I’ve had great breakfasts at the Diner. Hamuli(sp) fried with avocado and tomato and lemon was delicious!

Great local diner to eat at. Virginia is a great lady and a great cook. I go here every weekend for breakfast.

We came in on primary weekend, and were glad to find a place that wasn’t full of campaign staffer tools. The owner was the only one working, and she whipped up a tuna salad sandwich(with veggie sticks!) for us. It’s a tiny place with a lot of knick-knacks on the wall. The tuna was delicious, just what I was looking for.

Gross. Not a fan. Go to the Red Arrow if you want a greasy breakfast.

I only was able to try the Manchester Diner once before moving out of NH. It came highly recommended, and I liked it as well. I had the baked French toast which was very good. It actually had cinnamon(and possibly maple syrup) baked right into the bread. I wasn’t a big fan of the homefries, however. I felt like they got a little mushy from the way that they were cooked.

I ate the Manchester Diner today. It is a small, classic place that has actually been around for 40 years. I ordered the avocado and bacon omelet special. It was homemade and delicious! There must have been ½ an avocado in it along with tons of bacon. It was stuffed and delicious. It came with toast and homefries(both very good). If you are looking for a true diner experience with wonderful homemade food, you have to eat at the Manchester Diner. It is a bit off the beaten path, just north and east of downtown on Hanover Street. Well worth the trip!

Formerly Dani’s Diner and Golden Oldies Diner, the Manchester Diner is a cozy little diner/luncheonette located near the corner of Hanover Street and Chestnut Street serving breakfast and lunch. The inside is very small with very limited seating(up to 18 people) with 8 lunch counter stool seats, 3 two person booths, and a four person table in the back near the jukebox. Framed pictures hang along the back wall and the small kitchen grill/area is behind the lunch counter, which is decorated with old fashioned«knick knacks.» Due to the small size of this diner, the menu here is very basic and limited and offers egg dishes, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches/burritos, baked French toast, homefries, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs, coffee, juice, milk, and canned Pepsi products. Daily specials are posted. Everything here is very reasonably priced under $ 8. Recently, I stopped here for lunch and took a seat at the lunch counter. The stool seat was a bit uncomfortable, but I needed a quick bite. The owner was working the place solo: cooking and serving. I had the Cuban Sandwich($ 5) served with chips and a can of Diet Pepsi($ 1) served with a cup of ice. The Cuban was served warm and had pork, ham, California lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and pickle on a soft roll, which was a good simple sandwich. The service here was good and quick. NOTES: Cash only and metered(or pay & display) parking along the street
