Every experience @v Starbucks is a happy one for me. I most usually order an Iced Grande White Chocolate Mocha that always puts a smile on my face The only thing that I wish was better was having more that one register open at a time when I go into the building. I usually just go through the drive-through. Please add some more cashiers. That would help people out so much more.

I hardly ever write reviews for chains, and especially for a coffee chain such as Starbucks but I felt that they should be recognized not only for the 4:30am opening time but the fact that I’ve come here a few times on road trips and they’ve always given me a great attitude and a reason to go back. Granted they are the only coffee place opened from where I live to destinations heading south. I’ve been ordering a flat white these days and it’s got a stronger kick of espresso more so than their other lattes and cappuccinos. I feel like this is definitely on par with what they want their coffee to be like for people, not the watered down crap everyone is used to. A flat white makes my day exceptionally better. The strength is enough to get me through the first few hours and battle my way through driving. It’s for that very reason that I am grateful for stores such as this one. The weekend morning shift employees have always been nothing but awesome.

Can we talk for a second about the amount of RBF at this location? My husband and I walked in at separate times(over an hour before closing) and we both felt uncomfortable. I had to wait awhile before I was acknowledged and then had to repeat my order because the girl who took it was talking to another employee scrubbing the floor. And when I got my drink, I politely said«Thank you» and the girl said«no worries» and walked away like it was a huge favor she’d done for me. I always try to be pleasant because I remember working in this industry, but these girls and their energy sucked the smile right off my face.

My first review in my life… I am too busy to waist time doing so but I am so livid and annoyed this location pushed me over the edge. Only 4 in line to order, 7 to pick up, 9 cars in drive through and 6 employees. After 15 minutes to place my order because the cashier couldn’t multitask by ringing up and pouring house coffee, I wait another 20 minutes for my single order ONLYAFTER2 other ladies and I complained that numerous customers after we arrived have come and gone. Manager stated ‘o I don’t have a ticket for your order. No ticket no drink.’ I said why no ticket? She said ‘o the machine ran out, we just noticed and put more paper in’. WTF. Are you kidding me. I said so you haven’t noticed me and these other two ladies standing here for 20 minutes while others have come and gone! Are you that air headed?! As a managers you need to apologize and make our drinks immediately versus argue back as if you running out of ‘tickets’ in the print machine is your customers fault. Young and immature she rolled her eyes at all 3 ladies, made 2 other customers drinks before making ours. Wow! I will never ever go back to this location. I don’t care if I have to drive further to Target Starbucks.

Very inefficient store despite relatively large staff. A slow moving line with only 1 cashier for in store service despite half a dozen people on duty. Staff at least apologized for the ‘chaos’. Not certain what makes this evening exceptionally chaotic or busy. Unpleasant experience!

This is the ONLY drive-thru Starbucks in Gilroy and is located off the tourist driven 152. The lines are usually long due to those facts but the employees make up for it. They’re all super friendly and work as hard as they can. I would recommend using the Starbucks app to order ahead of time so you can skip the line, walk in, and pick up your order.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Took me 15 minutes just to get my drink, which BTW is just espresso over ice. After seeing others get there drinks before me, I had to ask the baristas about it. One of them said she’ll check on it right now, but ends up doing something else. I stand there watching ppl get there drinks and remake messed up ones. When the other barista finally calls out my drink 5 minutes later, she of course gets it wrong. How can someone mess up espresso over ice! I asked her to remake it, but even then she does a half assed job and still get’s it wrong. I didn’t want to wait any longer. Fed up, I left. Definitely never coming back here. Never been so annoyed with such incompetent people. I;m in the food service Industry and can understand how hard it is, but at least show a little customer service especially if you’ve been screwing up drinks left and right.

Omg took forever to make my order. People behind the counter were too busy talking and not making drinks. I’ve never been to a bad Starbucks until today. Management should really look at its employees. And to top it off, one of the drinks wasn’t even made correctly.

If I could give this Starbucks location zero stars I would. I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I had two simple drink orders and I have no complaints whatsoever about it, although I do have a complaint with the two people helping me tonight at the drive thru. I was given my drinks and was having a hard time trying to figure out which drink was mine since they didn’t write it down on the sleeve but they used a sticker(which is what I’m guessing they do to make things go faster since they have a higher volume of customers since its a drive thru which makes sense and is understandable) but I wanted to make sure I had the right order of drinks before I drove off across town to drop off my husbands coffee who works long hard hours and won’t be home until midnight-one o’clock later today. By this time the two people helping me had closed the window to the drive thru and without thinking the lady behind the window yelled at me to HURRYUPGIIIIIRL!!! They then looked at each other and laughed at me making me feel stupid put a fake smile on there faces and waved at me as if to say, «ok good she didn’t hear me have a good night.» This bothers me tremendously. I worked at Starbucks ten years ago and they pride themselves on delivering good product and excellent customer service. The people helping me today cleary hate the job that they have because never in a million years would I yell at a customer even if they were rude to me, you treat people the way you would want to be treated. These employees just care about pumping out product and recieving a paycheck and don’t care for the customer service aspect of the job and because they hate there job they want everyone else to know it. I felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and stupid. I was half tempted to hand the drinks back and ask for my money back. I did call shortly after to speak to a manager but I am so upset I can’t believe I was literally yelled at especially when I didn’t do anything and was polite. They sure did take there time chatting, and laughing but because I didn’t drive off the second I received my drinks I guess the appropriate thing is to yell at me. I feel unwelcomed and will not be returning. I’ll take my buisness elsewhere, maybe first street coffee(I’ll gladly go to a place where I’m treated with respect). Way to give Starbucks a good name and reputation. –stars.

I went through the drive-through this morning! Expecting my usual good pumpkin spice latte, well that wasn’t t the case. They handed my coffee thinking it was my pumpkin spice & I took a sip & it was NOT! I told the girl she took it back, still the same thing WASNOTPUMPKINSPICE! 3 coffees later. Kind of a cross between a highway Starbucks and a neighborhood Starbucks. It’s clean enough and the workers are polite but that is where the good part of this review ends. The drive through driveway cannot accommodation the demand. I parked and ordered inside, that was a mistake. The kid making drinks was out of his element. Twenty minute wait for a coffee drink is unacceptable.

This is one of the better Starbucks. Clean facility, friendly people and they don’t take product off the shelves or stop serving certain drinks 30 minutes before like other stores do(eg Mountain View). Adrianna was friendly and funny taking my order and then making it for me as the others were doing routine cleaning; as it was early and few customers.

I want to say a BIGTHANKYOU to the staff for keeping my wallet safe! I had ordered a few fraps last night and left my wallet on the counter and didn’t realized until about midnight I lost my wallet. Thank Goodness for there honesty and keeping my wallet!

Just came here with my family on our way to Vegas. We ordered a caramel macchiato, vanilla Bean frap, caramel brulee and an undertow(understandable that the cashier didn’t know since it’s not on the Starbucks menu) all the hot drinks came by quickly(about a minute after we sat down) the guy at hot bar was a fast work and drinks were tasty. I would’ve rated this place a 5 if the cold drink station wasn’t so slow. As someone who has worked at a pretty fast paced starbucks, the time waiting for the frap was a long 15 min. It’s understandable that the frap took longer since making them takes time, especially of there are a lot in line and that more people continue to come in. However, the moment when people who ordered way after us got their Fraps before, it got pretty irritating. Overall, my experience would’ve been better if there was a better way of keeping the drinks on track.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Do not stop if in any type of hurry. There was about 7 people behind the counter working and the drive thru wait was about 15 minutes. They did get my drink right but had I known it would be a 30 minute detour for a grande coffee I wouldn’t have stopped. New management needed
