This is my first(and last) time to MyEyeDr. I ordered two pairs of glasses before Christmas(26 days ago). The first pair’s lenses arrived not cut to the proper size. When they had them recut, nobody called to let me know that they were finished, after telling me they’d call and let me know when they were done. After the week passed without my hearing back, I called, and the woman said they were done. The second pair had a miscommunication/weren’t coated with what was ordered, and the insurance refused them/kicked them back to be redone, which lengthened the process even further, and they still aren’t in(nearly 4 weeks and counting.) This is a LOT of money to spend on bumbling product, and very poor customer care.

I had my eye check but ordered glasses somewhere else using the prescription that was prescribed to me because they don’t have good selection of glasses. The glasses I received was distorted. I called my eye dr and told them the situation. I was told to come back in to have my prescription recheck but didn’t tell me to bring the glasses. I came in today only to be told that they can’t recheck my eye without the glasses. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be back.

Getting two stars for customer service. They’ve always been friendly and professional around my family and me. But I think they’re only nice to get our money. They outright asked if we wanted to get more things than just what we needed because our insurance would cover it, so why not spend the money? My brother has always had perfect vision and even has proof from a second professional opinion but for some reason the doctor insisted that he needs glasses even though all evidence suggested otherwise. Not a single person who came in while I have been sitting here left without being told that they now need glasses. Could be a coincidence. But it seems rather greedy to me. This is our final time coming here, we will now take our family’s business elsewhere.

Stopped by because my daughter has been having issues with keeping her glasses on, so I have been in the market for a retainer for kids sized frames. I walked in, I greeted the lady at the desk, asked her how she was, and was immediately followed with. «Do you have an appointment?» Shocked by the rudeness I said no, but asked if I may ask a question. «Sure if it could be quick.» I proceeded to explain how my daughter is having trouble. Asked if they carried what I was in the market for. The lady said no and in a very condescending manner asked me if I had ever been to a Walgreens before? They have them. Go there. FYI I went to CVS and Walgreens. They don’t have them, and their customer service is 110% better for assisting me where you think an optical place would be for a glasses related issue. Myeyedr no longer will be receiving our business due to the judgmental and biased behavior that was shown to us.

Love this office. They take my insurance, are just around the corner, great customer service, filled my husband’s prescription from his eye doctor and even took us early(we showed up almost an hour early).

This was my first time using My Eye Dr and I have to say they have earned my business for life. The Doctor was personable and knowledgeable. The customer service, specially Marcus, was spot on great. The pricing of the glasses and contacts are very competitive and the packages they offer are simply excellent. I highly recommend My Eye Dr at the Liberia Avenue location!

Went to MyEyeDr for the first time. The visit was a breeze. Dr. Hussaini had great bedside manner. She is also very knowledgeable. She took time to explain your condition and what was discovered in your test. Getting my frames was the beat part. Please ask for Zach. He was Wonderful customer service, very patient, and accommodating. If you are like me I’m so feed up with frame selections at the optometrist nowadays. Everything looks the same and is very bland. Zach was able to order the frames I wanted from a vender. They arrived 2 days before the initial completion day. I was contacted immediately and was able to pick them up in a timely fashion. I would totally recommend this location of MyEyeDr to anyone. Even if you don’t live in Manassas it is worth a drive there for your glasses or contacts.

In today’s world where providers have access to product cheaply, widgets are mostly a commodity sale. The difference is made by providing service or the lack there of. I had a need to have some hardware work done on some new frames. I talked in on a Friday afternoon and Dr Nabil took care of me with no problems. He smiled and said ‘no charge’; man, I like that!

This is the first time I have seen a different eye doctor in over 7 years. I absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone was very friendly and informative and here was no wait time whatsoever. Also, the dr explained everything to me and made sure I understood what all was being done and what results they had seen. This staff was so amazing! The woman who fitted my glasses made me feel so at home. She helped me find the right shape and lense size. Also, she explained every step in the process to me. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Everyone was really nice here, especially Dr. Bishop. She answered all my questions without hesitation. I can’t say much about the price of things here since I only spend $ 49 for the exam and glasses(yup its a good deal from Living Social) but if you have insurance make sure if its worth getting the exam or the eyeglasses. My boyfriend has Kaiser and can get a cheaper exam at Kaiser but its better for him to buy the eyeglasses here.

Ok so first things first., I do not remember names well so I apologize in advance. I was weary to go back to My Eye Dr after a poor experience in the Burke VA location over a year ago. Since then the company has had some new leadership and they did take care of my issues at Burke. My boyfriend and I both decided that we wanted to be fitted for contacts. When I walked in I was greeted very warmly and the lady that blew the air into my eyeball and did the initial part of the appointment was very nice, the Dr. was also very sweet. She had a great personality and very understanding of my concern with getting contacts. I was afraid that I would not be able to get them since I have been unable to in the past because I am BLIND! The Dr told me that there was a brand that she could order for my left eye which was the bad one to try out. I was super excited because I have been denied for years. We ordered the contacts and they came in very quickly. When I came to pick them up and get my «lesson». The same lady that did my initial exam did my lesson and she was VERYVERY patient. I mean this woman was a saint. I lack hand/eye coordination and get frustrated with this kind of thing very easily. The general manager of the store also came over and offered me suggestions which i thought was very nice. I like my contacts and have no issues. I would for sure go back to this location, but I just moved to California. My. Eye Dr is just in DMV area and I did express my concern if I needed a contact replaced and without hesitation they told me they would ship it to me no problem. To sum it up. Staff was great, Dr was great and they did not screw me on pricing.

My daughter and I approached our appointment today at My Eye Dr with trepidation as we weren’t sure what to expect from the staff after a trying couple of months. Happily, we were greeted by a new face, Chau, when we walked into the clinic. We immediately appreciated Chau’s professionalism, knowledge of contact lenses and eye wear as well as his genuine desire to help my daughter with her vision correction needs. The doctor was wonderful, as always, and my daughter and I have decided to stay with Dr. Bishop at the My Eye Dr on Liberia in Manassas after all. I am grateful to Pierre, Chau. and Dr. Bishop for understanding and addressing our frustrations with the Liberia staff and bending over backward to meet our needs today. In fact, they met our needs and exceeded our expectations with a delightful experience. Thank you all at My Eye Dr. I am extremely impressed with the way customer service handled our crisis.
