High end ingredients and prices to mstch, but the chef isn’t very skilled. The food should be far better. And I’m not sure if I’m funky enough to consider dining in a car wash desirable.

I would have never found it, but for a recommendation. We’ve picked up food from here a few times. Do not let the location fool you. The chicken plates are always a treat. The vegetables are delish. Give it a try.

Great service. Went to get my car detailed during lunch so I had the pleasure of eating at the café. I ordered the mahalo burger. Took a seat and the chef brought us our meal. The bread on the burger was soft and toasted. The greens were crisp and burger has a sweetness from the sauce. The pineapples were a great touch. I think next time I would get the sauce on the side only because when I ate the juicy burger my hands were covered in the juicy goodness. I had the sweet potato fries which were thin and cook perfectly. If I had to do it again, I would! Lunch and wash my car… for sure. The chef was very nice and the food was pretty awesome!

I’m always on the prowl for good burgers and this place definitely served me some good burger! Don’t even worry about the fact that they’re located inside a car wash.
I was in the area and my Unilocal app told me that there’s a burger joint inside a car wash place. Alright. Let me check it out. I parked on the street (Stonecrest) next to the car wash and walked inside. There’s a barber shop, shoe shine service, travel agency, and Facundo café inside. Facundo café is in the middle of the hallway between the front and the back entrances facing directly at the window where you can see all the cars being washed.
All the burgers are half-​pounder Angus burgers so come hungry! I ordered the classic; Bacon cheddar cheeseburger. Yes, I had to specify cheddar because they have other kinds of cheese if you choose so. I also ordered some Onion rings.
When my order was ready, I didn’t think that it was going to be a good burger. The thick patty looked kind of dry. HOWEVER, when I bit into the patty that’s when the juice started oozing out. And it was so full of flavor! And let’s not forget about the bacon. They were thick, juicy bacon slices. Not the thin, super crispy a la jack in the box bacon. A classic done right!!!
The only thing that i didn’t like about my meal was the onion rings. Not because they weren’t good. They were! Since the place is so small and you can see where they’re keeping everything, I saw that they’d taken out some frozen onion rings out of the freezer and then fried it before serving them to me. I guess in my head, I had an image of fresh onions being breaded and then fried. To be honest, if I hadn’t seen it, I would be none the wiser.
Also, take note that there were only two people working. One guy taking orders the other doing the cooking. There were only a couple of people who ordered in front of me but I think it took them about 15 minutes before I got my burger. It’s not too bad, but if you have a short lunch, then you might want to try a different place.
I’m glad I stopped by here. I’ll be back for sure to try all the other stuff on their menu. They have breakfast menu and they have a lot of chicken sandwiches also. You should definitely try this place out.

This is a gem. It’s located inside a car wash. It sounds nuts but the food is real deal. They serve awesome burgers and even serve lavazza coffee! The chef is friendly too which is a plus!

Amazing service Danny is a owner who’s heart is in his business. His passion can be seen by his customer service! Great place for breakfast and lunch!

The chicken salad sandwich on a lightly toasted ciabatta bread with sweet potato fries was «crute»!

I typically dread sitting at the car wash for an hour, but my car is disgusting and I have heard great things about Facundo. They were right!
My husband and I dropped off our cars and was told it would be about an hour. We walked inside and sat down at the bar right in front of the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was fun watching them prepare some other meals before we had to order.
I got a chicken salad sandwich on ciabatta bread with onion rings. My husband got a club sandwich and sweet potato fries. Both were absolutely amazing. The chicken salad had so much flavor and spice. Typically chicken salad just tastes like mayo and chicken, but this was so much more! The club sandwich was loaded. Ham, roast beef, and turkey! The fries and rings were equally delicious.
I would definitely come back even if I wasn’t getting the car washed, but luckily they have take out!

Okay, I love Facundo Café. The french toast at breakfast is just hard to beat. It is deep fried after being battered but stays crisp. The bacon is thick peppered bacon that is hard to put down. Lunch is equally as good. The burgers on a sweet wheat bun are just huge and delicious. Next time I’ll try the chicken florentine. Al and Danny are a blast to hang out with while you eat. Even if Danny is a Bama fan!

Productive lunch hour. Oil change, car wash and hit wing burger. All at one location. They make the burger right in front of you and it is delicious. Definitely worth a stop.

Shoe shine, car wash, oil change… and dinner?
Facundo Café, located inside the Dr. Gleem Carwash on Ella, offers a variety of delightful menu items made from fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the burgers. First of all, they’re enormous – at least ½ a pound. Secondly, and more important, they’re super tasty, particularly because of the creative toppings. The Greek burger, with Feta, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and a vinegarette, might be my favorite. But the Mahalo burger, with teriyaki and pineapple is awfully good too. You can choose a side of fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, or fresh cut fruit. I like having options and not being upcharged, and in this case, all the options are consistently good.
While it’s convenient to sit at the bar, watch your food being made fresh, and enjoy it as you wait for your car to be cleaned, I actually think Facundo is good enough to warrant a visit regardless of your car’s hygiene needs. I’ve ordered food to go a few times, and they pack it up nicely. They aren’t open very late though, so make sure you come by before 6pm.

This place is the best! A car wash, a sandwich and a shoe shine… what a convenience. The sandwich experience, which is Facundo Café, was unexpectedly supreme. To be honest, I was not expecting a lot out of a café located within a busy car wash, but I was VERY impressed with the quality of the food. The head chef knows what he is doing and I have always enjoyed the meals… the burgers are fantastic, all the way down to the sweet homemade (I think?) buns and the grilled chicken is incredible juicy and flavorful.
BOTTOM LINE: No better place to grab a sandwich while your car is getting detailed.

Oil change, car wash and lunch with a beer? I AM a fan.
The BLT was delicious. The honey wheat bread had just the right amount of sweet, and they split the plate for us in the kitchen. The peppered bacon had just the right crisp. The fries were a little on the greasy side, but good potato flavor.
The service was super friendly. Seating options are counter side, in the back where you pay for your car wash or out on the patio in front. The patio was super pleasant, but they were blasting Christmas tunes (before Thanksgiving) which removes a star.

I was told the best burger in the area was in the middle of a car wash?!
I was very confused but took their word for it. Parked in the back and made my way inside. Felt very strange but I kept an open mind! The place was packed, not only with people waiting for their car to be washed but just local workers wanting a good lunch. I had the spinach bacon avocado burger with fries!
The burger was HUGE, I had to cut it in half before devouring the whole darn thing. The chef makes everything right in front of you. It comes out pretty quick and delicious!

This place is great one-​stop shop. Where else can you get your shoes shined, your car washed, your oil changed, consult with a floor installation contractor, and eat fish tacos? I would have never know that this little café was hiding in the car wash. Decent food at low prices. Everything came out super fast as well.
I had a chicken salad sandwhich and sweet potato fries, while my friends all had the fish tacos. Portions were good and everything tasted great. Overall, a good lunch experience.

NO One Beats the Marinated Chicken Breast, Chicken Salad Sandwich on Toasted Ciabatta bread with thin cut sweet potato fries. NO ONE! This place is great!

Ever need an oil change, car wash, shoe shine, haircut, and see your travel agent all whilst hungry for a good burger and perhaps a beer?!? No? Well, I have! and this spot can do it all!!!
Ok, I didn’t get all that done, I just had a burger, but you could do it all here and if the burger is any indication of the level of service and quality you receive here then it surely is a «one stop shop».
On to the food, the burger was a mountainous delight of ½lb angus beef chargrilled perfectly @medium with fresh lettuce & tomato & red onion, which added the slight touch of sweet to the char!!! The reg fries are shoestring style cut fresh and were fried crisp & perfect!!! I devoured this burger !!! My friend had the same burger but with sweet potato fries and they were perfect as well!!!
I will def be back soon!!!

My first hand experience at Facundo café today in Houston left me thinking all car washes should have café’s and barber shops.
This place should have its own show on the food network. The chefs couldn’t have been nicer or better.
