The staff is so friendly and quick. The line always seems long but it moves way better when you actually get in line. The new power food options really sold me.

What can I say? Who doesn’t like Chick-​fil-​A?! They are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My kids love the play area and at this location the drive-​thru is quick and painless.

Friendly service. Clean environment.

Friendly service, always a go to for good quality food. Only downside is that it’s usually packed in a circle around the store. Quality food is definitely worth the wait.

One of the very few chain places that I frequent, good price, fast service and great food every time! Solid original chicken sandwich and their grilled chicken is also good! Nice to get out of here with under 500 calories and $ 6!

Love Chick-​fil-​a! The only qualm i have is that sometimes it is so crazy busy, but they do a great job managing the craziness.

Please keep in mind that this is probably the busiest Chick Fil A in Frisco!
They always have my order out hot within a reasonable time.
The staff look really work out; I went in yesterday and the girl with the buzzcut had the worst expression on her face. Huge turnoff, I hate that. But, Adam, who took my order such a sweet boy! He was nice and sweet and got my order in correctly.
The price is pretty exceptional. I like to get the ice cream that’s in a bigger container about 14 oz., maybe, I’m not sure. But it’s like $ 1! So yummy!
Usually pretty clean too!

I love Chick FIL a! I think of them as the king of suburbs fast food. I went on a summer weekday with my crew of 7 kiddos and everyone else at the restaurant came with theirs of similar sizes. But CFA never seems to disappoint me, the food came out quick and hot!

Love chic fil a! The Eldorado location was offering a free 8 count of nuggets here on Unilocal which made me visit pretty much weekly! Of course I would have to buy more when I was there because it’s all so tasty! I’m kind of sad the free nugget offer is gone, it means I won’t be visiting as often. Please bring back the nugget offer!!! It gives me an excuse to get more chic fil a and of course eat more chicken ;)

Always busy at lunch, like most CFAs. The folks that take your order are not the happiest CFAers I’ve ever met. But, it’s close to work, fast, & consistent, so they’ll continues to get my business.

I’m here 20 minutes and still haven’t got my breakfast biscuit. I’ve said thank you like four times without one response. Typically this chain hires teens with a lot of positivity. This location is dirty and unkempt served by what appears to be retired old farts.
Keep driving to nearest location past this one.

Love chick-​fil-​a! Never a bad thing to say! Always hot, fast, & fresh! Love the tea and chickfila sauce! Always happy to come here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! My 5 year old and hubby love it too!

We are regulars here … Some days the customer service is more on point then others however we have always had hot quality food. It’s family friendly and affordable

There’s alwAys a line, but it goes pretty fast. Good service great taste, this business is very consistent in taste and it’s a good thing. Nice staff and helpful.

There are several Chick-fil-A’s in the area to choose from, and although we don’t frequent them, we’ve been to a few in the Frisco/​Plano area. This one is by far the least friendly and clean of the locations we’ve been to. The staff wasn’t very pleasant when taking our order, which is odd, because every other location we’ve been to is almost so friendly that it always stands out.
For example, here’s a typical convo with a CFA employee taking our order:
Server: «ma’am here’s your half/​half iced tea» (ps, I hate being called ma’am but always let it go here because they are trained to be this nice)
Me: «thank you!»
Server: «my pleasure!»
My friend: «can we have some Chick-​fil-​A sauce please?»
Server: «of course!»
My friend: «thank you!»
Server: «my pleasure!»
You get my drift here… they’re always so friendly, so accomodating, and it’s one of the things we love about eating at CFA… but not this location. In fact it was so unpleasant we probably won’t be back even though it’s the closest to where we live.
Also, our booth was super dirty, crumbs all over the seats and table. I had to wipe it down before we sat (and this was the cleanest option of the tables that were available).
Only bright side, courtesy of Unilocal of course, I unlocked a free 8 count chicken nuggets here! Which reminds me… don’t order the grilled nuggets, they’re super salty and not worth it (what I get for trying to order «healthy» at a fast food joint). Typically, my favorite thing to order is one of their salads and an order of small waffle fries-​dipped in CFA sauce of course!
If you haven’t been to Chick-​fil-​A before, I definitely reccomend it, but not this particular location.

I like this location. It is always pretty busy around 5 o clock traffic and Saturday mornings, which is understandable.
I have always been a fan of Chick-​fila and this location keeps me coming. Friendly service and fast turn arounds in the drive thru.

(++) SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH is my life’s blood. Whenever I’m hungry, and I don’t know what to eat, I will go here for the CHICKEN STRIPS. This is the most consistent, good food I’ve ever had. It humbles me that this is my favorite place to eat. Good customer service too.
