Eugene springfield are fine, it’s one genetically misfortune girl at this location that destroys it. The really nice guys who always get me coffee in the morning were preparing my coffee and she told them to refuse service to me because I was having a cigarette in my own truck at the drive through total crass

Visiting Oregon for a race and needed my morning coffee was pointed to the tiny drive up coffee stand. All outdoor, no indoor seating, playing some fun music. Staff was super nice and quick to take my order even though there was a line of cars. They had soy and coconut milk options for my coffee which is always a plus in my book. Take a walk and check it out for some of the best coffee shops in Oregon.

Seriously?! Nobody here and the lights are on and the open sign is on? Says you’re open until 11pm and here I am at 6:24pm and I can’t get coffee. Crazy stupid, at least turn off the open sign! I knew there was a reason why I don’t come to this Dutch brothers location! Horrible horrible horrible I will never stop at this location again never!

Erg! The only thing this particular DB has going for it is the hours. I’ve had coffee spilled on my hand(2nd degree burn = scar) and the worst, most watered down,(pathetic attempt to pass as a) cinnamon white chocolate mocha. So grumpy! So frustrating. Part 2: The girl I spoke to about my fake mocha quickly and kindly provided me with the correct concoction, with a complimentary apology. Kudos to her! Made me change my rating. :)

I’m not going to a coffee purveyor who doesn’t have regular ol’ drip coffee. DONOT offer a workin’ man no god damn americano with some flippant nonsense about how«it’s basically the same thing.» NOITISNOT, Captain Charisma. And no, I don’t want to try one of your $ 5 milk-and-sugar concoctions thanks. I WANTCOFFEE!

This location has the nicest crew of anyplace in town. The service is ALWAYS excellent! Their prices are affordable. No, it’s not the the best coffee, but it’s good enough to make me a repeat offender.

Let’s get something straight — although they sell coffee, Dutch Bros isn’t the place you go to if you’re a coffee snob. Dutch Bros is the place you go to if you want to talk to someone friendly(some would say overly friendly; I’d say there’s no such thing). It’s the place you go to if you just want a couple quick shots of espresso and you only want to spend a dollar.(No kidding! It would cost you $ 2+ at Starbucks.) Dutch Bros is the place you go if you have a sweet tooth — their flavored espresso drinks are a thing of beauty, even if they don’t taste much like coffee. Try the Double Torture — it’s a vanilla mocha with extra shots of espresso that tastes *just* like a Guinness stout. I didn’t think it could get any better than that — until I put a shot of amaretto into my Double Torture. Holy wow. This particular Dutch Bros is close to the bars in the«Barmuda Triangle» at Pearl and Broadway, and is open 24 hours. For both of these reasons, this is my FAVORITEDUTCHBROSEVER.

I don’t know what drugs the people here are on, but I want some! They’re always ridiculously friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there; I have yet to meet a grumpy Dutch Bros employee. They’re also efficient, which is a plus. I don’t think I’ve ever actually had their coffee… which may be a good thing, since their coffee reviews aren’t positive. Ever since I ordered their double chocolate mocha with soy milk, I’ve been addicted. Really, the week of midterms I bought one every morning so that my day wouldn’t suck as much. I should probably get a job to support this habit.
