This is the main bar in the Hilton Hotel & Conference complex.
Even though I was not staying in the hotel, I was made very welcome. The barman was especially helpful with area advice.
So meet, greet and «rinse» a few Oregon Pinot Noirs down the hatch. I did not try any of the food, however.
You’ll meet locals and tourists at this very social gathering spot!

This place was horrible! The restaurant is located at the Hilton Hotel in Eugene, OR. I tried this place out for dinner mainly because I was staying at the Hilton and I didn’t feel like driving anywhere. Anyway, when I arrived, there wasn’t a host. Not a big deal, I figured the host was either in the back or tending to whatever they were tending to. I figured it wouldn’t take long, which it didn’t. After I was seated, the waitress took forever to get my order. When she finally came over, she had to ask me twice to remind her what I had ordered. Then when my food came it was so disgusting. I ordered the Clam Linguine. The sauce was watered down, I could actually taste the water they washed or boiled the noodles in. It tasted like tap water. Then of course it took forever for my waitress to get me my check. When she finally got me my check, she charged me for an extra entrée that I never ordered. I told her the problem which she attempted to fix. Again, WRONG! I had to tell her again what entrée needed to come off and what I should actually be charged. She messed up so many times, I can’t remember how many times I told her to fix it. Of course she didn’t get a tip. Her supervisor or manager was a total idiot as well. Rude and not friendly. My waitress was nice, but she must of been out of training or something.
