This restaurant is awesome. Today was our second visit. The food is so authentically New York Italian. Today we had the special, … Bracciole. No joke, it was better than my mother’s and we used to fight as kids over who got the last piece to way. Awesome

We went here for a Friday night dinner. The food was great! My husband and I both ordered items off the Chefs’ specialty menu. I had the Parmesan Risoto with shrimp and my husband had the Gargonzola Tortellini. The risoto was excellently prepared, but the Parmesan sauce was a bit too runny. The shrimp were a bit scarce but the dish was delicious. My husband said his dish was excellent. Our kids both had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was an ok size portion. We also both had Cesar salads which were on the small side and the dressing was so so and we had the Mini canolis for dessert which were excellent. Service was not spectacular, our waitress was a little slow with service and she forgot our bread. Also we had to ask to get our drinks refilled. However, the food will definitely bring us back for a other visit in the near future.

Love the eggplant rolatinis and the homemade bread. I’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Service is great. John the owner/chef makes you feel at home and makes you feel like family. Best Italian food in the area by far!!!

My trio platter was good, small portions on each plate with a very proud price tag– I ate all of my food and left hungry. Got charged for water.

Get here for lunch… Place is empty but from Unilocal pics… Looks good. Order food right away and then waitress disappears… Food arrives but still no drinks? Waitress… Oh I forgot I will get them now… still takes a while to deliver. Daughter has the ziti it looks like tomato water over pasta noodle… Pizza shows up and you can smell a burn smell as they sit it in table… Yep it’s burned… And about the time I see its burned, fire alarm goes off… Now place is empty, young kids running the place have no idea what to do… Waitress is trying to call someone… Meanwhile they took my pizza back to redo it … I am sitting here thinking, you have got to be kidding me? Fire alarm going off, pizza burned, and still cooking back there and no indication of how to proceed? Jump up and run out of the place, or wait for my check to pay for my tea cause I am definitely not paying for burnt pizza. Well my next pizza gets delivered… Looks great, but waitress says everyone needs to pay their bill and evacuate… I am like what the hell? Fine get my pizza to go… Daughter leaves rest of her water down noodles… Now if this was some fast food Italian I would not have a big grip but this is suppose to be a little more high end place that has the class of a road side choke and puke. Never again…

This is nice Italian restaurant hidden in Wolfe Creek by Best Buy. We went for a late lunch, first time there and Marina, our waitress, was very helpful explaining the dishes and specials. My wife had the Butternut Ravioli that was absolutely wonderful I had the Fettuccine with Italian sausage topped with goat cheese. This is a gem of a find and the prices are very reasonable.

Ambiance is very nice. Waitstaff are excellent. Spaghetti was ok. Heavy on the sauces. Crêpe isn’t European.

My visits to Milano’s are extremely frequent; and with that being said, the service, food, desserts, and overall atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. The ONLY Italian food that is authentic and truly delicious in all of Georgetown. You cannot skip out on dessert when you dine, it’s the best part of the meal! The chef, John Braga, outdoes himself with every dish and truly has a passion for the science of cooking. Incredible place!!!

A 2-star venue with a 3-star menu and 4-star pricing. Definitely a «pizza parlor» vibe — they tell you«keep your fork!» Food is not too bad, service is adequate. It’s about as good as it gets for Italian fare in Georgetown.

We had a little trouble finding this place because the signage is minimalist. We called and it was 8:40. They close at 9:00 but they welcomed us and made us feel like family. The kids split a combination cheese and fettuccine Alfredo pizza. Phil had the pasta combo. He said it was better than our other favorite Italian place. I ordered the Veal Marsala. The sauce was amazing and the mushrooms were perfectly prepared. There was a good amount tender veal. The side of pasta with Alfredo was just right. And I can’t say enough about the family atmosphere and service that we received.

I had ordered the lobster ravioli with tomato cream sauce. The dish itself was quite tasty, but I was very disappointed that they were so skimpy with the lobster. The pasta was done very well they just need to fill the ravioli with more lobster. There were about 10 ravioli and more than half of them were very lightly filled with lobster, with three of them I think we’re totally void of any lobster. If the kitchen could be sure to make sure each of the ravioli had a reasonable amount of lobster in each one this would be a total winner. The tomato cream sauce was spot on for me with perfect seasoning. So, as it stands now the $ 19.99 they charge for the lobster ravioli is just too much for the small amount of lobster you are given, it should be more in the line of $ 12 or $ 13.

Nice family restaurant that really tries to make good Italian Food. Get their fish from the wonderful city of Pittsburgh, gets veal from NY. Tried the pasta and it was good, wife had pizza and it was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Will go back and next visit could raise it to 5 stars.

Just had to add more to this review — back for our second visit today. Still excellent! This go around we decided to focus on the pizza. Hubby go the Italian, I got the marguerite and son got his special again. Great food, great service, and great prices! Previous: Excellent Italian restaurant in a very non Italian area! To begin with — I’m very picky about my Italian since I grew up on Long Island. We just moved to Austin three months ago and had yet to find great pizza or Italian food. Add to that I’m on a restrictive diet and my son is autistic– so we have some food constraints that are challenging. Our server Isabelle was stellar, as was the chef. They took the pork tenderloin dish and totally amended it for my diet and it was delicious! My son has to have his pizza a certain way — again, they came they with flying colours. Mom loved her bday meal of veal piccata which is hard to get right. Hubby had Italian flag farfalle and declared it a winner. Oh — and don’t skip the homemade dessert! Best cannoli I’ve had in eons with the shell shipped from ny! Tiramisu homemade and excellent! As to the Unilocaler complaining about service and plastic plates? Are you kidding me? Service A+. Plates are Corelle — and were nice. Prices were cheap for all the food we had. Portions were more than enough! As Ah-nold would say«I’ll be back!!»

I would rate it a 5 except I felt that for $ 19.00 for two great dishes and $ 24.00 for one of the special of the day A SALAD should of been included. We go to many Italian places to eat but usually at least a basic salad is included.(The salad was $ 3.00 for the salad. They were good but like I said basic salad would of been nice for free with an option to upgrade to a special salad.) THEFOODWASAWESOME though. I do not understand the comment by someone who said food was on paper plates … not for us. The atmosphere is casual. The owner /chef was in the kitchen but our son said last time they were in he greeted the customers. This is a neat touch unless the place is busy. Desserts — great. the tiramisu was good but the Lemononcello cake was awesome. Never had anything like this … and would order again. Yes tucked in a shopping center. We would not of found it but got a coupon for $ 10.00 off in one of the coupon books we got from the RR booster club. Ck them out. WOLFSHOPPINGCENTERINGT.

Went last weekend with our elderly aunt. The service was fabulous!!! We enjoyed our meals although the portions are really SMALL. I wish they had more variety in appetizers — we had the bruschetta which was good. We will definitely go back!

This is a FANTASTIC place!!! Tucked back into the shopping center, this place is worth the hunt.(I am writing this review on my wife’s profile.) My wife, mother in law, and I went there for an early supper. They have been there before and raved about it. I admit that I was skeptical, but willing to try it! I had one of their Specials, the«drunken linguine», and it was simply perfect! My MIL had the filet medallions and veggies. The steak was superb, tender, and a great piece of meat! My wife had the shrimp and scallops special in a tomato and basil sauce. The chef made it a point to come and personally check on our meal, and had a long conversation with my MIL about their bread(which is also great). We had a wonderful time and will certainly be going back. In fact, I(selfishly) don’t want anyone else to go… I don’t want to have to wait in line!!! ;-))

This is located next to Sephora and Best Buy. My wifey had the Arancini appetizer, a fried rice ball stuffed with ground beef and mozzarella and tomato basil sauce. I had the 10″ Al Padrino carnivore pizza, great crust and italian sausage, pepperoni and ham…4 stars. The two rice balls were good, didn’t see much ground beef in them, a little overpriced…9 bucks. The pizza was 4 stars, 13 bucks for a 10″ pizza is kind of steep. I would have rated the food and service 4 stars, deducted for portion size and for pricing. Lots of cool artwork on the walls.
