By far one of the strangest experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. First let me say, that every employee there that I encountered, from our waitress, a cooking staff refilling the salad bar, and the manager, all were extremely friendly and nice. Now, that that’s out of the way… My mother, sister, and grandmother came here yesterday for lunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday. My mom and I both ordered steak medium well. That was a mistake. Both of our steaks came back well done. I complained and the waitress apologized and asked if I wanted something different or to have it taken off of my bill. I opted for it being taken off my bill. The waitress even said that the cook that works on Saturdays doesn’t know how to make steaks. Uh, if we know this, can we train him please?! The petite steak and green beans that I ordered looked like a meal for a bird. It was so sparse, but I ate it anyway because I was hungry. The salad bar was decent but the replenishment for the bar were placed behind the salad bar on a ledge that was by the hostess counter for people to be seated. Nothing was covered, and some items were just sitting there for I don’t know how long. That didn’t seem good. My grandmother ordered the appetizer sampler and her food wasn’t brought out until she alerted the waitress, after she came to our table to ask us how our food was. Uh, she doesn’t even have her’s ma’am. Again she was nice and apologetic. She ran and immediately returned with her meal. The manager was nice and came to ask me about my meal after it was just about gone and asked if he could bring me something else, which was nice. I declined and the over-cooked steak was taken off the bill. My mom also received a good sized complimentary ice cream sundae for her birthday I should also add. Now for the WEIRDEST part of the experience. While we were finishing up our meal, we heard a loud crash and shriek from a nearby table. I looked up and the lamp shade above another table randomly fell down on their table! How dreadful and embarrassing! No one was hurt and the waitress was right there when it happened and apologized, as did the manager soon after. Talk about weird. Just so you know, DON’T GETTHESTEAKONSATURDAY!

Good food for the price. Good service too. Waitress was prompt and took great care of us. Atmosphere was also pleasant for a lunch crowd!

Ruby is not really one of my go to places. It really is good though. The salad bar is always fresh, and the food is good. It is a bit pricey. I think maybe I should add it to my go to places.

So this has nothing to do with the food. The food was good. But it’s more about when I used to work there. It was alright at first. But I worked two jobs at the time and one day I was scheduled both places at the same time. So I requested someone to pick up my ruby Tuesday shift on a Wednesday. And I told management that I wouldn’t be there on Wednesday. I would be working at my other job. So the day comes along and I get two phone calls from there while I was working at my other job. I went there after my shift to find out what was going on. They fired me then. Cuz no call no show. I was upset but really they never acknowledged me and the workers were very rude. I was bullied when I was younger and I just didn’t like it. So I was glad I got fired. But people overall were rude there.

We love this Ruby Tuesday! We dine here frequently, at least once a week. I am a member of their email list so we always have a BOGO50% coupon which is nice. This location is usually pretty slow, which is one thing we enjoy about this restaurant. It’s nice and quiet. They have great service and a manager always comes by once or twice during our meal to make sure everything is going well. I love their salad bar, everything is always fresh and fully stocked. I could eat the salad bar every day and never get tired of it. Two servers at this location really stand out, although sadly I’m not positive of the female servers name, I believe it is Elle? The male server Jake, is just as great, he always remembers us and conversations we had with him and asks follow up questions about those conversations. Which is really nice to be remembered that way, he also remembers our drinks which is another great thing.

Party of five, lunch. Quick service. The salad bar had fresh stuff, nothing super exciting, but good enough. I especially appreciated a small piece of tilapia delivered with the promise of a larger piece to follow. It happened, and the price was fair.

Ordered the spicy fish tacos without the ranch. Food came delivered to me with the ranch on it. Sent it back and they gave me a new set but the cook dumped so much salt on it I had to gulp down two glasses of water. Consumer beware!

My wife and I visited this location for lunch on July 26, 2014 for lunch around 2:30 or so. I haven’t eaten in a Ruby Tuesday restaurant for at least 10 years. When we arrived the place wasn’t very busy, and we were immediately seated. Our server was very friendly from the outset. I cannot remember her name though. We received our drinks very quickly, and ordered our food. We both ordered the same entrée. Petite Sirloin with Lobster Tails. I had the fresh green beans as my side, and my wife chose the spaghetti squash as her side. We both had the salad bar as our other side. The salad bar was very clean and the items were very fresh. We both really enjoyed our salads. The tomatoes were very fresh and delicious. While we were eating our salads the server brought us out four of their appetizer rolls. And they were very tasty. They were basically the same rolls you get at Red Lobster, just smaller. Virtually the same taste and consistency. Our entrees came, and per my request, all of the lobster tails were put on my plate. My wife was just going to order the Petite Sirloin, but I had her order the combo so I could have her lobster. Both of the steaks were cooked perfectly. We had them cooked medium. I asked for small cup of Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on my steak and green beans. My wife said she really enjoyed her spaghetti squash side. I tried it, but squash isn’t my thing, so I didn’t get much out of it. My side of green beans were very good, and had a lot of flavor. I prefer mine cooked a little bit longer, but that’s just me being picky. The lobster tails were fantastic. I would have preferred that the restaurant actually separate the lobster from the shell before serving them though. It was just a messy process separating them myself. Again though, that is just me being picky. #FirstWorldProblems right? Overall our visit was fantastic. It is a very clean restaurant with quick and courteous service. I would have given the restaurant 5 Stars, but there were just a few things that weren’t really done well. I didn’t get a refill of my water through our entire stay, even though my glass was only ¼ full through nearly half of our visit. And the other thing I didn’t care for were the tables in the booths. At the end of each table there is a pole that’s attached to the table that runs down to the floor that stabilizes the table, and on the bottom of it there is a rail that goes across the floor virtually all the way across the booth. It just made it very inconvenient getting in and out of the booth. I felt like I was about to munch on some carpet every time I got out of my seat. You have to really pay attention to avoid tripping. But again, that’s probably just me nit-picking, but when someone has $ 170.00 shoes on, they shouldn’t have to worry about them getting scuffed by a poorly designed restaurant booth. In closing, I would definitely visit this location again. The menu options looked fantastic, and there were several other items that I would love to try.

I usually go here for the salad bar, and I get the same thing almost every time. The Parmesan crusted chicken sandwich, which is good. I recently tried something new, the Big Dipper sampler, it was okay, but the chicken tenders were by far the worst I have ever had. Ever! Don’t try the chicken tenders!

Its a chain so it is pretty similar to any other Ruby Tuesday. I like this one for a quick lunch. The wife and I pop in once a month for lunch and the service is always prompt and courteous. If you get a menu item with the salad bar you can get some food quick while they are preparing the menu item and by the time you finish your salad, your food is ready. As I said, its a chain but this one does a great, quick lunch.

Great food. A big selection, but kind of crappy service. No one at the door to seat us for a few minutes. Waitress was staring at me unnervingly while ordering, picking up my salad from the bar… yet when I needed something she was all around and yet no where to be found. Ran out of water before it got refilled a few minutes later. Was going to order a drink from the bar but it took so long for her to come back after dropping off the food there was no point because I couldn’t enjoy it with my meal. Sidenote: I couldn’t give them 2.5 stars or I would have.

Love to give a review but, NOONEWASATTHECOUNTERTOSEATME!!! Employees saw me and just looked at me while they were smoking! Dirty place. I guess this is why there was only 3 or 4 cars in there lot. Good luck with the ecoli! I instead went to Chilis, great service! sat me down right away with a smile and the place was busy.

Ruby Tuesday is just yummy. I got ribs and they were great. There cupcakes for dessert were a little dry which was disappointing, but the rest was a really good experience.

I’ve eaten here and the one in Collinsville. The one in C’ville is newer but the service at this location(Fairview Heights) is much better. One of the things I like about this restaurant(besides excellent servers) is that every table is a booth! And the salad bar(not food bar) is top notch. Fresh, and nice variety. I love the flavored lemondades but the tall, slender glasses packed full with ice leave little room for the actual drink. Refills are free, but you have to order 3 drinks just to get a «decent» amount of liquid. Burgers and fries are some of the best in the area. Last comment — went on a Sunday and noticed a Sunday Brunch sign out front. Well, it is not your typical brunch with a buffet. You order from the menu. Entrée is your choice but the other 3 parts to the brunch menu are fixed. Kind of odd… but I didn’t order it anyway. I’ll be back.

Since they have updated the menu here, I enjoy going much more. I dig on the salad bar, and you can get a couple mini burgers and fries for like 50 cents more.
