Yikes BWW!!! So my cousin and myself came in for a nightcap.(Keep note that we are both tiny girls who came in for a quick and fast drink) Anywho, we ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a bartender to help us(which usually isn’t a long time but it was close to closing.) The entirety of the 10 minutes we kept getting stared at BY the bartenders and no service at all. Not even a, «Hey, be with you in a second». I’ve worked in customer service for more than 10 years, and was disappointed in this service. I am definitely one of those people who hate leaving negative reviews on anything because I know how tough customer service is, but it was just unfair that they served other patrons and ignored us. Then when the bartender finally decided to talk to us, he notified us that it was last call(and did not help us out with a drink because they had already cleaned everything up… Even though it was 1:20am and we even asked the host to see if the bar was still open because they close at 2am) I am always a super nice customer, but if they treat their good customers this way, what is to say about their bad customers?

This review is based on the general manager Peter and the kitchen staff. This is step one of what I intend to do for answers. Sat down at the table at 10:20ish, server came to take out drinks and small items which were fine. Then out again for the main entrees order. 40+ mins pass then finally our food came out. Okay okay whatever I’m hungry. First pick up of the wing, it’s cold as well as the burger I ordered. I look up and around and noticed my friends with me they noticed the same thing, it’s cold. I notified the server it’s cold and she just takes it away. I’m like okay I guess just take it away. She comes back out in 5 minutes, not exaggerated. It was microwaved, the tomato in the burger was hot and the same sauce stain on the wing label was exactly the same. I didn’t have any appetite after that. So I ask for the manager. Now this part gets great. A shift leader or smaller manager comes out and I asked for their policy on how they deal with food that comes out cold. She answers they should re make the food and let the manager know. I asked her if anybody notified her of this situation, she dodge the question saying it was busy and some dishes came back. Okay. I asked for the general manager or someone bigger to explain to me why there isn’t any quality or consistency with the food. Oh here comes Peter. Immediately he comes up right to my face and ask me what’s going on. In my mind, he’s doing a passive aggressive stance to kinda make me push over. Meh. I asked him the same questions of what is the food policy and what happened to the quality even tho he’s the general manager. He answers the same way always saying he’ll comp some food out. I’m not looking for a handout. I’m looking for some answers. I question why did this happen, bww is huge and pretty good for what they are. All he can say is that he wasn’t there and can’t answer for it all. I don’t want excuses, I want an answer. I asked for a name, phone or email for anybody higher up then him that can formally explain why was the ball dropped during this dining experience. All he can say after that is whoever I call or email, nothing will happen. He said everything will go thru him or back to him to deal with this matter. This just means it’ll never reach the right people and I’ll never be answered. I feel treated as a whatever person that’s just complaining. In a way I am but if they told me the truth and given an honest answer without putting me down, I’d be okay. Peter, you treat this as a whatever job that pays the bill. You don’t understand customers and service. You indirectly put people down and brush off the issues. Not once did you reassure me that next time will be better, probably didn’t even cross your mind that you want us as returning customers. I’m appalled that you didn’t even try to listen for what I’m asking for. Get a different job so people don’t have to deal with you anymore.

I ordered the mango habanero and omg it was so spicy! It is pretty good but you can’t taste it that much because it’s that spicy! I have tried some other flavors as well but they weren’t that great. I think the wings are just okay. I would go again if my friends decided to they wanted to go there but I wouldn’t choose to go.

Great happy hour pricing. Don’t love their wings. Can’t compare to wing stop or Alondra.

AVOIDTHISBRANCHATALLCOSTS! After my initial review, everything went down the drain. Maybe after my second visit to this location, I was with my family early Friday afternoon and the place wasn’t full at all. The hostess walked us in but my 2 little boys were walking ahead of us and she followed where my boys were walking towards which was the kitchen. There were more than half of the place was empty and she follows my two boys and sits us next to the kitchen. So i said no, we don’t want to sit there. First of all, why would you follow a 6 and a 4 year old? You’re the hostess, talk to the adults. After moving us to a booth by the wall, I saw her talk to soon to be our waitress and whispered something. I didn’t think much about it until after sitting there for over 5 minutes without the waitress coming over, we walked out. On the way out, the manager asked them why we were leaving. First of all, he didn’t even talk to us again, but instead started talking to the hostess and the waitress. The hostess actually had the audacity(yes, might be too deep of a word for that hostess) to start complaining to the manager as my family walks past them. Swore to my family that as long as I live, we will never go back to this location again. I’ve told everyone in my family, friends, co-workers, teachers, everyone that I talk to to stay away from this place. That was over 3 ½ years ago.

This location is horrible. #1.) It’s «Gluten Free» claim is not accurate. IT’S NOTGLUTENFREE. They mix everything in the same oils. #2.) The service is POOR! After our food arrived, we didn’t have anyone check on us ATALL for at least 45 min. Couldn’t even get refills on our drinks! To the managers credit, she did take off 15% from the bill. #3.) The seasoning on the wings was almost non existent. #4.) When we asked for the bill and our to go order, and you give us attitude, there’s a problem. *THISISNOTANEXAGGERATION* ***a tip to restaurants: Don’t claim you have a Gluten Free menu when you really don’t. Know what goes in to being Gluten Free. Plus, I ain’t no hipster just trying to fit in being Gluten Free. There’s people in our family(and hundreds more) truly allergic to Gluten. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISLOCATION. GOTOWINGSTOP! Their wings are way better anyways AND truly Gluten Free.

So Buffalo Wild Wings has stepped up their game! Went to the Puente Hills location today with my husband. Was greeted by 3 young ladies at the door. Was seated promptly. Our server was a lovely lady named Vanessa. She was very nice and knowledgeable. We were offered to sample sauces since it was my husbands first time dinning there. He really loved the Asian zing sauce. We later were offered beer samples. I highly recommend the IPA’s! I noticed that there were managers walking around the restaurant. One of the managers came to our table and asked how everything tasted. He introduced himself. His name was Brandon. We told him that everything tasted great. He was happy to hear that and then told us if there was anything we needed to not hesitate to ask. About the food; I had the new street tacos! They were superb. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, and we both had the sampler. Everything was delicious! We will be definitely coming back. The customer service is 5 stars and so is the food. Great job guys!

Came here with a group of of 10 on a Friday night(lots of games this evening). No complaints about waiting time because I arrived when the group seated. I understand that it was a busy night but service was extremely slow and it was hard to flag a server down. I can say it was for all tables too, not just ours. Small parties and groups had heads turning looking for someone to service them or take their order. The two things that prevented from me giving a one star were how good the food was and how nice, sweet, and patient our waitress was. Each time she attended to us, she made sure all was well and fine. My brother and I shared the buffalo mac and cheese and medium size order of bourbon honey mustard and mild wings. The mac and cheese came with a sauce of our choosing(garlic parmesan). This appetizer was very delicious and they perfect amount to split. It also came with some bread. Wings were good as usual. I feel like it could’ve had more sauce in the wings. Good texture nonetheless. The good: above average to good food. The service(when they get finally get to you) The bad: the wait time for anything.

Came here to pick up late the other day for their tuesday special! I’m sad that they raised the price to 0.75 $ per wing but the wings are still just as tasty and I feel like they’ve gotten meatier over the years :) They were very efficient with my to go order and the hostess was very friendly and helpful! She made sure our order was correct and gave us extra sauce and veggies

This review is for this particular Puente Hills location. Because of the convenience of being so close to my house, I always find myself coming here. Wing Tuesday is always a great deal and who doesn’t like wings? My experiences tell me otherwise. The first occasion we came here, we dined in. Although the place was really empty, our server rarely came by the table(but was really sweet). The wings were served hot but lacked any sauce. It was basically fried chicken with a HINT of sauce, if any. When we mentioned it to the server as we were ordering some food to-go, she made sure that the kitchen served the wings«extra wet». The second and third occasion turned out to be subpar and frankly, annoying. Tuesdays are a busy day for the restaurant, but I don’t think that grants any justification for lack of attention and quality of food. We ordered take out and when we came home, we realized that they had forgotten to give us a couple wings(a certain sauce). When we called, the manager offered to give us a complimentary snack/small size the next time we went. Thus, a couple weeks later, we went to redeem that and to grab our fix of wings. When I was ordering, the employee almost seemed doubtful when I brought up the fact that I wanted to use the credit assigned to us. She said she had no record of credit(and I had not been told to keep anything so I had nothing to prove it). Regardless, we put in our order and hoped for the best later. When I went to go pick it up, another manager came and gave me credit to our meal. He didn’t explain what he did and when I saw my receipt, the credit was neither a snack size nor a small size credit. I am grateful for what we received but I was confused with the lack of any explanation as to what was going on. Rather, the employees were always joking around with each other and it was almost demeaning. Anyways, the worst part was that when I came home and we started eating, we found out that almost half(or more) of our chicken wings were not cooked properly! They were bloody and when bit into, were slimy and obviously undercooked. Seriously… ugh I hate being the picky customer, but more than one occasion of bad service is just not acceptable. The employees are very nice and polite, but perhaps, a stricter focus in food seems more important than anything at this establishment.
