Wow is all I can say! We came in here to get a to go order. Half the staff is just standing around the bar area cleaning the area with lots of attitude and of course one of them is sweeping while sitting down. The bar area is a disaster with trash literally on the floor(granted its almost closing time but seriously?!) sitting while sweeping. Wow! I myself worked as a waitress and never did we do this.

We come here often, but tonight was very upsetting! we ordered then waited, and waited. I ordered a salad that didn’t come till 2minutes before our food! Then we had to wait again for refills of our drinks. When we asked a greeter/host he told us we had to wait for our server to get them. He didnt even suggest to get them or check on our drinks! he said we had to wait for our server. Management NEEDS to improve their employees customer service cause it SERIOUSLY is BAD. Most of the time we come in service is good but tonight it really FAILEDsmhSorry no stars for this evening

First time at this location and the service was good. We went on valentines day so there was obviously a wait but I’d say it was about 20 minutes or less. The food was really good but one thing I’ve come to learn with cheddars is that if you go on a holiday when they’re really busy, they shorten the portions a lot, just an fyi.

YUMMY onion rings. The only place in town I will eat them and the portion is so big it is perfect for sharing! If you can’t hang with«onion breathe» I don’t need your drama in my life! Ha-ha. Great value for the money and I am always taking something home for later. Adult beverages are divine as are the toned down versions. Even if it looks«too busy,» have faith, the service crew works fast and smooth making your wait seem shorter than it actually is.

This was my first time to a Cheddar’s. Starting from the parking lot, parking was easy this Cheddar’s is in a shopping area so plenty of parking. I arrived about 12 for lunch. Was welcomed with a warm greeting and was able to be seated right away. Service was excellent. I had a grilled chicken and black-bean and rice dish, where my lunch guest had grilled chicken and steamed veggies. I was hesitant with ordering my dish due to I’m not a black-bean fan. The waitress convinced me that it was tasty so I gave it a shot plus she was nice semi attractive. It was very tasty with a little spice to it, I enjoyed the meal and would have it again. Overall great experience and definitely will visit again. The meal was $ 27 not including tip for the both of us.

Cheddars is an American style restaurant most comparable to Chili’s. I usually cannot resist the urge to order the chicken tenders here. The chicken tenders are fat with light flaky breading and they aren’t stingy on the portions. With the two sides, its easy to over eat. Everything else I’ve ordered has also been good with no complaints. Service at this location has been very inconsistent. Some times the food comes faster than I check in and other times I wonder if they are still trying to catch the chicken. All in all Cheddars has been good to me and even though I’m not a fan of chain restaurants this one is A OK.

Food was real good. Had Chicken fried Chicken. Large serving with green beans and mashed taters. All excellent. Service could have been better. We ordered appetizer and it came out without utinsels or napkins. Queso was cold by the time we were able to get napkins, utensels came even later.

You HAVE to try the croissants. They arrive fresh out of the oven with a honey butter glaze — oh yes! These are not for sharing. You will want to eat all 3 by yourself! They are flaky and rich! But I refuse to write a review about crossings only, so I will say that I love the ribs — go ahead and get the full rack. The Santa Fe Spinach Dio is good as well. I’ve also tried the New Orleans Pasta. It has shrimp, chicken, sausage and peppers. It’s tasty and they give you a rear portion size. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s a nice place for a team lunch.

My daughter and I got a full rack of ribs, her kids meal, salad, crossanits and even a dessert for under $ 40. And the portions were twice the size of most other places and just as good. Everything else has been said before about comfort food. The other people who come can be loud, so be prepared for that. Kid friendly. Actually, «loud kid friendly».

Okay, so what can you say about Cheddar’s? The food is cheap(check), enough portions(check), cheap margaritas(check), service(subpar). Overall it’s cool to eat here if you have a lot of people and it’s extremely inexpensive. Some times service can be slow but what can you expect in a chain business. I’ve been to numerous locations over Texas so I pretty much expect the same thing. Now some people in my party did mention the steak not being what it used to be and I could tell, wish I took a photo but the«filet» looked more like a rib. The honey butter croissants were great as usual, you can never go wrong with those!

It is what it is. Our server was awesome, and that helped the experience a lil bit, but not much. I ordered the Sante Fe Country Club with fries. The sandwich was much bigger than I expected, and the fries were cooked just right. The sandwich wasn’t bad, and I happened to be very hungry. But, I can’t put my hand on it, something was just missing from the experience…

My family and I have been here several times. However, last night was not so great. The wait was over double what they told us it would be. The bathrooms were«unclean» to say the least. The tile walkways in the restaurant were so greasy that I almost slipped, and my friends 8 year old daughter did fall. The food and drinks were delicious as always, but their standards for cleanliness were definitely low.

Service was pretty blah here, but the food was an is always amazing! I ordered the baked spasagna. The serving is enough for an entire family! I was able to have t for lunch then dinner with my son that night then for lunch and dinner the next night. I can’t believe they only give you one slice of garlic bread for that entire meal lol. The bread is extremely small in comparison to the spasagna. This was my first time at this particular location. I wasn’t pleased with the service but the warm, buttery croissants made it bearable.

Not a pleasant experience it use to be a good place to come but not now it’s my least favorite place. The service and food quality have really gone down two different locations I have found hair in my food one was last night at this location and second time was couple of years back in the location in San Antonio. The waitress we got yesterday seemed upset or bothered she didn’t offer really good service I didn’t even want to bother to say anything about the hair I just left it alone and didn’t finish my plate I will not be back to any of their locations.

I was very skeptical when i first came here but I was presently surprised. My girlfriend kept asking me to go here so I finally caved in and decided to give it a try. I ordered the potpie with a side salad. The side salad was a great portion and could have easily filled me up but the smell of the potpie kept me going. The potpie was excellent, it was full of flavor and the pastry was baked perfectly! One of my favorite parts of this restaurant are the honey butter croissants you can order and I definitely recommend you do! I think it’s safe to visit this place at least once, plus the staff was very friendly and timely.

This restaurant is a place I go for comfort food. The croissants are amazing, the drink selection is awesome and the prices are great! I definitely will return. Little tip: don’t go during dinner hours because this place gets PACKED.

Sirloin and Chicken strip dinner for $ 12.99 is worth it. Served with your choice of 2 sides. You really get your money’s worth. The steak is fairly good and the chicken strips are crispy. Sides lacked seasoning, but nothing a little salt and pepper couldn’t rectify. Service was poor/slow.

Service is horrible. The hostesses were talking instead of greeting the guests & walked way to fast to the tables, dropped the menus & lefts. We waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. 5 more minutes for our drinks. The mango tea looked & tasted horrible, took another 5 minutes for a regular ice tea. Had to get up to go to the bar to get refills where it took even longer because the 3 bartenders were too busy talking. It took my husbands shout to get their attention. The monte cristo we ordered for an appetizer was very doughy. Everything was taking so long & the service was so bad that I asked the server to cancel our orders. Obviously we had a bad experience right? Don’t you think the server would get the manager? Nope, instead she brought us our bill, so I asked for the manager. It took a few minutes for him to come by & we tell him about all of the above plus the other guests around us who had to flag down servers and who had long time greets. Then he squats down & does the whole«I do apologize» speech, blames the slow food on the kitchen manager, says the bad service was because he was trying to catch up on paper work in the office & then he offers to pay for our whole bill. That wasn’t the point. We told him no thank you & just left to another restaurant. Never again will we go back.

This was my most recent visit and prior to the other visits weren’t as great. The only thing wrong is the price has gone up since our last visit. Service was great, but food took a little bit longer to come out. We were taken care of and we enjoyed the food. Myself– Dijon chicken and mushrooms over rice with 2 Mac and cheese sides — 5⁄5 Delicious and heated throughly tons of mushrooms and hot(just made). $ 9.49 Hubby– Bacon cheeseburger and then ordered the full size of Texas cheese fries — 5⁄5 Great flavor and perfectly cooked. $ 6.49 fries– $ 7.99 I think. 2 kiddos– Chicken tender basket with fries — 4⁄5 The tenders had a slight fishy taste other than that it was perfect not over cooked or undercooked. $ 7.99 Waters for the 3 and one dr pepper at $ 2.49 It wasn’t cheap, but this visit gave me hope for Cheddars. Definitely come when it’s not busy we came on a Monday at 4pm ish. Happy Eats!

Service here is horrible. Has been since it opened. Last visit our Monte Cristo was still raw. We were going about once every 6 – 9 mo. with the hope it had gotten better. Won’t go back.

Cheddars is one of my go-to places for a great dinner and great margaritas! You can think of Cheddars as a more«upscale» version of Chilis, even though it isn’t anything fancy schmancy. Come in Nike shorts & a T-shirt and you won’t stand out. promise :) First off, before ordering anything, ask for the croissants. Perfectly drizzled in honey butter, these warm, crisp croissants are the best way to start your Cheddars experience. You’ll thank me later. New Orleans Pasta(4⁄5) — one of my favorite Cajun pastas, with lots of sausage and chicken chunks. Props to you if you can finish the whole thing! Margaritas(5⁄5) — the margs here are huge and range from $ 4-$ 8ish! Large and inexpensive? I’ll take it! My favorite ones are the strawberry and Hawaiian flavors! Warning: If you can’t handle your liquor, be sure to share this with someone because ahem, my companion almost fell asleep halfway through hers at our booth LOL. Yes, more for me! Lol I need more friends hahah but all joking aside, you’ll have a great time with these.

I’m a big fan of Cheddar’s…and yes I mean big(rubs tummy) I visit this particular location more than any of the ones that are on my radar because of its proximity to my job. Countless checkins here(don’t stalk me bro)… I’ve tried dish after dish and hardly disappointed, new dishes beyond my standard grilled tilapia with the mango salsa(still goes hard in the paint) and the fried catfish, and spinach dip(it’s ok at this location). Service is standard at this location, I’ve had a few check a bitch moments though but very rare. My «first try» dishes at this location are the: –veggie plate(best deal going if you can do without a meat entrée, you will be full as a tick! 4 veggies served with a side salad or a cup of soup and a croissant) –onion rings app(delish, big, and lots of em) –ultimate nachos app(don’t really like the ground beef, tastes uniformed and manufactured texture, not like real meat should) but the nachos are otherwise delicious especially with the fajita chicken –grilled chicken pecan salad(the pecans are to die for and perfect compliment) –chicken tortilla soup(good) –New Orleans pasta(I did not like this while at the restaurant… too much going on but it was better the next day after I packed 90% of it to go –dijon chicken and mushrooms(delicious!!! but if you don’t like a strong dijon flavor, don’t get it but it’s full of mushrooms and served with 2 nice sized grilled chicken breasts *kisses finger tips* perfecto!) –fish tacos(they aight) –edamame was delicious but they no longer serve it at Cheddars :( So go my friend, eat and be merry. and top it with a huge ass piece of cake and ice cream(hot fudge cake sundae *yes Jesus* but you must share it)
