Joe’s Hideout

Ok so first let me start off by saying that this isn’t a bar, they offer piss warm wine and skunked beer for exuberant prices.
My family arrived at Joe’s expecting a warm welcome from the quaint little bar and pizza joint next to our hotel, what we received was a horrible attitude the bartender/​waitress was rude as hell blatantly rushing our family out of the outdoor seating area. Openly stating in a bitchy tone ONCE THESE PEOPLE MOVE! I’D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEAT YOU! we where there for a total of 5 minutes! Well the people that where waiting for our seats found the alcohol menu fell short of there expectations they ordered $ 2 diet cokes, meanwhile our order for 6 adults came to $ 56, NOW TO THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO MAKE MONEY LIKE THIS! YOU’RE WAITER IS A IGNORANT BIOTCCCCCHHHHH, My family and I relocated to the Snook Inn where we found everything we wanted and our drinks where cold and the food was awesome!

Terrible… We felt very unwelcome and we’re basically being pushed out the door. We will NEVER come back. Literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not to mention a very dirty place. The bartender looked like Alice Cooper. Very ignorant person. DO NOT GO HERE

Great Pizza and very friendly staff. It is really a hideout, a couple tables and a bar.

This is my second time in Marco Island and found joes. It’s a great beer and wine joint full of locals, we had a great time and can’t wait to go back and try the pizza tomorrow!

I have been coming to Marco for 25 years, many restaurants have come and gone. Joes will be one that stays. I went there with my wife and two kids, 5 and 7 because we just wanted a simple burger. It was terrific. If you went to someone’s house and they cooked a burger perfectly for you, then that is it. I could have stuffed myself and eaten two.
The place is small with only high tops inside. Bud and Mic Ultra on tap, but at $ 2.50 for 16 oz who’s complaining, but plenty of cans of other mainstream stuff and wine as well. It is obviously a local spot with guys wandering in for a cold one, but we didn’t feel out of place. The menu is limited, one burger, two hot dogs (Boston or Chili dog), Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms or onion, chili, and cheese sticks. However if you need fast, clean and friendly in a unique location (an anti — strip mall) this is it.
The kids were raving about the burger and want to go back. No doubt we will for many years. As a bonus they had the world cup on four screens. Doesn’t get any better than that.
