I was waiting at the drive thought for 10 min till 3 so I see someone walk by the drive through and intentionally ignore us… so I decide to call the location so,.I speak with this guy name Tim and he said no one was at the drive through ‚. he made it a point that he was the «Manager» I tell him that we have been waiting for 10min min at the drive through and the lights are still on to order. he obviously doesn’t care and doesn’t use «his» management skills to easily take our order. And argues with us because that’s how «he» decides to resolves situations” Bad service Don’t waste your time.

It is a very clean facility very conveniently located right on 75. If you visit a stand alone Taco Bell you can still order the chili cheese burrito. It was delicious.

Of all the Taco Bells I’ve been to, this one’s the cleanest and best quality. There’s still flaws, but it is better than most. I order a special burrito, and they get it right each time. The service is friendly for a fast food place. I would come back again.

Although the lady at the front didnt smile and greet me, the food here is the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had. Very clean as well.

This is the best and cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been too. We have been here twice recently because we are so busy building our house up in McKinney and just need a quick place to eat. The lady that works in the front (I will have to get her name next time) is so genuine and really cares about her job. She even walks around with a tray to offer you mints and more sauce while you are eating. I don’t know why this other person gave this place such a poor review. If you don’t expect much from Taco Bell, then don’t go here. My hubby and I will definitely stop here again.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with.
1) The tortillas were actually stale. 2) Apparently «lots of hot sauce» means «barely any hot sauce,» when you request it. 3) They were more than happy to charge me 60 cents extra for chicken instead of nasty taco beef on a double decker taco, but gave me the nasty taco beef anyway!
Now, I normally don’t expect much from Taco Bell, I tend to only eat there in a pinch. But when I do, I expect to be able to hide the foulness behind a thick layer of hot sauce. Not only was I not able to do so, they kicked up the foulness 100 notches and stole 60 cents from me.
Ugh, I’m feeling queasy still.
