McDonald’s

As I write this review, I am pulled over at the drive thru #2 spot waiting on my order. My order consists of: one diet Dr Pepper. Once I got it, I waited even longer because there was no straw. From the time on my receipt til the time I had my complete (one item drink order) was 15 mins.

I came to McDonalds around 10 pm they let this couple in and told me I couldn’t come in cause their closed but they let them go in and order, horrible customer service and their slow !

Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes waiting to order. While I watched 2 cars in the next lane order and pull through. As the third person pulled up to order, I just left. The intercom was in working order prior to me and at one point I even heard the intercom turn on but was still not asked for my order. There is no excuse for this on a busy morning. Sad customer service on previous visits. I will not be returning and will advise all coworkers and customers to avoid this place as well.

Location and expectations of standard McDonald’s quality fair — Those are the only two things that keep this privately owned store afloat. Don’t expect quality of service, speed, or accuracy especially on the hectic weekend mornings.

Ok. Take number two. First of all. Went through the walk in and got ignored for about 10 minutes. Had to stare at them menacingly for them to notice me. Secondly. The guy at the window was so slow: same guy as the first drive thru window mind you. We got our food faster than usual and the fries were undercooked, the mcchickens tasted like theyd been sitting in the uhc for way too long. I needed ketchup yet agaun and it took another five minutes to get someones attention. They gave us our ketchup and sauce but they were covered in some nasty soda syrup. They were so sticky and nasty that me and my friends didnt want to touch it. So yeah mental note. Dont ask for sauce ever at this location. Ever

Ignored for a few minutes after entering. Super slow delivery of order. Tried the new fried buttermilk chicken. Almost $ 5, and barely an improvement on the $ 1 menu chicken. Wilted lettuce and a rock hard tomato are apparently worth about $ 3.

Was in here Friday 4÷03÷15 around 7PM. Food was good for what it is. Store was clean. Service was good. The 1 star is for the district manager who was camped out at a table in the dining area and belittling the managers in front of every one. I feel bad for any one that has to work for this pompous ass.

Total shit hole. Trash is pouring out of the trash cans inside while the bus boy sits at a next table texting. So low budget you have to ask for ketchup and salt as well as tea refills. Trash mothers screaming at 6 or 7 kids, most of whom are also yelling.
I won’t even consider the bathroom.
I will not be bussing my tray since the bin is jam packed.

I’m not a fan of McDonalds. Sometimes you have to take one for the team. I ordered the yogurt parfait and grilled chicken sandwich. The parfait had mushy fruit and the chicken sandwich had soggy lettuce.
The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly.

Zero stars does not seem an option.
I went through the drive through Monday night after work. Never Again. It was not until Tuesday morning that I realized the employee had not given back my debit card. Too late! By the time I noticed and went back up there the employee had used my card more than once! After calling my bank I called the police. Not surprisingly the police told me that they are up there a lot because the employees are always doing this. Surprisingly, not even a phone call from the McDonalds manager or the McDonalds corporates with even so much as an apology. Never again.

Only one star. This place is lucky it gets that. The playground area reeks of body oder and there was food everywhere. If you want to take your kids to a McDonalds, go to a different one.

Go here only if you like having to repeat your order multiple times only to find it wrong anyway; waiting in line due to slow service; paying $.50 for a small cup of ice. Other than that, it was a mediocre experience.
