Taco Bell

You guys, I know writing a Unilocal review about a fast food restaurant is kind of like writing tasting notes on box wine, but, I have small kids, and occasionally we hit up fast food restaurants. Usually, I’m pretty pleased with the convenience, however I sat in the drive-​thru line for about 20 minutes at this Taco Bell. Yes, there were quite a few cars in front of me, but each car sat at the window to receive their food for 4 – 5 minutes each. This completely defeats the purpose of stopping at a fast food restaurant. I would have gotten real food somewhere else if I had that kind of time. Won’t be stopping here again.
The food is what you would find at any Taco Bell — slop, but satisfying for those who are pregnant or have a hang over.

This has always been a place with unmotivated slow workers. They move at a slugs pace and always have. Just today, through the drive thru, the one and only car ahead of me took 10 minutes. Instead of asking the customer to pull around and they would bring the food out, they just has the rest of us wait. I had two simple burritos and 10 minutes? No apologies are greetings. Maybe they thought it was funny that we had to wait. I just know I hate coming here and I only come at the families request.

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru. They got the order wrong and kept asking at the window what we wanted because they kept forgetting. Terrible service.

We went through the Drive Thru the other night on the way home from a long trip. We had 3 cars in front of us. Pulled up to order with no issues. Then the wait began. We waited for over 20 minutes to get to the window. Kids crying, car running… ridiculous. I pulled up and guy just gives me my total. So I asked him why on earth we had to wait so long. He said their system was down. So… he hands me my receipt and then asks for it back. He needed to take it back so they could make our order. WHAT??? We waited that whole time and our food wasn’t even prepared yet??? I was shocked that it was $ 20 too as we didn’t order a whole lot. But okay. So another 8 minutes goes by and we finally get our bag of food. We take off because we were now late for where we needed to be… and starving. We get down the road and kids get their food out of the bag… and it’s ALL wrong. Out of 6 items…4 of them were WRONG. GRRRRRRR. And I never got my receipt back from the guy. I called and the manager said that there was nothing she could do unless I came back. I’m not wasting another 30 minutes of time, gas, etc. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be back. EVER. «0» stars.

Pretty run of the mill TB. Easy access on and off of the 101. Friendly staff, we got our order just a few minutes after we were there. Clean tables.

So far the best fast food restaurant that gets my order correct, fast service, hot food, and service with a great smile and always in happy mood… You bet I will be coming agian… Keep up the great service…

I think I’ve been spoiled by my local Taco Bell, because this experience was terrible.
I was on a road trip driving through one night and decided to stop in for a quick bite. The cashier was unable to get my order correct after several attempts. (No, for the third time I did not ask for cap’n crunch…)
I hit the road with my bag to go and was disappointed with each item I unwrapped. The burritos and tacos were poorly folded and lacked any content. Where was the filling that was supposed to come with my burrito? I was basically eating a lightly sauced tortilla.
I realize it’s just Taco Bell — but the one in my town always properly makes and fills my orders.
Will not return. There was a McDonalds right next door. I’ll have to go there next time.

I stop here often — passing through. The employees are always very nice and they always get the order right.

Was using the drive thru service and was asked to wait one minute. I waited several minutes and since there were no cars in front, I drove up to the window. Since there was no one at the window, I waited another minute. After that I honked my horn with no response. Waited two more minutes till someone finally came. I explained my disappointment to the manager and left. Under no illusion that they cared about the lost sale. I would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

I’ve stopped here a few times and it’s always been clean and the staff has always been polite and professional. I love that they have restrooms available and you don’t have to get a key or anything. I’ve never had an issue with the bathrooms here — they’ve been clean enough and with seat covers and soap.
Food is Taco Bell, as you’d expect. So far they’ve gotten my orders right and the dining area is clean and newly furnished.

Standard Taco Bell items (so delicious!) but really nice people! Best customer service I’ve had at a Taco Bell — friendly, informative («what’s the difference between a nachos supreme and a nachos bellgrande?») and helpful. Clean bathrooms are a big plus…

Good service, but bad bathroom! It is a oneie with no purse hook or seat protectors. When you are on the road you do not want to spend additional time waiting for everyone in the car to go to the bathroom one at a time. Will pick another place to stop next time when driving through King City.

–Got my order wrong. I asked for beans instead of meat– they gave me beans with meat. I am not fussy, so I ate it without complaints.

I’ve been to this TB twice. Both times they were a stop on an Amtrak bus. It’s clean, and the people working there are pleasant enough, but what’s with the wait time? Tonight I ordered at 7:02, informing them that my bus would be leaving at 7:10. I was forced to leave my $ 13 order behind because by 7:10 they hadn’t even started on my order. (My bus driver could care less, but that’s another review!) It’s an okay place if you’ve got the time to wait.

This was the best Taco Bell that my best friend and I have ever been to! It was clean, nicely decorated (shocking I know), and they grill their tortillas, making our bean burrito, double decker and steak quesadilla the best we’ve ever had! If you’re road tripping it, stop at the TB in King City fo sho!

Pulled in the drive through for a quick snack after hauling many miles over Highway 101. The food was fine as was the customer service, however the wait was unexplainable. Pehaps they were busy inside? Nonetheless time is a integral part of a fast food experience. Otherwise, no other complaints.

this was a nice, quiet, clean taco bell out in the middle of nowhere land. i stopped in, used the rest room and snagged up 2 tacos on my way down to paso robles.
